En rymlig, 3 sovrum, lägenhet på bottenvåningen, cool, välutrustad och lyxigt inredda.
Det rymliga vardagsrummet har ett välutrustat italiensk kök i ena änden och en bekväm sittgrupp med 2 eleganta soffor i den andra. Även på den hetaste dagen, med luftkonditioneringen avstängd, slår interiören sval.
På Adriatiska ön Brac har vi två terrasser med fantastisk fantastisk havsutsikt över till den dalmatiska kusten och bergen bakom. Den inre terrassen är vår sommarmatrum. Njut av en drink på kvällen här innan 3 minuters promenad vid stranden till en av de charmiga restaurangerna på hamnen.
Det finns ett duschrum med toalett och en separat toalett med toalett och tvättställ. De tre välmöblerade sovrummen har bekväma sängar och gott om lagringsutrymme. Sovrummet är för upp till 5 vuxna och tre barn.
I överensstämmelse med kroaternas känsliga strategi för utveckling, ligger lägenheten tillbaka från stranden cirka 70 meter, med några tallar mellan oss och havet

Havsutsikten över Dalmatiens kust är en glädje. Sitt och njut av en varm kväll. Smutta på vinet, smaka på oliverna och se på yachterna som skyndar sig mot deras över natten kaj. Efter att ha upparbetat en aptit, promenera ner till strandlinjen, sväng vänster och gå längs vattnet.
Efter tre minuter anländer du till den pittoreska hamnen, med många små och färgglada fiskebåtar. Här är pizzarestaurangen, med billiga måltider och ta bort.
Kanske du promenerar några meter till huvudgatan ansluter till hamnen på Mikkis restaurang och bar, en fast favorit bland våra gäster.
Om du går upp på den vackra palmkantade High Street kommer du till en annan utmärkt restaurang. Eller så kan du fortsätta din promenad runt hamnen, förbi ytterligare två barer tills du når en annan favorit - restaurangen Bokuncin med sina bord i hamnkanten (du måste prova chokladkakan!)
Du kan gå i kanske ytterligare 15 minuter, förbi tre barer till en diskobar / restaurang i en vacker vik.

Family Holiday

We stayed for 6 nights and the apartment was perfect. It is in a great location close to the beach and easy walking to the harbour where there is a good selection of restaurants and bars.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment. The apartment had everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. The location in the beautiful town, in walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants was perfect. We hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay

The apartment is only a few steps away from the beach. At the beach there are some shady places. There are retaurants in walking distance. The view from the terrace is just wonderful. We had a great time. The owner were very helpfull and had a lot of tips for us.

Einfach perfekt :-)

Der 14-tägiger Aufenthalt hier hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Ideale Lage, ein Katzensprung zum sehr schönen Strand, ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, eine Terrasse im Schatten, sodass man auch bei über 30 Grad immer dinieren/grillen kann. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Stadt ist abends immer was los, das Essen in den Restaurants ist gut bis sehr gut, vor allem Sushi am Ufer hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die einzige Pizzeria können wir leider nicht empfehlen. Es sind 50 Min mit dem Auto nach Bol (Goldenes Horn) und Sumartin, wo man weiter mit der Fähre nach Makarska fahren kann. Eine schnelle Fähre (ohne Autos) nach Split gibt es 2x täglich direkt von Sutivan aus. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns eine Bootsfahrt von Sutivan nach Blue Lagoon - sehr intensiv und jeden Euro wert! Wir konnten sogar Delphine sehen. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Lage aber ...

Die Woche in Sutivan war klein aber fein. Man hatte alles was brauchte. Vom Apartment zum Strand keine zwei hundert Meter und nach Sutivan knapp fünf hundert Meter. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig aber nicht wie beschrieben modern eingerichtet und die letzte Renovierung ist auch schon etwas her. Handtücher waren alt und verbraucht. Das inserat des Apartment hält nicht was es verspricht. Trotzdem hatten wir ein super Woche. Es ist ein grosser Unterschied, wenn der Eigentümer vor Ort ist oder Es eine Agentur abwickelt. Deswegen auch dir nicht so gute Bewertung.

Wundervolle Ferien

Wie immer, waren es mit die schönsten Wochen im Jahr. Sutivan ist immer eine Reise wert und das Appartement ist wirklich richtig schön. Groß, sauber, mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Es hat allen super gefallen.

Great place to stay. The location was just so nice to be in 5 min at the beach

Nice apartment, on walking distance to the beach and to the village. It has all the ingredients and very clean. Would defentitely reccommend. The contact with local agent to pick-up the keys was also very helpful. Two suggestions: 1. an 2-3m electrical extension cable so that the electric bbq can be put on the terrace. 2. Some of the matrasses could be changed by new ones (at least my wife has a bid of back problems and she managed after three changes to find the right one :-).

Prachtig apartement in Sutivan op Brac

Veel contact gehad met eigenaar die door Corona bereid was om de huur een jaar te verschuiven. Grote complimenten daar voor. Het huren zelf ging enorm simpel en gemakkelijk. De afstand naar zee is geen 300 meter. De zee is voortreffelijk, beter kan je niet hebben. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en het contact met Dalmation Property management verloopt soepel via sms. Er is een heerlijk balkon niet vol in de zon en groot van omvang. Claire Louise apartement is prima voor een heerlijke vakantie op Brac.

Fantastic apartment with sea view

The apartment Claire Louise was as described and perfect for our needs with a large living area and large shady terrace for eating on essential when the temperature rises. The apartment is situated within a couple of minutes walk of a lovely pebble beach with clear blue water with large marked out swimming area. It is also a couple of minutes from the pretty harbour of Sutivan which has a number of restaurants and bars to watch the world go from. We hired a stand up paddle board for the day and you can also hire mountain bikes, kayaks etc. The apartment is located close to the village football and petanque pitch and we enjoyed listening to the locals having heated discussions in the evening if they were playing (not that we knew what they were saying!) It is definitely worth driving to look at the many little beaches and coves around the island. Our favourites were Osibova Bay just outside Milna and Splitska. We also travelled to the "Golden Horn" at Bol and although it is one of the top 10 beaches in Croatia we felt Brac's other beaches were much prettier and less spoilt. Word of warning we drove from the UK, having driven to South of France, Southern Spain etc. We were unaware that you can be seriously held up at the Slovenia/Croatian border 4 hours on the way home and do make sure if you are driving on Slovenian motorways that you purchase the correct "vignette" for your windscreen. We learnt the hard way with a £180 on the spot fine! We would love to go back (fly not drive!) and would recommend the apartment, Sutivan and Brac to anyone who wants to have a wonderful quiet holiday in an unspoilt part of Croatia.

Fabulous Stay! Can't wait to go back!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property! The apartment was exactly as listed, with excellent kitchen equipment/appliances and lots of room to spread out and enjoy the apartment/patio. As far as location. Sutivan is a wonderful village, and we enjoyed being able to simply go to the beach in the morning (a 2-minute walk downhill), come back to the apartment in the afternoon to rest/relax, and then stroll into town for dinner once the sun began to set. We had no problem at all with anything, and we hope that some day we will be able to go back!

Great value!

This flat was just perfect for our needs: spacious, clean, great location with wonderful views! Sutivan is a lovely little quiet area; we hired a car and visited Bol one day and thought 'thank God we are staying where we are'!

Great apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful and restful two week stay in this great apartment. Definitely one of the best apartments that we have ever rented, both in terms of the apartment itself and the location. Very clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor dining space and terrace, which is mercifully in the shade for much of the day and gives a respite from the midday sun! The location is wonderful - the 'local' beach really is as close as described, as is the harbour of Sutivan, with access to a good number of cafes, bars and restaurants. Sutivan is a very pretty little town, with a few small supermarkets and a fruit and veg stall within an easy walk of the apartment. The tap water is very good - something that the locals are justifiably proud of - and so we were spared having to lug heavy bottles of water back with our shopping. We didn't have a car, but instead rented bikes, which made it very easy to get to the many small beaches and bathing spots accessible in both directions from the apartment. The road along from the beach in front of the apartment and all along the harbour of Sutivan is accessible to residents only, which makes it virtually traffic-free - great for cycling and also very quiet in terms of traffic noise. The beaches nearby are all pebble beaches - not a problem for us and perhaps preferable to getting sand in everything! I recommend 'aquashoes' - makes getting in and out of the water much easier, although our teenagers wouldn't be seen dead in them and thought they were incredibly uncool :) No need to bring them from home as they can be bought for a very reasonable price from the small shop along the harbour, as can snorkels and goggles etc. The sea water is wonderful - crystal clear and warm, with lots of little fish to swim with after you've purchased your mask or goggles!! Highly recommend going to Likve bay, to the west of Sutivan beyond the harbour promenade - beautiful turquoise water and a good restaurant. The property agents were great. We requested a second set of keys after the first couple of days as our kids wanted to be in and out at different times, so having only one set became a bit complicated. The agents were very quick to accommodate this, although we had to go to Supertar to collect the keys, so I recommend asking for a second set from the beginning if you think this is something you may need. All in all, an incredibly relaxing holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to go back!

A fantastic place to stay

We have just enjoyed a fantastic holiday in this lovely property. Comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean when we arrived - we would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. The booking process was smooth and the owner was very helpful. The apartment is comfortable and airy with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday -the air conditioning helped in the heat. We enjoyed meals outside overlooking the sea and Dalmation coast line. The easy walk to the beach was great and the enchanting village of Sutivan is charming with a choice of restaurants. The staff at the adventure centre in the harbour were helpful and we loved sea kayaking and the boys had a fab time mountain biking. We would all highly recommend this property - our younger sons are already asking when we can return.

We never tire of Sutivan and Claire Louise

This is a great apartment - in fact apartment does not do it justice. You do not feel part of an apartment block as there is such a feeling of space and the terrace is so private that you are mostly unaware of your neighbours. I admit to being of an age where I do not want my holiday home to be less comfortable than my own home. I have to say that Claire Louise is probably much nicer than where we live. It is a treat to have somewhere so tastefully furnished, well equipped and light. From the marble floors, comfy beds, crisp sheets, everything works and it is clean and well maintained. The outside shaded terrace/dining area is a real treat as is the view and the beach just 3 minutes away so really handy if you forget something. There is also the added bonus of very accomodating owners and letting agents who are also efficient. If you are still undecided then there is also the lovely village of Sutivan which after three visits still has enough to occupy three teenagers for a couple of weeks. Over the years we have recommended Claire Louise and all have been equally smitten. The sunsets are a lasting memory for all of us.

lovely sutivan

Our holiday in Croatia was one of our best holidays ever. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well equiped. The harbour town of sutivan is beautiful and has everything you need, from a bakers, butchers, 2 small supermarkets and a beautiful fresh fruit and veg stall. We recommend Keko restaurant to suit all budgets. Picnics on the beach with the kids was the best. spangleduster

We felt it was a good size for our large family and very spacious - even for a three bedroom apartment. When we stood on the terrace and saw the views we immediately knew it was for us. It was the first one we saw. We thought we would look at many properties but decided on this one without seeing any others !
