This is a very nice, spacious unit with an excellent view. Very clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful view! The only negative is related to the property (not the unit): the elevator system is poor and it was not unusual to see a line of 25 people waiting and needing 20 minutes to get an elevator on most days....

Regarding the room, it was really clean and was in a great location. The view of the ocean was amazing and there was absolutely no noise at night which really made us happy. The only negative about the room was it could have been equipped better with dishwasher pods, more paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There was nothing. The Tresor Tower was really difficult to find but the host was VERY helpful when we needed guidance to locate it. That was the worst part of the check-in process and really annoying to be honest. This is not on the host by the way. You had to vallet park in a completely different building which was a considerable walking distance from the Tresor Tower at about 80/night, which to me was very expensive for having to go through that headache. The gym was ok and the pools were an absolute disaster. They had a very loud music playing at both pools and they were filled to the max with drunk people partying literally from noon until about 7pm. There was nowhere to sit in the large pool or smaller pool unless you woke up at 6am to secure chairs and an umbrella. VERY VERY understaffed pool and overpriced food and drinks. I really liked the room, the host, the friendly hotel staff, but I overall would never come to this hotel again because of the pools.

Vacation

The property had beautiful views. There was a lot of natural light and the property was well kept. There was a significant wait to check in but nothing major. There wasn’t a replenishment of basics such as bathroom tissue (one roll provided), coffee, towels, etc but they were brought quickly upon request. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay and view!

The stay and penthouse was everything we wanted. The host was very nice and communicated well and was very quick to respond to any questions. The only thing (which was outside of the host control) was the hotel’s elevators were not working so took almost 20 minutes at times to get up or down. But besides that great and I would book with this host again
