Beskrivning
Villa Rosalinda är ett vackert nybyggnadshus i ett av Cape Corals nyaste och mest eftertraktade områden. Detta hem ligger på en cul-de sac mycket och har vacker utsikt över vattnet från alla vardagsrum och sovrum. Partiet har över 180 fot vid vattnet. Den har en delad sovrumslayout, tolv fot tak i vardagsrum, travertingolv i hela, spanska kaklade tak och är omgiven av tropiska palmer. Tio fots glidande glasdörrar leder dig till den stora Lanai, pool och spa. Lanai är över 500 kvadratmeter och har en sittgrupp, matplats och ett utomhuskök. Njut av saltvattenpoolen och spaet (inga tillsatta kemikalier) medan du njuter av den vackra utsikten. På kvällarna blickar du på de ljusa stjärnorna när tystnaden uppslukar dig. Njut av roen i Cape Coral medan du bara är några minuter från Fort Myers, Pine Island och de berömda stränderna i Sanibel och Captiva.

Perfect!

We had another great stay at Villa Rosalinda and we’ll be back again for sure. The house is fantastic and equipped with everything you need. The location is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and you’ll meet friendly people wherever you go. The owner, Bernie, is just great. He is friendly, accommodating, honest and so easy to work with. Staying at Villa Rosalinda is an easy choice.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosalinda. The house is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. Lots of space, clean and very well equipped. We loved it. The owner was helpful and always quick to respond to emails etc.

Lovely getaway

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week, in town for a family celebration. This property is beautiful, immaculate and comfortable. The owners and their representatives were friendly and available. Anything you could possibly need was available in this lovely home.

Wonderful family vacation

We staying end of August with my 3 older children and my parents. House was beautiful and very clean. We used the pool and spa every day. The house is supplied with everything you could need. Grear communication with host. Would definately come back again!

Relaxing Getaway!

Amazing stay!

Outdoor Retreat

This home had everything one would need for a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The best part was the outdoor space where we spent 95% of our time. The grill area is clean, the chairs are comfortable not only at the table but the pool loungers as well. The neighbors were friendly and the burrowing owl a really welcomed visitor 😊. Mr Bernie checked in with us and responded back immediately to our questions. We would not hesitate to stay again and appreciated the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful home.

WOW!

Absolutely beautiful home. You have to see it in person. We caught a lot of fish on the dock, spent A LOT of time in the pool and hot tub and LOVED the bath and shower in master bathroom. Such a nice experience! Bernie was so nice and helpful when we spoke on the phone too.

Perfect location and beautiful home!!

We walked in and were stunned by the view of the outdoor area...the photos didn't do it justice! Great communication with the owner. We had an amazing vacation, enjoying the amazing outdoor seating and pool. Loved the resident burrowing owl and learning about the species and the love of them in the Cape Coral community. We also left carrots in the front yard every evening for the bunnies. So adorable! Such a great property. Beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owner has great taste and everything is high-end. We can't wait to enjoy this home again!!

5 Star all the way

I have stayed in Cape Coral at about 8 different Properties over the years and this is by far the Best. The location on the Canal is beautiful, peaceful and private. The home was spotless clean and very well decorated. Kitchen was nicely stocked with matching everything and the outdoor grill was great for some dinners we made. The pool and spa were great, had pool floats and toys. We used the bikes to check out the neighborhood and the garage has everything you need for Kayaking or a day at the beach. The bathrooms were perfect (however I would recommend new shower heads, maybe rain shower heads to make it feel more luxurious . That was my only miss for how nice the place is, but definitely not a deal breaker. Don't miss out on a wonderful home to enjoy some R&R.
