It’s always great when a property exceeds expectations! Sounds like the location was convenient with the ski-out access, even if the walk uphill could be a bit of a workout. I’m sorry about the thermostat trouble — we’ll have maintenance inspect the units, ensure they’re working properly without needing an app, and update the house manual with clear instructions. I appreciate you flagging the coffee pots; we’ll replace or repair them (and address the leaking unit) after seeing this recurring issue.
