Detta vackert specialbyggda hem ligger i ett lugnt verkställande område och är bekvämt beläget 4 miles från Mayo Clinic. Den har ett öppet golvkoncept som innehåller ett kockkök som är fullt utrustat för alla dina matlagningsbehov. Njut av en konversation eller en måltid när du sitter på granitön eller äta middag med vänner och familj i den bekväma matsalen med utsikt över den trädbevuxna trädgården. Det finns ett täckt däck med fina möbler och en grill för användning utanför köket / matplatsen. Du hittar vardagsrummet både mysigt och bekvämt. Titta på dina favoritprogram / filmer på vår smarta TV medan du njuter av värmen från en eldstad. Den stora master king size sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen. Fästet är det lyxiga master badrummet med uppvärmda kakelgolv, dubbla handfat, bänkskiva i granit och stor klinkergång i dusch. Det finns gott om utrymme för dina saker i den bifogade garderoben. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med fina sängkläder och sittgrupp. Det finns en privat dörr till badrummet på bottenvåningen från detta rum. Den lägre nivån har ett stort mediarum där du kan spela spel, läsa eller arbeta när du använder vårt 100 megabit google mesh-nätverk. Vardagsrummet erbjuder en andra gasspis, är smakfullt inredda och har en skjutbar glasdörr ut till en uteplats. Det finns två queen-size sovrum med sittgrupper och garderober. Det kompletta badrummet ligger mellan sovrummen. Vårt mål är att göra detta hem till den finaste hyra i stan. Det kommer inte att svika!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Stay in this home was perfect for our 3 week stay in Rochester for Mayo appointments! Just like being at home, neighborhood was safe to go on walks too, plus wooded backyard full of wildlife!

Wedding

We stayed in Rochester to attend a family wedding. The property was very nice and we were close to family. This property is very spacious. My adult children stayed bottm floor that had two living rooms.

Great property

House is as described and shown in the images. Very clean, very comfortable. Cute neighborhood with young families, a playground/park, and good walking. Conveniently located to all needs locally. Only issue is the kitchen table only seats 4 persons. Difficult to manage as we were a party of 6 and cooked in the well equipped kitchen each night. Highly recommend this property and host. Excellent experience!

Great place to stay!

The home was beautiful and very clean. The photos were exact. The owner was wonderful and flexible with us. Very accomodating. The location was great, neighborhood area, sidewalks for taking walks. Clothes to the city of Rochester and Mayo Clinic. We went for a girls weekend getaway and enjoyed just hanging out in the home. The fireplaces were toasty warm and there was ample room for all of us. It is a brand new home and so we know the owner may need to look at getting a few more supplies, such as soap dispensers in the tub area, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, salt , pepper, sugar, sweetners. We think a gas grill would be a great addition. We have stayed at several other VRBO homes that have these things available. But that all being said, it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it!

The Perfect Escape

We had some treatments at Mayo clinic that lasted for 3 weeks. The house is only about 5 miles from clinic. Close enough, but far enough way that you feel you entered another world. We found this house to be the perfect escape from the days at Mayo. The main floor was light and airy and looked out onto woods. The deck also looked out onto the woods and since we had nice weather spent a lot of time on the deck. The house is big and we did not really use the lower level, but we thought we might have a larger family gathering which would have worked well. That did not occur. The house is also filled with TV's of various sizes. Again, we did not use all that was available but with a larger group would have worked well. I especially liked the heated floor in the master bath and the large shower. The pictures are a good representation of the home and the neighborhood was perfect for walking. We had a few questions and owner answered promptly.

The house is lovely. The view is beautiful. The neighborhood is wonderful.

Excellent. I have high standards for travel and this fit the bill. Beautifully appointed. Fully stocked kitchen. All the comforts of home. I highly recommend.

Great home.

Our family stayed at this home when we travelled to Minnesota for our Father's memorial service. It is a beautiful home and met all of our needs. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, as we have 2 amazing chefs in our family and they found everything needed to make some great dinners. The home is on a very nice street and the back yard borders onto a wooded area which made it very private. We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Family Get-away Home

Our family of 8 spent a week here over the Christmas break. Modern, super clean, beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room for everyone. Spacious bedrooms. Huge TV on the lower level for gaming and watching movies. Big kitchen with large granite-topped island made meal preparation easy. This place had everything we needed for a great holiday. I can heartily recommend it!

Stunning Rochester home

This home was not only the most beautiful VRBO home we've stayed in, but equally as comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect and in a very safe neighborhood with easy access to all areas of Rochester. The owner was very accommodating and always got back to us in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend choosing this home to rent.

The most excellent of rental homes anywhere near Rochester. No kidding.

Two of us stayed in this perfect home for a six week period while one of us was undergoing medical care at the Mayo Clinic. I searched all available homes in the area and this one just seemed too good to be true. It wasn't. It was easy to find, in excellent condition, had everything we needed in perfectly working order, more bedrooms than we needed even for our occasional guests, great walking paths, and a highly responsive owner that quickly answered any questions...of which there were very few. The home was our place of refuge for six weeks, and it even felt like home when the time came for us to leave. I very honestly couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking for a safe, nice, large and fully functional temporary rental home in the Rochester area. You will love it too.
