Kom och njut av vår 2BR / 2BA 1410 m². POOL hem ligger i den pittoreska fiskebyn Matlacha.
Matlacha ligger i SW Florida strax öster om Pine Island. Området ger vattnet entusiasten med oändliga möjligheter. Staden har många konstgallerier och unika butiker, varav många har verk av lokala konstnärer. Det finns också restauranger och barer med levande musik varje dag. Hemmet ligger bara 30 minuter från Fort Myers internationella flygplats och bara några minuter från en modern livsmedelsbutik, restauranger kedja och shopping.
Antingen Fort Myers Beach eller Sanibel Island kan nås med bil i cirka 40 minuter. Om du har en båt, Sanibel eller Cayo Costa är ca 40 minuter. Matlacha Pass har några av de bästa kustfisket i SW Fl.
Vi lever just nu i norra men har väldigt hjälpfastighetsförvaltare bara några miles away. Incheckningstiden är 03:00 och utcheckning Klockan är 10:00. Det kan finnas en viss flexibilitet beroende på schemat.

Cute and cozy

The house was in a good location for us. It was on a canal with easy access to the bay. The kitchen was well-stocked with every appliance you would need, as well as dishes and silverware. The owner was very quick to respond to a small issue we had with the internet.

Blue Lagoon in Cape Coral

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy life! I wouldn't change a thing. Plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking inside and out. All around perfect spot!

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I escaped the north for 10 beautiful days to this lovely home in Matlacha, Florida. Just over the bridge from charming Pine Island, there were lots of places to eat and convenient to most anything else you’d need. The house is just darling and has everything you could need for the stay. The pool, deck, and lanai were truly lovely. The owners were very responsive to any questions we may have had. We definitely will return!

Amazing Spring Break

We arrived super early in the morning and they had the lights on for us, very welcoming! The house was very clean and comfortable. Two ensuites were a very nice treat. The pool and boat lift were the icing on top!! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a worry free vacation!

Christmas Break

The property is great! It is clean and the pool was wonderful. My family rents houses every year in the Cape Coral area during the holidays so we have stayed in several. I would stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly.

Beautiful home

Loved our stay here. The house is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Owners are responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet. The little produce market nearby has great smoothies and Cuban sandwiches.

Heaven in Matlacha

Beautifully decorated house, a pool and a canal full of fish! what else could you want. Minutes to fine restaurants and shopping. Don't miss the DEK bar, maybe a little primitive but best PIZZA ever..Landlord very responsive....great stop in a great area...Nice pool, good TV 'S...plenty of dining space.SAFE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED

Highly recommended!

We loved, loved, loved this place! Matlacha is a quaint little town, and the neighourhood where the house is located is nice and quiet. The house itself is spacious and has all the necessary amenities at your disposal. We really enjoyed the local restaurants Micelli's and Bert's Bar & Grill. Paul and Petra were graceful and responsive hosts. We highly recommend this place to other people and will definitely come back.

We loved the low-key nature of the town and the endless fishing and boating opportunities right from your very own house. Matlacha is a town where you feel like you went back in time yet all the modern amenities are only a few minutes away.
