Kök och bad remodeled 2017! Nyinredda 3 sovrum, tre badrum lÀgenhet med loft, 10 sovplatser. Bra lÀge, mindre Àn tvÄ kvarter till nÀrmaste restauranger, barer och shopping, tvÄ kvarter till nÀrmaste mataffÀr, fyra kvarter till nÀrmaste skidlift. Inte nÀmna att Carter Park Àr ut bakvÀgen med en vÀlvÄrdad pulkabacke pÄ vintern och sand volleyboll, tennis och bollplaner under sommaren. Det finns ocksÄ ett spÄr huvudet precis ut pÄ baksidan som Àr kopplat till Breckenridge mountainbike och vandring demosystem. Perfekt för familjer!

Vi har utrustat lÀgenheten med alla nya sÀngklÀder, sÀngklÀder och möbler. En 50 tums HD-TV ligger i anslutning till gasspis omgiven av skinnsoffor dÀr vÄra gÀster kan koppla av efter en dag i backen eller lederna. Det gourmetkök byggdes sommaren 2016 med granit, rostfria vitvaror och en dubbel ugn. Det Àr vÀlutrustade med allt som behövs för nÀstan alla kulinariska strÀvan och mata en stor grupp. VÄr matplats har ett stort bord som kan rymma 10 kuvert. Det finns ocksÄ en frukost bar samt. Enheten Àr belÀgen pÄ den vÀstra delen av byggnaden, som ger en spektakulÀr utsikt över Breckenridge skidomrÄdet och Ten Mile Range bland alla tre sovrum. Det finns 2 master sviter, alla med kung sÀngar och badrum. De har ocksÄ 40 tums platt-TV. Den 3: e sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och tvÄ vÄningssÀngar, det Àr ett bra stÀlle att sova barnen! Loftet har en 46 tums platt-DVD och Nintendo Wii. Det finns ocksÄ en queen size utdragssoffa pÄ vinden. Varje sovrum har mörklÀggningsgardiner och ljud spa noisemakers att göra det mesta av din sovande erfarenhet.

Atrium har garage för en bil, skid locker förvaring och en stor gemenskap badtunna. Under vintern finns det ett skidomrÄde buss som stannar framför byggnaden var 20 minuter och tar dig till gondol eller Beaver Run basareal. VÄr lÀgenhet ligger pÄ toppen, 3: e vÄningen utan hiss. Det rekommenderas inte för handikappade personer. Vi föredrar att hyra ut till familjer och inte hyra ut till stora grupper av studenter. Bevis pÄ Älder krÀvs mÄste vara Àldre Àn 25 Är. Fabulous place and great location.

Great location, on trolly route, short walk to restaurants, close to hiking opportunities. Everything you need for a great stay, the unit was well equipped, comfy beds, great kitchen, nice bathrooms. We stayed after ski season, nice quiet building with underground parking, great views of the mountains from a couple of the bedrooms. 3br 3 bath, with an upstairs. Fabulous stay!

This was the perfect condo for our family Christmas trip. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The close proximity to the slopes and Main Street made it even better. We're a family of 5 from the Denver area. We love Summit County and all it has to offer! Our kids are learning to ski at Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. During the summer we bike the recreation trails and hike waterfalls and scenic peaks. There is something to enjoy every month of the year!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have another Summit County vacation rental property that we have self-managed since 2005 but needed more space for our growing family. We chose this property because of its great use of space with two master suites and plenty of room to entertain visitors. Most of all it was about location, location, location and views of the Ten mile range and ski area out of the bedroom windows. When we visit we walk everywhere with the kids: Carter Park, restaurants, art fairs, shopping, ice cream, and even to feed the fish at the Dredge! During the winter the groomed sledding hill at Carter Park is out the back door and skiing is a short walk or shuttle ride away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You can't beat the in-town location and access to skiing! If you want to walk it is only 3.5 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, but if you would rather, you can catch the Free Ride Shutte which stops outside the front door every 20 minutes. The Free Ride shuttle drops off at the Beaver Run base area or the Breckenridge gondola and transit center. The Gondola can be ridden for free, always fun for the kids or sight-seers! No cars are necessary for this centrally located condo.
