Brand new modern home in the French Riviera

The experience was amazing. House was newly built and we were lucky enough to stay there! Corine and Alain were a super sweet amazing couple and Corine designed the whole home. The attention to detail is amazing. So beautiful like from a magazine! They do require a security deposit but rest assured we got it right back when we checked out.

Arty Riviera is fabulous

The property was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the quietness and peace of the village with songbirds by the pool. Dinners in St Paul de Vence were perfect. Local fruits and vegetables made our lunches and breakfasts just perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked. Rain showers are delightful in the bathrooms. The hosts are so kind and delightful and answered our many questions. We will return to our new home in Le Cote D’Azur!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes App. Ausgestattet mit allem Comfort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit der Markthalle um die Ecke und jeder Menge Feinkostgeschäften verführerische Lage. Der einzige Wermutstropfen: es ist etwas laut und der Tiefgaragenplatz taugt nur für Kleinwagen, nicht für SUV. Sehr liebenswürdige Vermieterin.

Bin begeistert :)

Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht, Appartement war sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Markt und Bäckerei nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Strand mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Zu Fuss erreicht man die schöneren Strände in 20-30 Minuten. Corinne schrieb stets schnell zurück und war sehr flexibel in Bezug auf die Check-in und -out Zeiten, was wir sehr schätzten.

Kommunikation vor Ort war nicht gut. Der Boiller war defekt und wir haben es gemeldet und leider kahm erst 4 nach Tagen eine Anwort nach mehreren Anruf versuchen. Wir hatten die ganze Woche kaltes Wasser. Sonst war alles sehr gut. Wohnung Top.

Lovely Apartment!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment! The kitchen is so well equipped with anything you need to prepare meals. The apartment is decorated beautifully and the beds are very comfortable as well. Everything is very new in the apartment! This is a great place to stay when visiting the area. Transportation is very close by and there is a Tourism Office some short steps away from the building. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Holiday in the rain.

In our autumn holiday we always try to go to the south of Europe in search of sun and warmth. This also happened in the autumn of 2019. Unfortunately, this time we had a week on the Cote d 'Azur with almost constantly a lot of rain, wind and low temperatures. That makes the stay even here less attractive. Fortunately the last two days were sunny and warm. The house is fully furnished and equipped. The reviews of the property mention additional costs for bath and bed linen and for final cleaning. And although we are not used to that at Homeaway, it is correctly stated on the webpage of the house. The communication with the owner is good and fast. The best thing about the house is the view of the old village with the castle and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Especially on a sunny day you can enjoy it on the terrace. We have used the pool but have missed the heating. That is apparently not a superfluous luxury in the late summer. Furthermore, the location of the house is pretty central for trips to Monace, Cannes and Nice.

Very relaxing stay...

We had a wonderful week at the villa, the property is contemporary & modern, well laid out and has everything you may need during your stay. The pool is lovely, no issues with chlorine as it has salt water treatment. A five minute drive to the Polygone Riviera Shopping Centre made our two girls very happy and eLeclerc is also only a hop away. The owners are delightful and we can wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Holiday

Lovely property- photos very accurate. Air conditioning keeps house cool. Pool is fantastic as are views. Check in was good - especially as our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive till past midnight. Agent waited till we arrived. Only drawback was last minute request for cleaning fee 200euro and sheet/towel hire 25euro pp. Neither was in original quote.

The villa is like a home from home with some added extras.Comfortable,Quiet,relaxing & stunning view

We were ready for our holiday having not taken one for a while and this did not disappoint. Alain was there to greet us after a very long journey and put us at ease straight away. The villa and pool are both amazing with gorgeous views across the garden toward the sea and Chateau Grimaldi. There was plenty of living space for 4 people and our 2 teenage children were delighted to have there own double rooms with good internet connection throughout. The peace and quiet of the neighbourhood meant we all got to catch up on some much needed rest allowing us to enjoy all that this villa has to offer. Having a car was useful for day trips and looking around the place particularly if you fancy a trip to Italy, but not essential as there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby with a good transport system. You can even walk to the beach in 40 minutes, nice for an evening stroll with the perfect excuse for a large ice cream creation on the promenade! I would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future and would thoroughly recommend it.

Perfect in every way

The villa is beautifully appointed with wonderful views towards the coast. It is cool and comfortable inside, though we spent most of our time on the terrace, which has a canopy for shade, and at the outdoor dining area. The pool is the perfect temperature and much larger than it appears on the photos. The decor and the furnishings are first class and all the rooms are spotlessly clean. We loved the through living-dining-kitchen area, which again seemed much bigger than we had imagined, and it would be hard to find a better equipped kitchen. There is a fabulous supermarket nearby (we never shopped anywhere else!) and some lovely places to dine nearby (try a walk to Haut Cagnes and the delightful restaurants and cafes by the castle) and also via a short drive to the coast. The villa is very close to Nice airport, so you quickly feel that you are 'on holiday' and Alain takes great care to welcome guests so that you feel relaxed and get the most from staying in this lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was lovely to be able to thank Alain and his family for hosting us, as we left for the airport on our last morning.

Kleine Makel im Paradies

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und lieben das Haus und die gute Energie dort, den Ausblick, den Pool, die Einrichtung, die Umgebung, ... ! Es ist tatsächlich alles so wie auf den Bildern! Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl! Auf kurzem Wege findet man in der Nähe alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, etc.). Man braucht allerdings ein Auto oder einen Roller oder... Die Vermieter sind entzückende, sympathische Leute und sowohl die persönliche Begegnung als auch die schriftliche Kommunikation verliefen jedes Mal leicht und sehr herzlich. Es gibt dennoch ein paar kleine Fehler an diesem kleinen Paradies, von denen sich einige allerdings sehr leicht abstellen ließen und worüber wir uns beim nächsten Mal freuen würden: Leben muss man damit, dass es tags in der Woche leider ab und an etwas laut ist, da in der näheren Umgebung eine Art Baufirma angesiedelt ist (Steine ab-/laden, LKW fährt rückwärts und piept,...) Doch da wir vormittags/mittags meist unterwegs sind und Ausflüge machen, fällt das nicht so ins Gewicht. Nachmittags, abends und nachts ist es wunderbar leise und beschaulich! Veränderbar sind die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung im Haus z.B in der Küche. Hier muss einerseits mal wirklich gründlich sauber gemacht werden (inkl. Küchenschränke außen, innen, etc.) (einige Ecken sind schon länger fällig...) und anderseits einiges repariert oder ersetzt werden (Wasserhahn in der Küche, Mülleimer, Barhocker, Geschirr, Gläser, Messer, die Sitzkissen für die Stühle und die Bänke draußen,...). Geschirr ohne Bruch, Espressotassen mit Griff, Gläser ohne abgeplatzte Stellen sowie saubere Sitzkissen sollten bei einem Aufenthalt in einer Villa mit dieser Grandezza schon sein. Gleichzeitig fehlt es an nichts für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt und wir kommen sicher wieder.

BEUTIFUL VILLA

This is a beautiful villa which is better than the photographs show! It is very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and decorated/furnished to a high standard. It is perfectly located to explore the Cote d'Azur. In a very busy week we managed to fit in St Paul de Vence (absolutely beautiful), Antibes, Cannes, a boat trip to St Tropez & a breathtaking drive to the hilltop village of Gourdon. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer as there is so much to see in the area that we ran out of time. Haut-de-Cagnes has many lovely restaurants and fabulous views! Alain was a very helpful host who was at the end of the phone if we needed any advise. Thank you for a fabulous holiday - we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Mr & Mrs Gabriel

Simply stunning!

The website does not do this property justice - it is simply stunning! Be prepared for some exercise walking up those hills back to the property but the view is definitely worth it. The property was in immaculate condition and Alain was a very welcoming host. It was a real wrench leaving the property after our 2 week stay and I would definitely recommend this property for the perfect relaxing holiday.

Very satisfying stay. Nicely renovated house, nice and clean pool with salt water, beautiful view and surroundings. Plenty restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, both exclusive and cheap. Near airport. Good customer service.
