Det består av ett marmorat golv med stort sovrum, med en king size-säng, expansivt badrum och omklädningsrum och med stora privata däck med utsikt över den frodiga trädgården och poolområdet. Det finns två (2) gäst sovrum, ett en king size-säng och ett en queen size-säng, alla med privata badrum och dusch.
Det finns däck och sittgrupp framför alla sovrum med fri utsikt över havet och staden som gränsar till planterare.
Det finns ett kontor och en sittgrupp intill detta.
Den högra trappuppgången leder från bottenvåningen till privat infinitypools vattenkaskad och sjunkna sittgrupp som tittar på kaskad- och poolområdet.

Lovely property with astounding views

This property is lovely. It is somewhat "vertical" so not ideal for mobility challenged folks, but architecturally, it's beautiful with a lawned garden with sitting area and beautiful fountain. The main living level has a great kitchen and, living/dining rooms and opens onto a huge terrace...amazing views from this level. It is an uphill hike if walking to town or the beach and is about a ten minute walk from the produce market, which was great. The house manager and staff were great and the owner was very responsive and great to deal with. Recommend. (as noted in other reviews, there is some noise from neighboring roosters/dogs, but there was a white noise machine in the master bedroom that totally took care of that)

Property has one of the best views I've even seen in Puerto Vallarta, and is filled with old architectural details and charms. But mostly its the host Patrick, what a wonderful generous host to accommodate all our needs and the extras!

Excellent Stay

The house is as advertised. The pool area is surrounded by gardens and fountains and is an incredible place to unwind. The living area overlooks PV and each bedroom is very comfortable. As the listing noted, there are a number of stairs that renters should be aware of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beautiful View/ Very Private

We had a wonderful vacation in this house! The amazing view and privacy are accurately represented in the listing. The property manager is wonderful! She makes sure you have everything you need, and is also very respectful of your privacy. The house is very clean and well stocked. It is a quick walk to downtown with stairs most of the way. The walk back up is a great way to get in exercise with a dip in the private pool as a reward, but there are also many taxis available in town if needed. Highly recommend this villa!

A fantastic house with simply incredible views...

You know you've chosen the right place when, even after a week, you pause at the front door every time just to take in the view! (With a stupidly big smile) I'd say the only thing a bit misleading is the pictures really don't show the pool area properly. The space is actually a good bit larger than it appears and you really get a great view of the jungle across the way. The pool and pool area were really great. We spent almost every afternoon in and around the pool and on the terrace for sunsets. Perfectly relaxing. The rest of the house is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, well-stocked, with world-class views. There are certainly a number of stairs in the house- so that may be a consideration for some. And, the house is at the top of the hill. We found the walk up to be fine- it's really just six minutes from the flat part of town to the house- but it is steep. (Taxi's are abundant and cheap as others have noted.) Our only complaint- if I had to come up with one is the WiFi wasn't great but wasn't a real problem for us. I highly recommend this house. Thanks to German, Sara and Tino for really making it a pleasure. K-

Wonderful Stay

Our stay at Villa Vista was absolutely perfect! My husband and I visit Mexico each year and spend 10 weeks there. This year we decided to split our time evenly between two homes in two Mexican cities. Our five weeks at Villa Vista was one of the best experiences we have had in Mexico! The house was stunning and spacious. The owners, Patrick and Zona, were incredibly kind and gracious throughout our stay, as were their dedicated and wonderful staff. They carefully thought through each detail of the house creating a perfectly effortless experience for us and for our guests. The house is perched high above Puerto Vallarta but is close enough to walk into town. The views are absolutely unbeatable! The neighborhood, although wonderfully robust over the Christmas holidays, is relatively quiet and the neighbors were charming and engaged when we walked down the hill. We loved everything about Villa Vista and hope to revisit this wonderful property on future trips to Puerto Vallarta!

Great vacation!

> My schnauzer and I had a great time at Villa Vista! > We found the house exactly as described and very comfortable. > There are spectacular views from every room. However, the unobstructed views from the upstairs terrace are something special day and night - ocean, city, jungle covered mountains. Really breathtaking. > There is also a beautiful pool set amongst very private terraced gardens. The property is fully enclosed and very secure - my dog felt right at home and enjoyed exploring on her own. > Another great thing about this property is that it's so easy to get back and forth from town and the beach. It's an easy walk down hill to town where there are always inexpensive taxis waiting day and night to bring you back home. > Puerto Vallarta is super friendly and I'm looking forward to my next visit. >

Beatiful property

This was our first trip back to PV in several years. We simply loved this property. Located high above the city with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the town and ocean, we were very pleased with how well laid out, clean and modern the house was. It is very private and in a safe part of town with excellent security systems. The pool area, gardens and terrace are immaculate and beautifully designed. We spent most of our evenings watching the sun go down and the town come to life at night. With the excellent kitchen looking out onto the city, and the open open air feel of the entire house, there was simply no nicer place to be in PV. The owners and their agent were professional and attentive throughout the entire experience - the best we have ever dealt with and we have rented many VRBOs over the years. Some cautionary notes just to make sure it is the right house for you: (1) it is not suitable for young children due to the drop from the terrace to the street below; (2) it is not for people with severe mobility issues due to the stairs, and (3) the drive up to the house is not for the nervous driver. If none of these apply to you, you will simply not find a nicer house or people that this place.

Colorful homespun charm meets vacation luxury

Traveled with another couple. This property truly met our needs and then some. Located high above Old Town winding through charming cobblestone streets. The views stellar, the sunsets over Banderas Bay photographic. Although the interior was spacious and meticulously furnished, we spent the majority of our time outside by the private pool or on the huge upper deck. A short walk into old town and several excellent neighborhood restaurants plus local shopping. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, responding to a plethora of emails pre-trip. We went on to San Miguel where they help contribute to an outstanding second week. Gabby, the property manager was efficient, super friendly and so helpful translating for us, arranging transportation and seeing that our needs were met without being obtrusive. Hoping to return for a longer stretch next year!

Fantastic perch

This was our maiden voyage with VRBO and we were blown away by this amazing property. The photos are fantastic on the listing, but don't begin to do justice. Tastefully furnished with an elegant, colorful yet very Mexican feel to it. The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The house and kitchen were both spotless and well equipped. Massive outdoor living space overlooking PV and the colorful, eclectic neighborhood of Alta Vista. The owners were on task with commiunicating- providing us with a veritable gold mine of ideas for dining, day trips, day hikes, even a chef who came in and gave us cooking lesson. We had a blast and are considering renting again for an even longer stretch. So relaxing, a tonic for the soul!
