Nybyggda hem har en pool och skjutbara glasdörrar till utanför köket till poolen. Mycket privat om du behöver det. Har en fristående gäststuga på baksidan som också finns. Hemmet sover sex och är gated för absolut ensamhet, men nära till alla aktiviteter. Hemmet är mindre än ett år gamla. Tillgången är gated och är den sista hem på gatan så om sekretess är viktigt detta är på plats. Du kan se valar brott från däck och titta på solnedgången varje dag. Följ också spår till en 15 minuters promenad till stränderna för att titta på surfare.

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

We had 2 weeks in this beautiful spot. The home was great and fully equipped. We spent days exploring San Poncho but also a lot of time just lounging by the pool. The owners are responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. There is a steep walk up to the home but we enjoyed this after dinner every night. If you have mobility issues you will want to rent a golf cart. We will be back!

Incredible View

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The place has an incredible view from the house and pool. Stunning view from all rooms. Very charming Mexican house. Host is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Lots of places too eat in town. The Aragorn Bake and Brew has great beer, food and sourdough bread!!!

Love Love Love this Place!

This is our second time staying at this property and there will be a third. It’s a lovely house and property; beautiful pool with a gorgeous view; two really nice bedrooms with ensuites; comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning; a well equipped kitchen; lots of space for 4-5 people: many different places to sit outside. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town which we enjoy, but you can rent a golf cart if mobility is an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental property.

Spectacular!

What can I say that hasn’t been said already. The pictures don’t do this house justice , it’s an amazing house!Everything was great during our stay. The views and pool are amazing. The way the house opens up completely gives it a whole other dimension. Indoor outdoor living at its best. The house is at the top of a hill an easy walk into town but a little more demanding going back up but totally doable. The beds,kitchen,showers and hot water all worked great. We’ve been coming to the sweet town of San Pancho for 10 years and love it every time. Great restaurants,shops bakeries and grocery stores but a stop at the Mega is worthwhile going to. Sure there’s development and building going on but SP hasn’t lost its charm. Patricia and Lalo help with anything you may need, Patricia is wonderful,easy to talk to and full of information if you need it. Highly recommend this stay!!

San Pancho Paradise

Everything was PERFECT... Patricia is always available, so kind and discreet. The set up is Heavenly. At thevtop of the hill it's quiet but some morning you can hear the waves. For sure we will go again !!!Thanks for this Paradise !!!

Patricia is the perfect host from the first welcome and detailed explanation of the villa to helping with any questions or issues We hired a golf cart from Patricia and in the summer heat for us was perfect The Billa is just as add says perfect get away quite yet close enough to town and beach Would love to stay again

Beautiful home

Enjoyed our stay. Host and staff were great. Only downside was A/C was only in bedrooms. It was hot, July, and we basically could not use main living area as it had no A/C. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great during our stay. The views and pool are amazing. The description and photos are exactly what you get. Nothing to complain about. Greatest Host and Beautiful House

Patricia, our host, met us at the front gate when we arrived and walked us through the home with her property caretaker Lalo. The home is gorgeous with wonderful views of San Pancho and the Pacific ocean. Everything has been thought of for you, including a beach basket with towels to the 5 gallon jug of water in the kitchen. The house is pristine and the infinity pool sparkling. We watch several sunsets while cooling ourselves in the pool. My wife walked safely everyday around San Pancho but the golf cart is mandatory for quick and easy access. Unlike most tourist cities and towns, I saw one policeman on a quad is all. Thank you Patricia for a 5 star stay!!

San Pancho Accommodations

Great property for two couples or a small family. The unit is atop a hill looking to the ocean. Perfect spot to watch sunsets, if you are not down at the beach. The property is well-represented by the pictures in the listing. Patricia is very helpful, as is Lalo. Definitely use a golf cart to get around.

Best ever

There is a small part of me that doesn't want to review this property so as not to draw more attention to it! This house is so lovely and peaceful. The view is spectacular, it has everything you could possibly need, and is a very comfortable place to spend some time. The design of the house is also exceptional. The spaces are all well considered and comfortable to be in, the use of materials and the quality of the construction is all exceptional. When you're not staring out over the ocean, you may find yourself contemplating the beautiful beams or details of the masonry. Patricia is a gracious host and so lovely and welcoming. Lalo does a great job keeping things up but is like a ghost -- you'll never know he's anywhere around. We had a lovely stay and hope to be back next year.

Comfort in the sunshine

Patricia’s property is an amazing spot for a Mexico getaway to avoid the resort crowds. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The house is clean and well stocked. Fresh, filtered water was an added bonus. The pool and outdoor furniture made it the best spot to enjoy the day, sun up to sunset. The grounds keep Lalo is very helpful as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful house and view

We had a wonderful stay here - will definitely return! The house is open and beautiful with two private bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is a bit bigger and has a lovely view, but the downstairs bedroom is also very nice and has its own bathroom. The pool is gorgeous and there are many options for seating and lounging. We had 5 people here to start with and it was not at all crowded. The property sits up a hill so there is a bit of a walk into town (15 mins to the main part of town). If you are in any kind of decent shape this will not be a problem and you may even welcome the exercise. I would recommend comfortable shoes as the road is quite rocky and uneven in places. This will be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or an aversion to exercise, but you can rent a golf cart. There are a few nice places to stay in town, but from what I could see there was nothing comparable to the beauty and privacy of this house. Also, typical for open tropical living you will share the space with a variety of insects and lizards. The town of San Pancho is much bigger than we expected with multiple great places to eat, do yoga, walk, and explore. I would recommend a stop at a bigger grocery store in Bucerias on the way and then supplement with items from the shops in town.

I can't say enough

Like many of the reviews have stated, this property is even better than we expected. The space is very well laid-out, easy to feel at home, yet it feels very special. there was everything we needed from towels to dishware, yoga mats, and water. There were two of us staying in the main home, and a third in the casita. We spent a lot of time around/in the pool, taking in the incredible vista and amazing sunshine. We walked into town a couple times a day, no problem. It's a gorgeous, safe walk. There is definitely a hill to climb that raises the heart rate, but even in the heat of the mid-afternoon, it's totally fine (we're all fit-ish, but def not athletes). Patricia was a dream host, we had all the privacy we wanted, yet knew she was close enough if we needed any support. I'd stay again in a second!

Lovely property!

My husband and I were so impressed with this property and with Patricia and Donny, who went the extra mile in every way. Originally we were going to rent a golf cart based on reviews, then decided to rent a car for our trip to SP and Sayulita, but Hertz ran out of cars at the PV airport (although we had a reservation. Seinfeld much?) Turned out to be a lucky break -- we enjoyed the 20 minute walk (even the hill, although I don't recommend for people with mobility issues as the road is rough) into town/beach, which we did twice a day. Lots of chickens and dogs around San Pancho, so it can be noisy. But the villa is an oasis -- clean, airy, beautiful and great views!

Perfect family gateway

I had an amazing stay at the Vrbo in San Pancho last week. The location exceeded expectations, offering breathtaking views that were even better than the pictures. The pool was just the right size and temperature, adding to the overall relaxation. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped for complete meals, and the distance from town, though fair, made a golf cart essential, especially for older guests. Highly recommend this place!

We Loved This Home!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic home, and it was an experience we'll cherish forever! From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the spaciousness and the authentic Mexican culture that this home exudes. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the fantastic pool and patio area. It was the perfect oasis for relaxation and family fun, with ample space to lounge and enjoy the sun. The pool itself was a refreshing retreat, and the surrounding patio provided a great spot for our family gatherings. Inside, the comfort continued with beds that felt like clouds - ensuring a restful night's sleep after our days of exploration. The second bedroom was a dream come true for the kids, thoughtfully designed and just the right size. Waking up to the spectacular view each morning was a treat. The home's location offers a sense of isolation and privacy that is truly rare, allowing us to disconnect and immerse ourselves in tranquility. The warmth and hospitality of the family greeting us added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. They made us feel welcome and were wonderful hosts. The city nearby is a gem with its fantastic food and friendly people. It perfectly complemented our stay with its vibrant culture and culinary delights. However, the home is a bit far from town, so we highly recommend using the golf cart. It added a fun and convenient way to explore the local area.

Lovely property, lovely hosts, lovely area. My wife, my 3 daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 2 of my daughters stayed in the adjoining casita. The heated pool was gorgeous. We rented a golf cart to get into town, although I mostly walked given that the cart only had a 4-person capacity. We cooked our own breakfast but ate out often. The restaurants were quite good. Visitors should bring cash as many of the businesses only take cash. The bank machines were sometimes unreliable and the exchange rates are not the best. We took separate Ubers to San Pancho, although one should approach these with care. My driver took a wrong turn onto a toll road and I ended up getting charged the toll. Uber support was totally unresponsive on that issue. All in all, a wonderful place for a vacation.

I Travelled all of Mexico and San Pancho is my favorite place, it is clean, safe and what Mexico is really all about. The tourists are just starting to find this hidden jewel and therefore it is not crowded. The beaches are amazing and the restaurants fantastic.
