Our expectations where met 100%. The heated pool was just perfect and the view exceptional. Great value for the money and for the location. All in all a perfect part of our holday in Southern France!

Wonderful property and a great vacation

We had a great stay here, the property has an excellent location and the swimming pool and terrace area were a fantastic highlight! We were a group of 9 and did find the kitchen was a little small to cater for such a large group. However the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed exploring the local area. Check in/out was very smooth and the instructions and communication were clear. Overall a wonderful stay, one thing we would have hoped for was the addition of some fans in the living room area as there none and we were there in July.

Lovely view

The fantastic views made this a great place to stay, especially when relaxing by or in the infinity pool. We enjoyed the short walk down to the beach and its restaurants and the steep walk back up to the house was good exercise! The little shop in Le Trayas was also within walking distance. The house is well appointed, but we cannot recommend the bed linen hire on offer (and bathroom towels are not provided or available to hire). Although the host was responsive and apologetic, some minor maintenance/housekeeping issues were disappointing.

One week's stay at La Figuerette

At our arrival we were surprised about this beautiful house which is situated on a slope so you have a beautiful sight on to the sea. Also the pool is fanatastic. The 4 bedrooms gave sufficient space as we were 7 people: 5 adults and 2 children. The living room is nice and spacy. The kitchen is well equiped. Several terraces give you many possibilities where to take your breakfast, lunch or dinner. With a 10 minutes walk you can easily reach the harbour and beach at La Figuerette. The beach was really great for the children. You have many possibilities for lunch at several beach restaurants. There is also a ferry service in harbour which brings you to Cannes. We really enjoyed it. All in all we can really recommend this house and this place. We had a really beautiful and relaxing week there.

The perfect house for two families. The view from the terraces and the infinity pool; Priceless!

After an initial search for the house (the GPS didn’t like the heat â˜ș) we found the place we’ve seen on the pictures. The view from three terraces hit us as a sledgehammer with it’s awesomeness. The four master bedrooms were nice although we just spent time sleeping there. The infinity pool was clean, deep and perfectly tempered. The one thing that we could have wished for in an otherwise perfect house was air conditioning. There was a fan in one bedroom and we bought and left another one when we left. The house is getting really hot in the sun and it’s a necessity for cold blooded Swedish people like us 😅

Das Anwesen liegt auf einer Anhöhe direkt an der KĂŒste und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und auf den KĂŒstenverlauf. Der schöne, saubere Strand ist gut ĂŒber einen Fußweg zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit zum ersten Strandabschnitt). Das Anwesen selbst ist geschmackvoll möbeliert, hat eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, einen Außengrill (Gas) und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Ausrichtungen, so dass man die Sonne genießen (oder vermeiden) kann. Unsere Kinder haben sich auch ĂŒber die Tischtennisplatte sehr gefreut. Der saubere Pool hat einen gestuften Zugang, was fĂŒr Kinder, die hauptsĂ€chlich plantschen wollen, gĂŒnstig ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat sehr gut funktioniert, auch die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une tres jolie maison

Hervorzuheben sind: die herrliche Sicht aufs Meer und der Infinity Pool ( der nachts beleuchtet werden kann) die gute Lage, wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, die sorgfĂ€ltige geschmackvolle Einrichtung (Inclusive kunstvolle Wandbilder) die gute allgemeine Austattung (KĂŒche, Duschen, Deckenventilatoren) die WeitlĂ€ufigkeit des Anwesens (viele Terrassen, RĂŒckzugs Möglichkeiten) Gute Betreuung durch den EigentĂŒmers Instandhaltung könnte noch verbessert werden, vielleicht ist nicht jeder Gast sorgfĂ€ltig genug. Beschreibung des Objektes bei FeWo stimmt nicht immer mit den Angaben des Vermieters im Portal (max Anzahl der GĂ€ste, Check out time). Alles im Allem sehr gut!

Emplacement parfait!

Vue magnifique depuis les terrasses et les chambres! Vraiment à 5 minutes de la plage et du port. Parfaite maison de vacances. La grande piÚce principale prolongée par la terrasse vue sur mer est particuliÚrement belle. Nous avons alterné avec nos grands enfants des jours de plage, de randonnée dans le massif de L'Esterel et de visite de Monaco, Nice et Cannes. Notre sortie préférée: avec masque et tubas de la pointe de l'Aiguille vers et sur le site protégé maritime.Magnifique. (Pour les vacanciers en juillet et en Août: le boulanger est sur le port tous les jours de 8h30 à 11h sauf le lundi )

Heaven in Theoule sur Mer

Beautiful property with an unbeatable combination of stunning sea view and infinity pool. The house is well appointed and even with 8 people in (6 adults, 2 teenagers) we never had the feeling of being cramped. A beautiful sand beach is 2 minutes away, lots of restaurants, etc. Plan a car to do local shopping but it is really not far between 2 minutes up the road or 10 minutes to the center of Theoule for a more substantial shopping. Veronique was always very helpful and easy to deal with. All in all two magical weeks in heaven.

Tolles Haus mit Pool und unvergleichlichem Ausblick

TrĂšs belle Villa avec vue Mer

C’est notre deuxiĂšme sĂ©jour dans cette villa et le retour positif de l’annĂ©e prĂ©cĂ©dente est confirmĂ©. De nombreux travaux d’amĂ©nagement ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©alisĂ©s avec une terrasse bain de soleil, une buanderie trĂšs pratique, une nouvelle sdb, des sols rĂ©novĂ©s, un TV grand Ă©cran et la fibre + Wifi disponible. La vue mer de la piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able et il est possible de se rendre Ă  pied Ă  la plage en qq minutes. Plusieurs restaurants sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Il est nĂ©anmoins nĂ©cessaire de prendre la voiture pour accĂ©der aux commerces du centre de ThĂ©oule (il existe quand mĂȘme une petite superette Ă  15 min Ă  pied), ce qui est Ă  prendre en compte en pĂ©riode de haute saison. En conclusion, une villa trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec une vue remarquable sur la mer. Un troisiĂšme sĂ©jour s’impose 😊 ..

Fabuleux séjour

TrĂšs belle propriĂ©tĂ©. La vue est hypnotique. La villa est trĂšs bien placĂ©e Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage avec plusieurs activitĂ©s adaptĂ©es aux familles (locations de pĂ©dalos
) et plusieurs restaurants trĂšs bons sur la plage mĂȘme, parfaits aussi bien pour le dĂ©jeuner que pour le dĂźner, y compris avec des jeunes enfants. Un tout petit bĂ©mol liĂ© Ă  l’absence de commerces proches de la villa pour les courses alimentaires. La villa est en parfait Ă©tat, propre, joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, ce qui est plutĂŽt rare (de vrais couteaux de cuisine, une jolie vaisselle, plusieurs nappes, de vrais verres Ă  vins !). La piscine est tres propre et bien chauffĂ©e. Cette location a dĂ©passĂ© toutes nos attentes.
