Idealiskt beläget i hjärtat av orten i bostaden Arcelle på femte våningen, nära skidliftarna, backarna, sportcentret, butikerna (närbutik, bageri vid foten av bostaden, skiduthyrning, etc.) . Parkering P1 (betalar) ligger under bostaden med direkt tillgång till nivå -1 (Avfart 6 l'Arcelle).
Lägenheten har just renoverats.
Köket har en induktionshäll, en kombinerad grill / mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp. Det finns också en elektrisk kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och brödrost.
Det finns en TV / DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet och en annan i sovrummet.
I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng och i kabinen 3 våningssängar.
Det stora sovrummet och kabin sovrummet är isolerade från vardagsrummet med dörrar.
Badrummet är utrustat med dusch och handfat. Toaletterna är separata.
Skidskåpet är rymligt och ligger på nivå -1 (samma som för tillgången till parkering P1). Lägenheten är märkt 2 * (ministeriet för turism) och 2 stugor (Vallée des Belleville).
Turistskatten ingår i hyran.
Vi har också ett litet hus för 5 personer i centrum av St Georges de Didonne nära Royan

Simple but effective apartment. Had all that we needed for a week stay with myself, husband, and two grown up sons. Doesn’t have WiFi, but our own networks worked.

Way better than the pictures!

We've stayed in a few apartments in L'Arcelle, this was the best one so far. The flat is immaculate, everything works, it was spotlessly clean on arrival. The owner is lovely and easy to get hold of, if you need to. The agency downstairs are really good. Perfect for our family of four. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location and easy check in, good communication with owner, no wifi so you need to purchase or use local resort, no duvets (blankets), can be noisy after 10pm (no one to police this). Apartment perfect for our family ski trip.

"We have now twice spent ...

"We have now twice spent a week in this property with 2 adults and 2 children. The flat is centrally located and directly accessible by lift from P1, greatly easing loading and unloading logistics. Ski-in and with a 50m walk ski-out. Right above a supermarket and across from main shopping an public leisure centre (swimming pool) in Val Thorens. Location is super-convenient. The flat has a double bed in a side-bedroom separable from the living area with sliding doors, and a triple bunk-bed in a separate bedroom. The flat is well maintained, clean and well equipped. Key retrieval and return is well organised. The owners are friendly and helpful. The flat is on the 5th floor. The only possible gripe is that the double lifts in the building seem to have a stubborn unhelpful character of their own, leaving at peak times ample time to ponder the nature of their operating system. Great flat, we have had a good time there both times, would definitely come back."

Goed vernieuwd en mooi ingericht appartement

Goed gelegen boven parking met rechtstreekse toegang vanuit parking.Mooi ingericht appartement met alle comfort. Goed gelegen voor vertrek voor skiën. Enige negatief puntje is de matrassen van de bedden die aan vernieuwing toe zijn.

Très bien pour un bon séjour à Val Thorens

Très bien placé, au bord des pistes et des commerces avec parking (à louer) en dessous de la résidence. Bien équipé, avec un BZ dans le salon, un lit 2 places et 3 lits couchettes. On était 4 adultes et c’était très bien, plus serait peut-être un peu trop à l’étroit.

C’était une fois de plus parfait !

magnifique

Nous venons depuis plusieurs années à Valthorens et avons eu plusieurs locations à l'arcelle et c'est de loin le plus bel appartement. Il est idéalement situé, à deux pas du parking, au centre de la station, a côté de la superette et au pied des pistes. Les propriétaires, à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être des locataires ont rénové l'appartement avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a 2 vrai chambres fermées par des portes et non par des rideaux. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans l'appartement. Il y a de la place pour les chaussures de ski dans le casier à ski Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!

SUPER SEJOUR

Nous venons depuis plusieurs années à Valtho et dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé, à deux du parking, au centre de la station et au pied des pistes. Les propriétaires, à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être des locataires ont rénové l'appartement avec beaucoup de goût. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour son rapport qualité / prix. Veritable " + "pour un bon sejour à Val thorens

Super séjour à Val Thorens, super condition pour skier (temps, domaine skiable), et super location ! cet appart' est super bien placé , conforme à la description, et très propre.Appartement idéal pour un couple et deux enfants en bas age. De plus le propriétaire à été fort sympathique , prenant même des nouvelles durant le séjour, pour savoir si tout allait bien . Merci à lui , j’espère revenir l'année prochaine, et surtout pouvoir bénéficier de cette location .

Une location agreable coeur de station

TRES TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE / PRIX

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous occupons cet appartement. Nous apprécions beaucoup son emplacement et sa facilité d'accès. L'appartement est confortable et bien aménagé Le loyer est très bon marché et le propriétaire est toujours disponible. Famille du Nord...

Location parfaite

Echanges sérieux et très courtois avec le propriétaire. Vous pouvez avoir confiance. Appartement conforme aux descriptifs, propre, très pratique et très fonctionnel même pour 5 personnes et un rapport qualité/prix bien raisonnable pour Val Thorens. L'Arcelle est une résidence très bien située (galerie Caron à 2 pas et pistes à 50m), au calme, avec le parking juste en-dessous. Notre séjour fut parfait. RV l'année prochaine j'espère !

Sans surprise

Appartement correspondant au descriptif de l'annonce, pas de mauvaise surprise, cependant attention au bruit le soir lié au bar de nuit qui ferme à 2h avec sa musique qui résonne. Propriétaire très gentil et qui prend contact au téléphone. Ceci est pour les locataires, cet appartement est non fumeur, nous avons repris l'appartement derrière des gens sans scrupule à l'égare des prochains locataires, c'était une infection, tout sentaient le tabac, même plusieurs jours après nos vêtements sentaient, alors respecté les règles et allez fumer dehors, oui j'ai dit dehors car il n'y a pas de balcon. Voilà, après ce petit coup de nerf, séjour superbe, merci Mr et Mme B
