VĂ€lkommen till Anna Maria Island och staden Bradenton Beach.

Vi ligger 45 minuter söder om S: t Petersburg, en timme söder om Tampa International Airport, 2 timmar frÄn Orlando och dess mÄnga temaparker och tjugo minuter norr om Sarasota pÄ Gulf-sidan av Florida.

VÄr ö Àr sju mil lÄng och 2-5 kvarter bred. Vi Àr en familjevÀnlig plats med vattensporter, strandbutiker, presentbutiker med restauranger och fiske pÄ Historic Bridge Street och Pier. En gratis vagn ger Äk upp och ner pÄ ön. En ny cykelvÀg gÄr lÀngs strÀnderna bredvid strandparker med grillar och livvaktsstationer. Vi Àr Gamla Florida - avslappnad utan den höga kÀnslan.

VÄr nyligen uppdaterade lÀgenhet ligger i ett lugnt omrÄde bara 85 flip-flop trappsteg till den rena vita sandstranden .. Detta Àr en hörn enhet som alltid Àr ljus och solig .. Dessa lÀgenheter har tvÄ sovrum och ett badrum. Sovrum ett har en queen size-sÀng (ny madrass 2/2017) och 26 tums platt-TV. Sovrum 2 har tvÄ enkelsÀngar och en 20 "platt skÀrm. BÄda TV: n har kabel. BoomrÄdet har en 40 "monterad SMART platt-TV inklusive premiumkabel och WI-FI

Vi har just avslutat en total ommodell för badrummet samt ytterligare inredningsuppgraderingar som inkluderar ny fÀrg, nya innerdörrar, kronlister och helt nya vardagsrumsmöbler! BÄde soffan och kÀrlekssÀtet har dubbla liggande stolar.

Our first AMI trip

This was our first time visiting AMI. Happy we ended up choosing Veroniques property. She was quick to answer all questions. Everything was clean and stocked with all essentials. Super easy quick walk to the beach, our family had a blast.

Perfect Beach Rental

We loved our stay at this vacation rental. So close from the ocean we only had to walk 1 block to the beach. The beach was pristine! The apt has everything you could possibly need, very well equipped. Comfortable beds, brand new kitchen with all appliances. It was perfectly located with easy access to all points on the island. Property manager Veronique was a pleasure to communicate with and accommodated all our requests. We appreciated our time at this rental so much. We loved it!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. Clean & updated. Loved the reclining sofa in the living room. The beautifully remodeled kitchen included a Keurig instead of a coffee pot, which we appreciated. Beach chairs & beach umbrellas were in good condition. The condo was a short walk to the beach. Would recommend staying at this condo.

Beautiful condo and location

This is one of the cleanest and most well-appointed condos we have ever rented. There were many extra items in the condo we have not normally seen and was much appreciated. Though not right on the beach, the one to two minute walk to the beach was perfect. We could not have asked for a nicer place and plan to return. Thank you!

This property is beautifully decorated and has top of the line furnishings. The host provides a helpful notebook with all the info you need. We found a new favorite restaurant from a recommendation in it. The host also provides beach chairs, a wagon beach equipment and coolers. We fly down and there was nothing we had to buy to supplement what was already in the unit.

Great location

We've stayed a couple times now and the location is great for us. Beach is a short walk, and there's lots of beach amenities supplied by the owner, so that makes it nice. The condo is a great size for us, clean, and has everything we need. We'll definitely be back!

This was a great little condo, beautiful pool, close to beach and trolley stop, all the amenities you will need. The host was very responsive, very helpful, and kind. The condo itself as well as the property was very clean. It had all.the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful unit in an ideal location

This condo is a little gem in a particularly lovely part of Anna Maria. Great restaurants within a few blocks. The great shops and bars on Bridge Street are just down the street. A very comfortable, beautifully appointed accommodation.

Unbelievably Clean and Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect location, was beyond clean, neat and tidy. We were visiting AMI as Tropical Storm Debby rolled through. The owner was very communicative and kind. We did enjoy one beach day and one pool day prior to wind and rain, but no matter we had a lovely time. We will definitely be back next year.
