The house is immaculate with lots of space and amenities. There is a sandbar at low tide that is fun for all. Wonderful hosts!

Great Location for a relaxing weekend

Stayed with friends for the weekend. Loved the beach access and the host provided chairs, umbrellas and floats to make packing for the trip a breeze. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Waterford

We loved our week at this house! It was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. It really is a minute walk to the beach. The area is great to explore, too.

Beach House

The beach house was in close proximity to beach only a 1 minute walk. It provided ample space for my family of five and was well equipped to handle my young kids. Overall great house!

Vacation success!

The house was very comfortable and relaxing with a very welcoming feel. Proximity to quiet private beach can’t be beat! Quick drive to several towns and restaurants that were fun to visit. Although we were 4 adults, the house and beach would also be fabulous for families with kids! All around great vacation spot.

Great location for families

The short walk to clean, private beach was great. We had the beach all to ourselves most days. And being on a sand bar, the shallow water was awesome for the kids. The house is much more spacious than pictures show.

Lovely Home

Beautiful!

The house is 3 houses away from a private beach in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is in a fairly protected area, so it was perfect for my 5 year old to feel comfortable swimming and playing in the sand. The neighborhood is situated well for going to Niantic or you can easily get to Mystic. This was our second summer renting the house and we loved it!

Beautiful location

We came up for a week to visit family. It was a spacious house, a literal stones throw from the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach is clean and fairly shallow out to a sandbar. Perfect for our 4 year old.

Very nice

The house is very clean, spacious and well-equipped (rare in home rentals these days). Plenty of room for a family of four with one set of grandparents and one uncle. The beach is right there and the house is also close to lots of shops/restaurants. Thank you for a great stay.

Relaxing beach house!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! Jill & Chris thought of everything! The house was spotless and the layout was perfect for our family to enjoy the home inside and out. The short walk to the beach, which we had all to ourselves most days, was so convenient! It is a quiet neighborhood and everyone we met was so friendly! The hosts, the home and the location were all part of a truly wonderful family vacation! A true gem of a getaway!

Great house and location

My family truly enjoyed our long weekend at Jill's home. The home was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and on one floor which was great. The large garage was a bonus and made it easy to unpack our cars. Nice big deck area as well. The private beach is just a few houses away and the house is just minutes from the village of Niantic with plenty to do. Great house, great location, great time had by all!

Lovely spot

We enjoyed every single day at the house and at the beach. The house was super clean, plenty of space and all the above amenities. The beach was 1 minute walking to, so much space you could pick . Back to the house, evening was super quiet, grab a drink, sit at the back porch, so relaxing. Definitely a comeback!!

Just what we needed!

Everything was as advertised. The home was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed and then some. The garage and its entry was perfect for unloading/loading our car. Jill was an excellent host with prompt, friendly communication. My husband and I needed a medical respite and this home, the quiet, safe neighborhood, and location to the water and surrounding towns was the best medicine! Thank you Jill & Chris ☺️

Wonderful family friendly beach house

We loved our stay at Jill’s property. She was very responsive to phone calls and texts leading up to and during the stay. The home was nicely decorated and matched the listing description. The highlight was the proximity to the private beach; it was a family friendly neighborhood and beach. The kids loved the sandbar aspect of the beach and the outdoor shower on Jill’s property was so convenient for cleaning up after a day in the sand/water. The neighbors were quiet, the internet worked beautifully, and we had no complaints at all! We also liked having the beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards to use while we were there. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to have a little stroll after dinner. We enjoyed taking a cup of coffee down to sit at the beach early in the morning. The restaurants and boardwalk in Niantic are just a few minutes drive. Overall just a really relaxing and lovely stay at this beach house.

Lovely beach home

Jill was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We rented her home for Parents Weekend at Coast Guard Academy and had two families- parents and our cadets- so six total. Her home worked well for our needs. It is just as pictured and the location was close to the Academy and area restaurants/attractions. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious- plenty of room for meals and family gatherings. Kitchen is well stocked. Linens are very nice and beds are comfortable. Beach chairs available for use- nice touch. Although we did not use the outdoor shower on this trip, it would be great to use during peak season. The neighborhood private beaches were wonderful- we especially enjoyed walking out on the sandbar at low tide. Our last evening, we had a fabulous view of the lunar eclipse from the benches on the beach. We hope to rent from Jill again. Thanks for providing such a wonderful venue for our visit with our cadets.

beautiful, perfect vacation home particularly with children.

The house is bright, extremely comfortable, w/ lots of space and light. Recently renovated? Beds comfortable; all types-softer, harder, childrens... all teh comforts of home available for cooking, beach, etc. Details really nicely thought out. Contacts w/ Jill easy and very pleasant. I would highly recommend particularly for families w/ small children.

A Lovely Spot!

The house was great...and great for little kids. A very short walk to the beach and an amazing walk to a sand bar at low tide! The house itself was all one level, very comfortable and very clean. Smores from the fire pit hit the spot with our 4 year old. My Grandmother's room was just far enough away from the rest of the family. We all had a spectacular time!

Family Fun!

We were so glad to be able to get away and spend time with our kids. Being able to walk to the beach was great, especially with the varying ages of the children in our group. The house was larger than we expected. Everyone loved the sand bar in the water.
