Home was tastefully well appointed, had all the things you need for a week. Stairs are steep, almost more like a ladder LOL. Easily navigable unless you've got some kind of mobility issue. Location is awesome, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching Whitehead go by.... Pool and yard are perfect. We had a maintenance issue with the HVAC and the property manager was quick to resolve it. Great service and great place. Definite on the short list for repeat stay.

The cottage is fantastic. Located a block off Duval. 15 minute walk to the beach. Quiet, clean and modern. Loved this place.

Potters Cottage

Historic Key West Vacation Rentals management company is a 10 out of 10 company to work with. We will contact them again for our next trip to Key West. Potters Cottage was extremely clean, in a great location, nice outside space with plenty of different sitting areas that was around the pool, the cocktail pool was clean and warm, and the front porch was cozy.

Awesome property for those who want the key west experience combined with some privacy. We loved the quiet private pool area and also the proximity to everything key west. Would definately stay again.

Cottage is in a great location-walkable to Southernmost, action on Duval, great restaurants and Higgs Beach.A quiet respite as well if you choose. Indoor decor was comfortable and well maintained-especially loved the cozy side library space. The pool was the perfect size with lots of sunny areas and cozy shaded seating-ceiling fans were a huge plus. Communication from management company throughout the booking and stay was fantastic. We will be back!

Perfect location

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. It was everything we wanted and more. The location was excellent. We were so close to restaurants, shops, art galleries and activities that we didn’t even use our car after we arrived. The atmosphere & pool in the back was so nice and relaxing it was hard to leave. We also had a wonderful time “people watching” from the front porch where you also get a lovely view of the lighthouse. We absolutely loved everything about your home and Key West. The management company and it’s employees were top notch. So nice and helpful! Thank you for making our vacation better then we imagined. We look forward to staying here again very soon.

A cottage of possibilities

Absolutely love this cottage. It was just the right size for 2 or 4. The addition of a private pool and the backyard covered patio, are divine. It’s like your little oasis away from the bustling world. The cottage looks exactly like pictured and it’s very convenient to all of the great places on Duvall street. There’s a free, non-permit spot right in front and little traffic down this street. We didn’t get to sit on the front porch, but I’d imagine it’s worth taking a sit and enjoying to morning sun with coffee. The property management company was amazing and really provides a concierge level of service. I definitely will rent this place again.

The house is very cute and comfortable with everything we needed. It's within walking distance of many attractions (Hemingway House, Lighthouse, and Southernmost Point) and great restaurants. This year, we spent more time sitting on the front porch watching passersby than we spent in the pool (...not that the pool wasn't great, though.) The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions.I can't wait to come back!

It’s in a great location - one block off of Duval but still quiet enough for peaceful lounging on the deck and quiet time for sleeping. House was exactly as expected - clean, no maintenance issues and had everything we needed for our stay (beach towels, coffee maker, etc). The staff was amazing - from booking, to getting bikes coordinated and delivered, to checking out. We are already planning a trip next year and plan on using this team again. Thank you!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest issue I have with the property is there is no parking. I had to drop my bags off and park 2 blocks away. The management company lacked communication. I had to call them to find out where I was going to pick up the keys after I was already there. They told me they would contact me the day before with instructions on how to get in the property. I never received a confirmation email that our reservation was complete until I called them. They make you drive to the other side of the island to pick them up. We have dealt with other companies on Key West. They were much more helpful in the process. They would meet you at the property, show you the home, and would explain the area.
