We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. Kevin, the host, was very helpful in presenting the pros and cons of coming to the island one month after the hurricane. The house is in a perfect location and well equipped. Definitely a great place for four people!

Incredible property within a 1-2 minute walk of Poipu Beach. The house itself is beautiful, well stocked with beach equipment (chairs, snorkling gear, etc.) and very comfortable. Would 100% book again. Thank you to our hosts!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the host was wonderful. The attention to detail in both the decor and furnishings are amazing. They've thought of everything you might possibly need and then some! We were there during the hurricane (it struck our first night) and the subsequent 3 day power outage. We had flashlights and fortunately, freezer packs, which kept our food cold during the power outage. Kevin (our host) was wonderful, calling and texting frequently to check on us, and even offered us to stay as long as needed if we couldn't get off the island (which we had to do for one extra night). Thank goodness we stayed where we did and had Kevin and Cathy for our hosts! We cannot express how much we appreciate them. And on top of that they refunded us for our entire stay! Wonderful people, wonderful home. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the cottage. Very clean. Nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Great having AC in both bedrooms it made sleeping very comfortable as it was warm and humid. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Great having beach chairs and snorkeling gear. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.The only confusing thing was on the VRBO website it said check in was at 4:00 so we waited until 4 and when we went in the house the signs said check in was at 3:00.It would be helpful to know which one was correct as we would have loved to check in sooner. Thank you

This property was incredible! Location is fantastic. Everything about this home was even better than expected. It felt very private. We loved this home and hope to return!!! Also added bonus: so many chairs, snorkels, and two bikes!

We had two couples and enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage was clean upon arrival and ready to enjoy. The outside lanais and upstairs screen porch are the best we experienced over previous Kauai visits in various condos and cottages. Location is excellent with easy access to all Poipu has to offer on the south shore. Plenty of chickens & charm. Thanks to the hosts for a memorable stay.

The house exceeded our expectations. The finishes and quality of the house are the nicest we have ever experienced in a rental property. The owners were quick to respond to messages and very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this to any family looking for a place in Poipu.

This place is a gem. We loved that it was well stocked with everything you need to go to the beach (wagon, toys, towels, chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella), and is a short 3-5 min walk from Poipu beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the lanai every night and our children loved to watch the roosters. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.
