Beskrivning
Villa Rosalinda Àr ett vackert nybyggnadshus i ett av Cape Corals nyaste och mest eftertraktade omrÄden. Detta hem ligger pÄ en cul-de sac mycket och har vacker utsikt över vattnet frÄn alla vardagsrum och sovrum. Partiet har över 180 fot vid vattnet. Den har en delad sovrumslayout, tolv fot tak i vardagsrum, travertingolv i hela, spanska kaklade tak och Àr omgiven av tropiska palmer. Tio fots glidande glasdörrar leder dig till den stora Lanai, pool och spa. Lanai Àr över 500 kvadratmeter och har en sittgrupp, matplats och ett utomhuskök. Njut av saltvattenpoolen och spaet (inga tillsatta kemikalier) medan du njuter av den vackra utsikten. PÄ kvÀllarna blickar du pÄ de ljusa stjÀrnorna nÀr tystnaden uppslukar dig. This was our second stay at Villa Rosalinda, it's a wonderful Villa that is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, easy check in and out, great saltwater pool, beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, Bernie is a very responsive owner. Everything is as the advertisement states. Looking forward to next year.

Lovely getaway

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week, in town for a family celebration. This property is beautiful, immaculate and comfortable. The owners and their representatives were friendly and available. Anything you could possibly need was available in this lovely home.

Great family get away

Our family of four (2 young adult daughters) had a great relaxing stay. The home is as the pictures depict, roomy, comfortable, and a great place to spend time as a family yet have plenty of space if someone wanted privacy.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at the Rosalinda property. The home and pool were as advertised and had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our stay. Communication with owner and management company was great and they were very responsive. We are hoping to come back again!

My husband and I stayed here at Rosalinda for 10 days over our 39th wedding anniversary in October. It was just the two of us however the house is so spacious!!! The main suite has a very comfortable king size bed, and we slept very well. The house is beautifully decorated and had very comfortable higher end furniture. Loved the power recliners. The kitchen is every good cook’s dream! It’s very spacious with all the amenities you could want. Best part of the house is the floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up the house to the beautiful patio and pool/hot tub. We opened those doors every day and enjoyed the patio. The pool was sparkling clean and Bernie had warmed it for us before we even got there. The hot tub was wonderful as well and we used that every single night. The patio also has very comfortable loungers. You will find a couple pool floats in the deck box. The home also features a beautiful dock, and a deck where my husband fished daily and nightly. There are fishing poles in the garage and an umbrella/chairs to take to the beach. Bernie is a wonderful host and checked in with us via text multiple times to make sure everything was just perfect. He even had a bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful anniversary card waiting for us when we got to his home. We had an absolutely amazing time here and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to just chill out and relax. My husband even arranged for a poolside massage for me!!!!!! Heavenly!!

Evening fishing from the dock-hubby caught nothing but catfish but still had fun. We did not see any other wildlife in the water other than fish.

The home was beautiful, spacious and clean! We will definitely be back as this home has everything you need to make a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool and grounds are magnificent. It was definitely a sad day when we had to leave this home.

Second time here
