The house was perfect for our needs. 1 member in my family is in a wheelchair and this house worked out great for us. The only issue I have, and it is very minimal, is they don't give any extra rolls of toilet paper. So if you book here, which I highly recommend, bring toilet paper.

Great Place to Stay

The house is very nice and clean. There was a party in the neighborhood Saturday evening, however we never heard and loud music or noise. The entrance gate was open Saturday evening through our departure on Monday.

Great home with a good amount of space!

This house was perfect for my family who wanted to enjoy the weekend at Disney. Everything was in working order and everyone had their own space. I will definitely keep thos place in my favorites for future stays.

Good neighborhood but needs updating

I will possibly visit this property again if the furniture and amenities are updated. The overall setup is excellent. It could be a little cleaner. There were small ants all over the counter at night which was a surprise since we didn't have any food there. I think its perfect stay once the property is up to date. Great price. Disappointed the pool hadn't been serviced.

the house was nice but outdated, the pool floor very ruff, the shower heads very old hard to move, no ice maker and the garage full of junk. The kitchen sink a very lager water leak that was old and had mildew growing and the smell was terrible. I will not recomend this property until it gets fix

Lovely stay, a bit dated

Overall lovely stay, off the 192 highway with easy access to everywhere. The pool was appreciated as were 4 good sized bedrooms. The house is fairly dated, looks as if the owners have started a redecoration plan but so far only the living room and one ensuite have been updated. The other bathrooms and the bedrooms don't look like they have been updated in 20 yrs and the long carpet feels unhygienic. In case the owners don't visit very often we provide the following list in case it would be useful for maintenance/updating. An unpleasant smell in the hot water. I would recommend a service of the water tank. It smells as if the water is somehow burnt. There is a need for an electric kettle, the stove kettle takes 15 mins to boil. Need mosquito plug-ins, it wasn't nice to be woken in the night with a bite. We did keep doors closed throughout. The back door into the pool area sticks. It isn't possible to access the pool area from the main bedrooms as the placement of the pool furniture is too tight for the space. Bedding is very old and bobbled. It is polyester so not great for sleeping in. Would recommend purchasing new cotton sheets for the beds. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, just air circulating in living space with min temp 23 degrees and just ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Appreciated the starter pack of dishwasher tablets and bin sacks, could do with more than one washing machine pouch as needed that for washing the bedding at the end. Thx

Family Fun Trip

My family and I stayed here for the 4th of July. The property was very nice and clean. The grand kids throughly enjoyed the pool. The owner was right on point getting the information and rules/regulations to us in a timely manner. Check-in was easy peasy. No issues what so ever with that. I do suggest bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels & garbage bags, etc., after reading the reviews I was glad we did. Also maybe having the clean-up staff to dust, the dressers in the bedrooms hadn’t been touched in awhile. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place & will stay again. Great hosts to deal with & very nice, safe area.

Perfect place to Stay

The home was very nice and clean. Lots of space. The pool was perfect. The neighborhood was gated and we felt very safe. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Disappointed

This is the 4th house I rented for vacation and it's on the bottom of my list. The reason why...no pool accessories, spider webs in hallways, coffee and end tables are hazardous to children, shower stall tile needs cleaned badly. You have to bring your own trash bags, paper towels, simple cooking ingredients. When you are flying to your destination you cannot bring all the extra stuff you need or want for this home. For the money I spent on this vacation because of buying all the simple and extra pool supplies I went way over my budget for this home. The property's manager was easy to contact by email. I just wish the managing of the home was better for a vacation home. I will not be renting this home again.

Very Convenient to Silver Spurs Arena

We were very pleased with the home and would surely stay again. It was clean. The pool was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was a good location for a convention I attended at Silver Spurs. There are stores and restaurants close by. FYI I would bring my own towels for the pool as there just enough towels for bathing purposes. The towels were really nice though.

Kissimmee Convention Getaway

Enjoyed our 6 night stay with my parents. Our yearly 3 day Convention was back in Kissimmee this year and were so excited to be able to stay in Magic Landings once again....Liz reminded me we had stayed @ her home 12 tears ago & we're happy to be back...we really relaxed and enjoyed our stay...Looking forward to next year booking again once I know the dates....Thank you for accommodating us Burnadette, Jim, Lamar & Diana

Great house

The house was neat and clean and the pool was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. My family loved it. Will be sure to book it next year if available. Quiet area and friendly neigbors. The kitchen was well stocked only thing missing was pizza pan and blender for my herbalife shakes not a big issue
