Denna enhet är den "nya standarden" i Delray Racquet Club. Det har totalrenoverats med en modern strand / kust design. Under hela tiden kommer du att märka nya porslinsgolvgolv i en drivvedplankstil som ger en rustik men sofistikerad look på hela enheten. Kungens sovrum med eget badrum är vackert inredda, ny LED-TV och en elegant uppdaterad kustinredning. Den delade planlösningen ger också lämplig integritet från det andra sovrummet. Det andra sovrummet är dekorerat med ett höft men lugnt ”BEACH” -tema som gör det till det perfekta rummet för alla gäster. Köket har totalrenoverats med vackra vita skakskåp och underbara bänkskivor för att skapa en öppen konceptkänsla för underhållande gäster. Vi har också inkluderat ett teknikpaket med trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, HD-TV (50, 40, 32in), Apple TV och en ny Samsung Tablet förladdad med lokala kartor, restauranger, shopping, aktiviteter eller bara för att surfa på internet eller kolla e-post .

It was very nice . I liked how it was all open in the kitchen. Showers were very nice and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again

Lovely

Rented this lovely condo month of Dec 2016. Great location. Nice pool. Close to beach, grocery store and downtown Delray. I would highly recommend this property.

May 2022 -great time

We had a great time in this property. It was very clean, great location, excellent pool and brand new renovated gym. Location was excellent and only 7-8 mins to the beach. Property had everything that we needed for one month stay. Even the air fryer and Nespresso machine. Parking was across the main entrance Ovearll - great property!

Winter 2019/2020

Although a difficult winter, we enjoyed our stay at Delray Racquet Club very much. Joe and Maria responded to our questions and requests in a very timely manner. The condo was very comfortable, equipped and felt like home. We love the location and look forward to next year.

Great condo and location.

This is our second time staying in this lovely, renovated condo and we booked it again for next year. It is well equipped and decorated. The location is great, the owner is responsive, we enjoyed the pool, outdoor hot tub, and exercise room. Highly recommend this property.

Loved the condo

The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. We loved the pool and it was a short drive to the beach. We did have a problem with sugar ants in the kitchen but I have been told that they are common in South Florida. I would definitely stay again. The owner was super nice.

Great condo in good location

We had a great vacation in this large and well equipped condo. The location is very good (5 mins from the beach and very close to the I-95) A Target is also within walking distance. The owner always answered all queries very quickly.......Recommended!

Perfect Condo

The condominium had been completely redone and was beautiful throughout. The unit overlooks the tennis courts and is 50 feet from the pool and Jacuzzi. The owners were attentive and accommodating. I can't imagine a better unit in this development.

Really lovely condo.

We loved the condo. It's in a great area, has a very nice pool, jacuzzi, exercise facilities. The condo is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, has new furnishings, t.v's and appliances. The kitchen is particularly well designed and very pretty. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We definitely would rent it again.

Gorgeous Remodeled Condo Near the Beach!

Stayed at this condo for three months and absolutely LOVED it! It was just remodeled and redecorated and the interior is absolutely gorgeous. Both bedrooms are large and the kitchen is the centerpiece of the whole place. Huge granite countertop that opens into the living room so even when you are in the kitchen you can still entertain or watch TV. Best of all, it's so close to Atlantic Avenue (the hotspot of Delray Beach) AND the beach! The location can simply not be beat! Nearby food and restaurant options are endless. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot!! I did not want to leave!

This is the first property we’ve ever owned and its very sentimental to us. We love Delray Beach and own several properties in the area. We feel very proud to call Delray Beach our home. After renting this property for 9 years we decided to completely renovate the unit this year to stay relevant with all the great changes going on in Delray especially the immediate area.
