En högt rankad lägenhet, denna semester lägenhet har fantastisk havsutsikt från balkongen samt en golfbana och utsikt över bukten från sovrummet och ytterdörren!

Vår Gulf Front Condo är en av de trevligaste två sovrum condos på Majestic Sun. Som en extra fördel för våra gäster njuta av en reserverad parkeringsplats i vår i byggnaden gated "ägare" parkeringsgarage. Parkeringsplats ingår även ett område med ett staket för att låsa upp din strand cyklar (ta med en cykel kedja och lås) om du tar dem tillsammans. Vår senaste ombyggnad inkluderar följande uppgraderingar: ett högt effektiviserat luftkonditioneringssystem, bekväm gelmadrass med king size-madrass, stor sektionssoffa, 55 "LED-HD-TV i vardagsrummet, en 48" Hi-definition-tv i sovrummet och platt skärm väggmonterad tv i gäst sovrummet, granit bänkskivor, premium kranar, trägolv i sovrum, klinkergolv överallt, rostfria vitvaror i köket med en stor kapacitet 25 kubikfot kylskåp med kylt vatten och is genom dörren, glas topp , tyst serie diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn, hög effektivitet staplad frontlast tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Under vintermånaderna kan du se solen gå upp och ner över vattnet från balkongen. Majestic Sun HOA strikt tillämpar sin policy att en person som är 25 år eller äldre måste vara närvarande för hela vistelsens längd.

Great Place

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay...the condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The Majestic Sun property is very nice, clean and very convenient to beach. Can't beat the water/beach! Owner very nice to deal with...would love to go back!!

Excellent place to stay the Condo was very clean and accommodated my family very well. Check in process was smooth and simple. Good communication with the owners . The view was nice. Grocery store was only a few minutes away. Very nice family oriented beach across the street. Condo amenities were great. The pools were awesome. Will be back again

Great stay in a great location!

Very nice condo with an amazing view. There are a few restaurants nearby along with shopping. Beautiful beach right across the street and water was great. The owner Mike made everything go flawlessly and was quick to respond to any questions. Condo came with utensils and pretty much everything you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Overall ok

We had no problem with the room and it satisfied our need just fine. We did have problems with the elevators though. Two out of three of them were broken throughout the week. My family actually got stuck in the elevator one day which led to them taking the stairs 11 flights everyday. Not only that, but the wait to go up and down was quite annoying because the were packed full.

Great time at majestic Sun

We were happy the minute we walked in the front door, due to easy instructions on arrival with maps from Mike. Owner of the condo, Mike checked in with us to make sure everything was fine on arrival and he assured us if we needed anything he would be available. Pool time was great time at the beach was great everything in the condo was clean and above average. Would definitely recommend this and will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Vacation

I can’t say enough great things about this place. We stayed for a week and it was such a magical vacation. We saw dolphins jumping almost daily from the condo. I walked for 7 miles on the beach one day and stopped by some restaurants along the way. I had a question that I texted Mike one day and he called me from his vacation to answer my question. I’m already looking into staying again.

Perfect location

Everything was great. Only wish they provided beach chairs, towels, wagon, small cooler and a few beach toys. For those traveling it would be nice to not have to pack those items.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this condo. The owner communication was very effective and left no question/concern unanswered. We will most certainly stay here again. The proximity to the beach, local dining and shopping is fantastic. You can't beat the view from the balcony.

Excellent place to stay

This condo was perfect for our family. The whole unit was very accommodating for our family. The view from the balcony and the living area/kitchen are amazing and the beds were comfortable. We liked the quietness and safety this unit/resort has to offer. The property manager as well as the owner were very helpful and responded quickly. Everything was as described. We would absolutely book this property again.

Great location

This was a great location! We’ve never been to Destin before and the view was unbelievable. The host communicated very well from the time of booking through checkout. The condo is right across the street from the ocean and really couldn’t be beat. Our family of four were very comfortable and happy!

Amazing property for a great price!

Our family vacation could not have been better! The amazing weather combined with this property makes for an enjoyable relaxing time! Mike communicated with us throughout the rental process from payment to check out! Amenities were as stated and updated and adequate for our family. The private parking space was absolutely imperative with a senior adult and small children. Our family has stayed at this property multiple times and this particular room and experience stands out as our favorite and we will book again next year!

This condo was everything our family needed! 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 3-9 fit perfect! It was furnished with everything we needed! The view was beautiful! Highly, highly recommend this condo! Mike communicated great and instructions were very clear and detailed.

Great views!

We enjoyed this property from the location, parking, the pools, and most of all the views from our balcony. We had daily views of dolphins, and beautiful sunsets. We will stay here again!

Wonderful Place

The property is in very good condition and owners are great to work with. Area has all basic needs within walking range (10 -15 min) and beautiful beach just across the street. We drove the scenic road all the way down to Panama City looking at areas, there are better properties but at a much higher price range and we were very happy with our location, basic needs other areas just don’t offer. Looking forward to rent again in the future.

We are originally from the west coast of Florida and now live in the Atlanta area. Over many years we have visited just about every Florida beach destination. The Majestic Sun at Miramar Beach is one of our favorite places to visit in Florida.

Majestic Sun is a wonderful high rise condominium situated within the gated golf and tennis community of Seascape Resort. It is a perfect destination for family vacations, beach weddings and honeymoons, and seasonal winter retirees. Majestic Sun has a very active and dedicated homeowner's association that keeps the common elements of the property in tip top shape. The location of Majestic Sun is centrally located between the many family activities and dining/shopping options to the west in nearby Destin or take a scenic drive along Highway 30A to the east to the wonderful beachfront towns of Watercolor, Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Majestic Sun is located on 'Scenic Highway' a beachfront road which offers 5+ miles of jogging or bike paths with views of the gulf and convenient access to beach front dining.
