Perfect stay in Val Claret

Great flat for a family of four. Enjoyed drinks on the balcony. Kitchen had all the required equipment - coffee machine, oven/microwave, good size fridge and dishwasher. Comfy beds and good communication with owner.Great snow and sun all week definitely contributed to our fantastic stay.

Very nice place to stay :-)

Good flat in the heart of Val Claret: a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed) balcony & a chest of drawers, separate toilet, living room with sofa bed, wardrobe, kitchen with Nespresso and filter machine, raclette machine. Two hotplates, fridge, dishwasher. Small cabin with bunk beds. Right next to the cinema and the car park "Golf". I can recommend it.

Lovely apt

Nice well apointed apartment as desribed in owners summary. handy for shops and slopes with helpful staff.The bunk room is very small and ideally suited for children but can get 2 adults at a squeeze,. there is no wi fi . Would love to go back again next year. Particularly enjoyed a nice bath after a hard day on the slopes!

Spacious and Great Location

Check in was via WhatsApp and whilst Collette didn’t speak much English we could translate easily on that platform. Accommodation is a good size, nice and clean with a great ski store downstairs. You can ski back virtually to the door if you take a narrow path past the cinema! Tufs lift is the nearest - about 200m away and you can put skis on for the last 100m of that. Lovely balconies with great views, coffee and watching the sun come up against the mountain was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend and we would use again on our next trip.

Cosy and convenient home from home

The flat is compact and cosy with enough room for a family of 4 with children 11 and 14. We arrived late due to traffic and the property manager was lovely and met us to let us in, even after hours. The main bed was firm but comfortable, the shower was possibly the best one we've had and the kids room although small, worked well for us. They got quite hot but with the door cracked it was fine. The oven/microwave could do with some instructions and we had a mix up where we didn't get instructions for leaving until late - but we did try and clean as much as we could. The flat is in moutieres B2 at the entrance to the resort and it's an easy walk up to tufs lift in the morning or evo2 ski school (excellent). Also Golf parking is literally over the road so very easy. We travelled to the resort with friends who stayed in other apartments and we felt like ours had the edge in homeliness! We are very much hoping to be able to book again next year. The only thing i would change is not bothering to bring bed linen as the duvet covers we brought didn't match the french size ones - which were nice and large for single beds and a huuuuge one for the main bed. Overall definitely recommended (unless you want the same week as us!)

Another great stay

Our second time in Catherine’s cosy apartment, this time I totally got to grips with the combi oven! The property manager was super responsive overall and flexible with checkout after we had a skiing injury and hospitalisation. Beds are comfortable and the rented bed linens and towels in good condition. Apartment is at the bottom end of the top part of VC but still very much within walking distance of shops (3-4mins) and tuffs lift (5-7 mins).

Great Apartment!

Great size apartment that slept 5 adults comfortably. 2nd floor that is in a great location with nice views from both balconies. A very short walk to the lifts, bars and restaurants. There for a week and didnt hear any noise from other apartments. Perfectly located for the slopes!

Fijn appartement waar niets ontbreekt. Alleen niet geheel duidelijk dat je zelf moet schoonmaken voor vertrek, die communicatie kan wat duidelijker!

Fantastique

Appartement décoré avec soin. Bien équipé pour préparer les repas après une journée de ski. Supermarché à deux pas dans une rue très commerçante avec bars, restaurants, pharmacie, fromagerie, location matériel de ski…Ciné en face et parking du golf à proximité.

Ski holiday

Place is as described. Ski locker is down stairs need a code and key to use. Happily stay again when return to Tignes. Plenty of space for use x4 Adults. Not ski in, but only has to walk circa 100 mtr. The Cocorico Bar has excellent Apri Ski with Live British Bands.

Bon emplacement. Conforme à la description. Contacte facile avec la propriétaire et la gardienne.

Un micro-ondes serait apprécié. Dommage que linge et draps ne soient pas fournis. Mais, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Parfait pour un séjour ski

Bien situé au calme, appartement pratique, lits confortables. Il faut marcher un peu jusqu’au télésiège mais le retour se fait presque ski aux pieds.

Ideal family apartment.

Great location and excellent facilities in this fine apartment. Close to shops, slopes and covered parking. Plenty of space for a family of four. Really enjoyed our stay.

Séjour très agréable - appartement très bien aménagé

Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé à Val Claret avec un accès facile à Tignes le Lac, retour à skis très facile, un peu plus loin pour le départ à skis, il faut marcher un peu mais on le savait.

Nous conseillons vivement le logement, très bien adapté pour une famille, situation idéale au coeur du village et des pistes. Nous avons aussi apprécié la réactivité et gentillesse de la propriétaire lors de nos échanges avant notre arrivée et départ.
