Denna bekväma lägenhet ligger i ett nyligen byggd flerfamiljshus i
hjärtat av Chantemerle (Serre Chevalier 1350 m): 40. 5 m 2 på en våning med balkong på
8. 96m 2. Den består av: 1 dubbelrum, 1 våningssäng rum, 1 badrum med bad och
dusch, separat toalett och ett stort vardagsrum och matplats. Köket är fullt utrustat
med diskmaskin, kylskåp, 4 plattor spis med ugn, och en mikrovågsugn. Det finns en tvätt
maskin i badrumsskåpet. Vardagsrummet har två soffor, med en TV och DVD
spelare och matbordet har plats för sex. Vi har äntligen gett in och har wifi.
Skidliftarna, affärer, restauranger, barer, skidskolor mm är alla inom 100 meter. Det finns
ett garage för en liten till medel bil (Skoda Octavia Estate passar bara!) Det finns en skidåkning på nedre våningen.

Best position ever

Amazing location, right next to the lifts and facilities in a lovely village. We (family of 4) stayed a week and it was great. Would recommend to anyone. The resort is one of the nicest we've been to as well.

The apartment is very well situated, just near the skilift. The bedroom’s are a bit small, but sufficient for the two of us. The living space is more than adequate, and with the red couches, very cozy. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. All the rooms are clean.

Our stay was wonderful. The flat is situated right at the foot of the slopes, which was extremely handy with two children who don’t want to walk!The main living area is very well arranged, with a big table and two couches that make it very comfortable. The kitchen is also a good size and well equipped.We will definitely book this place again if we return to Serre Chevalier. Louise was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Thank you for letting us stay in your flat!

Fantastic holiday

We had a lovely two weeks here last year and had a lovely two weeks this year again! The appartement is large enough for two grown ups with two children, but we are only two. So space enough!We are surely coming back next year

Fantastic

Fantastic, apartment is near shops, terraces, bars an main skilift. Apartment itself is comfortable, cosy and everything you need is there. View towards the mountains is a bit obstructed by buildings

Great apartment in the centre of Chantemerle

The apartment is in an ideal location within two minutes walk to the Ratier gondola for accessing the Serre Chevalier ski area with ski hire, shops and restaurants all really close by. The apartment has everything you need for a family skiing holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's a good size dining table and living room. The bunk room is small but it worked fine for us and the beds are comfy.The view from the balcony is breathtaking and would be a lovely place to sit in warmer weather. The owner is friendly and quickly responded to all our questions. We would happily stay here again!

Appartement idéalement situé au pied de la télécabine et du télésiège. Nombreux restaurants et magasins, au cœur du vieux village. Ultra pratique. Salle de séjour très ensoleillée, grand balcon au calme. Joliment meublé. Les chambres donnent face à l’ascenseur, c’est un peu bruyant le matin au moment du départ des cours de ski.Equipement très correct et plutôt complet en cuisine. Manque seulement une machine à café type Nespresso (il y a une machine à café à filtres mais ça c’était avant !).

Uitstekend appartement op een toplocatie !

Het appartement was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Zeer goed uitgerust en vooral een topligging ook. Zo goed als aan de skilift. Chantemerle is heel klein maar wel gezellig. Communicatie met de eigenaar ook uitstekend. Meteen antwoord en heel veel nuttige tips. Moesten we ons hart toch niet verloren zijn aan Oostenrijk om te skiën komen we zeker terug naar hier (en liefst in dit appartement ) want Serre Chevalier is een heel goed skigebied.

Skis aux pieds

Emplacement idéal pour ce logement, skis aux pieds ! L'appartement est particulièrement bien équipé, et tout était propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Seul bémol: les lits grincent un peu.

Localisation parfaite, appartement propre et spacieux

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux (2 allée vrais chambres) et très propre. Exposition plein sud appréciable. Le garage est également appréciable car pas facile de se garer à chantemerle. On peut difficilement faire plus prêt des pistes. Bref on recommande grandement.

Très bon séjour

2éme année dans ce logement et toujours très satisfaits de notre séjour. emplacement au top, appartement confortable et bien équipé. Un bémol pour la propreté à notre arrivée. (déjà signalé l'année dernière).

Merci pour votre avis. Je suis désolé que l'appartement n'ait pas été aussi propre que prévu. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu le visiter nous-mêmes pendant trois ans et notre attention habituelle aux détails a donc définitivement été perdue. Nous avons pu visiter en janvier, alors j'espère que ce ne sera plus un problème. Nous avons également fait un retour à la société de conciergerie.

Super séjour

Appartement petit mais super bien équipé et très bien placé. Une fois la voiture garée dans le garage, tout est à proximité (commerces, pistes, école de ski, resto...) Le petit bémol à l'arrivée car le ménage n'avait pas été fait, mais après l'avoir signalé, une équipe de ménage est venue dans l'heure pour nettoyer. Nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons dans cet appartement avec plaisir l'année prochaine
