Comfortable apartment in a great location!

Host was very helpful and accommodating. The space was big and comfortable despite that there were 7 of us. A few of us ended up on couches which was fine - make sure to request additional bedding if needed. Overall, nice place to stay and would stay there again!

Very large apartment, great location

This is a totally great apartment in a terrific location, with easy walking access to the historic city center and two blocks from the tramway. Three very large bedrooms (one suitable for 3 people, the other two for 2 people each). The "fourth bedroom" is the living room, with two couches, one of which folds out into a bed. The living room connects the kitchen with one of the bedrooms, so it is not very private. One bedroom has a full bathroom. In the main part of the apartment there is a room with a sink and toilet, and a room with a shower, sink, and laundry machine (washer, no dryer). Small kitchen, but you are not going to Alsace to cook your own meals. No a/c, but well ventilated with lots of windows. Note, though, that it's a lively neighborhood with street noises going late into the night, especially on weekends. Very helpful and accommodating owner.

Small property to accommodate 5 adults (not partners)

It is in a superb location though rather noisy in the night and early mornings. It an old apartment that in the listing claimed to accommodate 10 people ....impossible. There is only 1 shower, 1 tub , 1 toilet and 1 in tub room . Linens , extras were sparse and of low quality. Main bed was a futon. No paper towels , detergent, nothing welcoming in the fridge. The hot water broke and could not be fixed

Great Location BUT...

Pro: lovely big sized rooms, sleeps 6 not more although 3 couches could have been couch/beds - not sure, heating great, 2 proper bathrooms/toilets, LOCATION, comes with paid parking under building, hot showers were hot, good restaurants and everything you want within 5 min walk, close walking distance to attractions, you can hear Notre Dame bells, plenty of room, good communication with manager (note: if you write in English she answers in French) and always writes back quickly. Con: squeaky floors (super loud), TINY washing machine/not enough detergent - no dryer and hard to figure out codes, loud street during festivals, no toaster and no paper towels etc, small kitchen, beds are like futons and really not comfortable, WiFi SUPER SLOW, needed directions for microwave, really needs to re-arrange couches in living room so they are together in an L position, was incredibly difficult to navigate car into city center during xmas festival as streets are all closed. Booked on Feb 2 and a few weeks before trip in Dec manager said VRBO glitch and it was double booked (never known this to happen). Don't forget you need special parking pass from manager to get into city center at xmas. No welcome basket, just a bag of cookies and would have rather had a welcome basket with some fruit and water. No maps or restaurant guides. Neighbor that met us at rental was very nice. WAS WORTH ALL OF THIS FOR LOCATION.

Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist sehr gut erreichbar. Allerdings macht es den Anschein, dass auf Details keinen Wert gelgt wird: diverse Lampen gehen nicht, die Schubladen und der Kühlschrank waren nicht wirklich sauber, der Vorhang in einem Schlafzimmer war nicht aufgehängt, das Fenster im Sclafzimmer zur Straße war nicht richtig zu schließen, was nachts zur Ruhestörung führte, Filtereinsatz für die Kaffeemaschine fehlte.Betten bequem und sauber.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum

Für einen Stadtbesuch mit einer größeren Gruppe perfekt geeignet. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Weinhändler alle in nächster Nähe. Das Appartemen wirkt aber so, als wäre lange nicht mehr investiert worden und ein paar Reparaturen wären auch fällig (Lampen, WLAN-Router, Sofa, Stühle…) Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen

Situation exceptionelle - tout à <5mn

Nous avons passé un très bon long WE à Strasbourg avec 9 personne (6 adultes 3 enfants). L'appartement étant très grand et tout à fait adapté malgré le nombre d'occupant élevé. C'est un appartement ancien de centre ville donc il est effectivement parfois un peu bruyant (parquet ou exterieur) mais rien de trop dérangeant - boule quies font l'affaire pour les plus exigeants et les murs/portes sont très épais. L'appartement est beaucoup sollicité mais dans l'ensemble tout est en état de marche. Un vrai défaut: le superbe manège sur la place centrale de Strasbourg visible dès la sortie de l'appartement, ma fille de 18 mois ne l'a pas raté...à chaque sortie ;)

Big Apartment In Great Location

Lovely, large apartment close to Christmas markets and stores. Apartment is one floor above a fabulous boulangerie. Good shower, and there is also a bathtub. Includes a washing machine, but no dryer (there is a drying rack). Big refrigerator was a plus. Floors are super loud squeaky, and I would not stay here with small children or babies who need it quiet to nap. Beds are very low to the ground with hard mattresses; kind of futon-like. Hostess was nice, and her English is better than she realizes. Bedrooms are big, so there is lots of room for suitcases. Very close to a tram stop that leads to/from train station. Biggest plus is location, which cannot be beat.

Beautiful apartment in ideal location

We had a wonderful time at Patricia's lovely apartment. Patricia was a very kind, attentive hostess, the apartment is spacious and beautiful, full of lovely finishes, and the location could not be better. The apartment is close to almost everything you could want to see in Strasbourg. I hope to be back one day.

Location, location, location

This apartment has the perfect location for the Christmas markets. Our group of 6 adults and 1 child had plenty of space in this apartment. We did need to move around furniture in order to have the living space make sense for conversing. The ladies who helped us get to the apartment could not have been more helpful. Our concerns about the apartment were the lack of some basic maintenance (lock falling off door, could see through floor boards to bakery below, etc.) and the bed comfort.

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Un bel appartement très spacieux( nous étions 9), propre et très bien équipé, idéalement situé au cœur de Strasbourg. Aucune fausse note pour notre séjour, l'accueil était très sympathique et la place de parking en plein centre ville est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, peut être pour découvrir Strasbourg sous des couleurs plus estivales...

Top Lage, tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt total zentral - man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Kathedrale, im Petite France und der Einkaufsstraße. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlt an nichts in der Wohnung! Sie ist sehr großzügig, schön eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Bildern! Zudem ist es sehr praktisch, dass ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

une très bonne adresse

très bel appartement , propriétaire très accueillante et très arrangeante, dans une très belle ville , un havre de repos dans une très belle ville , à 2 pas de la cathédrale très spacieux à conseiller pour un groupe jusqu'à 10 personnes , cuisine bien équipée permettant de prendre les repas dans le logement . a conseiller sans modération !!

Zentral im historischen Zentrum

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung liegt ideal im historischen Zentrum der Stadt. Alle sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Privatparkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein großes Familienfest mit 6 Personen gefeiert und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

une adresse en or

je ne peux que recommander ce bel appartement, grand, confortable, décoré avec goût, (nous étions 3 couples d'amis) idéalement situé à deux pas de la cathédrale et de la petite France. Nous avons apprécié le parking privé pour laisser notre voiture pour la durée du séjour. Proche de tout, nous avons parcouru Strasbourg, à pied, en tram et en bateau. Merci à notre hôtesse pour son accueil et ses conseils quant aux restaurants qu'elle nous a indiqués (Christian, La table de Christophe, La tête de lard, le petit bouchon) nous les avons tous fort appréciés. Séjour à Strasbourg

Notre groupe a beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de notre hôtesse ainsi que l'appartement pour son confort, son espace, sa répartition et toutes les attentions destinées à rendre ce séjour agréable. C'est une bonne idée que la prise en charge du ménage cela permet de profiter au maximum de la ville. Son emplacement entre la cathédrale et la Petite France permet d'accéder à pied à tous les sites se trouvant entre l'Ill et l'AAr ainsi qu'à la gare. Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qu veulent découvrir Strasbourg dans de bonnes conditions.

Appartement plein coeur de ville

Nous rentrons d'un week end au marché de Noel de Strasbourg et nous avons loués ce charmant appartement. Il est idéalement situé pour profité du centre ville, de la cathédrale ou même de la petite France. L'appartement est vraiment très accueillant et bien équipés nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation. La propriétaire est vraiment accueillante.
