"Sand i mina skor" är en radhus, vackert inredda 2 sovrum 2 ½ bad radhus; 6 sovplatser. Master svit med king size-säng, duschkabin, klädkammare, med slutna Lanai på övervåningen med utsikt över lagunen. Skjutdörrar öppnar mot lanai till ett avskärmad område där du kan njuta av vinden och frisk strandluft. Gästrum har två enkelsängar, badrum med badkar / dusch. Väggmonterade platt-TV och DVD-spelare i varje rum. Pack n 'Play, barnstol / spolstol och en sprängbarmadrass som finns tillgänglig på begäran. Trappan har skenor på varje sida av trappan för ytterligare säkerhet.

Kombination vardagsrum och matsal är smakfullt inredda och har en stor platt-TV och DVD-spelare med filmer, spel och spelkort. Vardagsrummet har bekväm bäddsoffa i queen size-storlek och 2 svängbara vippa / glidstolar. Du kan njuta av det vackra Floridas solsken och avkopplande havsbris från den slutna Lanai. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt vi kan tro att du skulle behöva och har ett vackert frukostrum.

"Sand in My Shoes" tar dig bara en kort minuts promenad till den vita sandstranden i Atlanten för att njuta av en promenad på stranden, där du kan samla snäckskal eller njuta av ett dopp i det vackra vattnet.

Monthly Rental

This is the place you want to stay. Has everything you need if you wanting a fully equipped kitchen. Lee Ann is a wonderful owner. If you need her she responds quickly. Short walk to the beach or pool. My husband uses the exercise room. It’s small but never had a problem doing what he needs. You will be happy here. CLEAN!

Beach Getaway

The condo was great. It was clean, as advertised and close to the beach. The pool was a hike but drive able in a matter of minutes. The owner was very attentive.

Gem on the Beach

We rented this property twice once in July and again back in August. It is a great location, very clean, had plenty of chairs and beach items available. I highly recommend staying here.

Sand in my Shoes

We Love ocean Gallery and have been coming here for years. Condo was clean and had lots of little extras that made it a nice comfortable stay. Host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. First time being by lagoon instead of the pool and we loved the privacy and quietness it offered. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely book this condo again.

Loved the spacious, spotless, very well equipped condo and its location near restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was very helpful with directions and had several extras that made our stay very pleasant (filters for the coffee pot, for example). Short walk to the sugar-sand beach.

Wonderful Experience

The townhome was very spacious and well equipped. We especially liked the view from the master bedroom lanai. It is a short walk to a lovely stretch of beach. The complex is quiet and the pool at the clubhouse was wonderful. Lee Anne was great about communicating with us. We are returning next year and would certainly recommend this townhouse.

Battery Recharging Station

This lovely home is thoughtfully decorated. Beautiful, wide and sandy beach is an invitation to long walks. Quiet nights and nearby restaurants offer a chance to restore mind and body. Nearby , the pool is glistening and private yet steps from the beach. Come, and be restored.

A Great Beach Place to Unwind with Friends

We have been coming to this condo for a number of years and always have a wonderful few days away together. We've developed favorite restaurants & shopping spots just short drives away, but the best parts of our stays are the time spent relaxing at the beautifully furnished and well-equipped condo, the walks on and time at the beach, and an afternoon or two at the pool when the beach is really hot! You won't be disappointed if you book Sand in My Shoes. It will be the best "sand" in your shoes! We're long-time girlfriends who work to set the time aside to be together--and the Ocean Gallery is our pick year after year. Enjoy!

Another Great Time!

We have enjoyed a great Girlfriends Getaway at Sand in My Shoes several times, and this year was another one of fun & making memories on the beach and in St. Augustine, while staying at Sand in My Shoes. The recent updates are great, and even though the high waves and even higher wind made our beach time a bit of a challenge, we had a wonderful & relaxing time together. Lee Anne is a thoughtful host, dedicated to making your time at her lovely condo a fun escape.

Ocean Gallery Thanksgiving 2019

This condo was exceptionally well equipped and clean. The owner made special arrangements as we had many extra guests in town. The nicely stocked kitchen had all we needed so we didn't have to run to the store every 15 minutes for salt, pepper, spices, etc. Looking for an excuse to return!

All the comforts of home!

"Sand in my shoes" Felt like home from the first night. Everything was clean and well maintained. Having coffee in the enclosed lanai overlooking the lagoon was a great way to start the day. The beach is a short 3 minute walk away. The pools at Ocean Gallery were wonderful. Always well maintained. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and it has everything you could need. I highly recommend this property and cant wait till our next visit.

Another Great Girlfriends Getaway

Four of us returned again to Lee Anne's beautiful condo for a few days of relaxation and fun at the ocean, Ocean Gallery, and the St. Augustine area. We spend the majority of our time together at the beach, either walking or relaxing in chairs provided while we share the time together, at the condo, and also some time at the heated pool and poolside. Our plane had to be de-iced before our trip this year, so the warm sun and warm condo atmosphere were both most welcome. You will enjoy getting Sand in Your Shoes here, too!

Amazing experience!

What a beautiful property in such an excellent location. A very quick walk to the beach, we counted 500 or so steps! A 10 minute drive to Downtown and within easy distance to many great restaurants and ice cream shops! We were lucky enough to spend 6 weeks here. I was with my two sons ages 12 and 9, and they absolutely fell in love with the area, the sights and the culture. But especially the beach. Leanne was great and available whenever we needed her. The condo was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable 6 week stay. We will definitely be back to visit!! Thanks again Leanne for sharing this treasure with us!

Great experience

I’ve stayed in several units in this complex and been in several others rented by friends and family - all in the oceanfront towers. While those stays have been fun due to views and proximity to the beach, the units themselves have been nothing special. By comparison, this townhouse is very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped, appointed and maintained. For instance, knives that actually cut, cookware, dishes and cutlery that don’t seem like they were bought at a grocery store, appliances that work well, comfortable beds, quality linens, etc. etc. it’s clear the owners take care of it and their guests have been responsible and respectful. This was by far the best unit I’ve been in in the complex. I also came to appreciate that it’s much quieter than the oceanfront towers with the rowdy pools and with much easier parking. Just all around an upgrade. Will definitely book again.

I'm a true Floridian having been born and lived in the Tampa Bay area before moving to St. Augustine with my husband and children 30+ years ago. We raised our children in St. Augustine and love all the history. I enjoy having people enjoy the condo and area as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Ocean Gallery is a beautiful and friendly resort. Although my condo is not directly on the beach it is within a short minutes' walk to the boardwalk. It is a private gated walkway that takes you to the beautiful white sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean. You can sit under one of the gazebos or on one of the benches along the walkway. It is so peaceful and relaxing.

If it's fitness you want, take a brisk morning's walk along the ocean's shore and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets or enjoy the many amenities provided including a fitness room at the indoor/outdoor pool area among others. You can sit on the lanai upstairs or downstairs and enjoy looking at the lagoon with its fountain and watch the many birds and turtles who have made it their home.

It offers 24 hour security and the amenities can't be beat. During long term stays, it gives me the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. For short term stays, you have all the privacy you want.
