Om boendet

Detta två sovrum ligger på Nevada sidan av South Lake Tahoe. Huset ligger mycket nära Heavenly Ski Resort med fantastisk utsikt över sjön och bergen. Detta mysiga hus har en riktig Lake Tahoe känsla och kan sova 6, du kan ha upp till 8 personer.

Den har en drottning i befälhavaren, drottning i sovrum två. Vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa. Det finns en 1/2 bad av köket, ett badrum på korridoren på nedre plan med sovrummen och en fantastisk utsikt över sjön från vardagsrummet och sovrummet.
På vintern kan du kasta på några sn��skor och ta en vandring från lägenheten eller ta en tur med den fria himmelska Shuttle till / från Stagecoach-hissen, som ligger precis runt hörnet, för en hel dag skidåkning eller snowboard. När sn��n har försvunnit, och sommarsolen värmer upp bergsluften, är Lake Tahoe en vacker plats för mountainbike, vandring, simning. Efter en dag med fysisk aktivitet, prova lyckan på kasinon ungefär fem mil bort. Men kanske du hellre vill stanna och titta på en bra film eller njuta av en flaska vin medan du beundrar den fantastiska sjön och trivs på soffan med en varm eld. Sammantaget är Lake Tahoe en fantastisk plats att besöka när som helst på året!
Du kommer att ha tillg��ng till gemenskapens pool och badtunna. Det är bara en kort promenad till poolen. ~ WCPM driver inte poolen eller badtunnan. ~

Very Cozy

It’s smaller than I thought but it’s really cozy. We had a nice stay for a little weekend trip! Only minor inconvenience really was that the downstairs bathroom doorknob has the lock on the outside rather than the inside which meant having to announce when the bathroom is in use to avoid being walked in on. Other than that, we had a great time!

Great ski cabin

Great place to stay for a ski weekend in Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed the location being close to downtown and the lifts but still tucked away in the woods. Would stay here again.

Great place and location

This was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the proximity to heavenly and the casinos. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Will def look at this as an option for future trips

Filthy unsafe property

Worst property we have ever stayed in Lake Tahoe. The property was filthy throughout - it doesn’t even offer clean bedding and clean towels at a basic level .Bedding was stained and covered in hair . The stairs are not safe for young children. There is leaks in both bedrooms with nails protruding through the ceilings . The carpets stink. The place is in serious need of repairs and a massive deep clean. The smell of the smell of the place is awful. The listing is falsely misrepresented and doesn’t reflect the actual conditions of the property. And what’s worse is the property management company are rude and fail to acknowledge these poor conditions . I would strongly caution any other guests from staying here . Buyer beware- the online reviews say it all.

Ski Getaway

Great location, view from balcony was beautiful. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. It was a little dated but was fine for us for our ski vacation. We were disappointed that the hot tub is not private at all. It is at the front of the condo right beside the road.

Great location close to Stagecoah Lift

Great location and easy access to the Stagecoah lift and town. The condo is older but has all that you need for a good ski weekend. Hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes.

Tahoe Trip

Great communication with the manager. Easy access to the property. Good location. Very reasonable price for a 2 bed, 2 bath. Comfortable beds. Only real issue is compared to most places we stay at, this one was definitely outdated and a bit rundown on the interior. Other than that, very happy with our stay.

Great spot near heavenly

Great little cozy condo. Had a great time, got tons of snow while we were there so the hot tub was covered but great besides that! Place was clean, beds were soft and warm. Lights were a little too bright, expecially with all the Mirriors so some dimmers might be nice to just take the edge off when it's dark in the mornings/evenings.

First trip to Tahoe

This was our first trip to Tahoe. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo was clean and comfortable. . Hot tub was great after a day of hiking/biking. Fiixtures are dated but everything works as expected.

Amazing location and views. Lacking everywhere else

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall: If you are looking for a place near the slopes that will primarily be used for downtime between skiing and exploring the lake, then this place is great. If you plan to spend significant time in the rental during the day, you should likely look elsewhere. Pros: - Check-in/Checkout process was super easy.- Plenty of parking near rental.- Hot Tub on the front porch was fantastic and simple to access.- Location was less than a 5 minute drive from the Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly. It is also within walking distance of one of the Heavenly bus stops. Getting to the lifts every day was never an issue.- A gas fireplace and gas stove were nice additions and the washer and dryer were incredibly useful for a longer stay. - You can see Lake Tahoe from the living room.Cons: - The rental is quite old, which isn't bad on its own, but there were several key areas in desperate need of an update including the kitchen and main bathroom. Several drawers in the kitchen were falling apart and it overall looked quite dated. The bath/shower door in the main bathroom seemed to not be attached correctly and we were often worried it would come off while opening. The room was also very dated with the bath, toilet, and sink being very old. - The cleaning prior to check-in seemed to be inconsistent. The bedrooms were clearly well cleaned and made up, which was great, but the rest of the rental seemed to have been missed. The living room and main bathroom especially could have used significantly more cleaning as we found dust, crumbs, and grime in several places as well as a half bag of chips in one of the drawers.- The loft area is completely unused and is basically a waste of space. It looks like the trundle bed that is in one of the bedrooms used to be up there, but was for some reason moved.- Internet at the location was slow (~3MBs Download) and wifi was inconsistent. It was faster

Keep in mind this property is 3 story, and at 7500ft above sea level.. So is your aren't from a similar altitude it will take time to adjust...

The view and location of the apartment is wonderful. It is an old apartment which has no been very well maintained. It has very sparse amenities (no tissues or dishwasher detergent). It is not very clean.

Rustic, but Great for Skiing

Our stay was comfortable, the property manager is great, the location to Heavenly is amazing, and the town house was clean but, very dated for the cost. The bedroom ceilings were in need of repair, toilet seats need to replaced, kitchen cabinets need a remodel, and new oven mitts would be great. The TV is minimal cable and there is no Netflix, HBO, Disney, or app option, despite the button on the remote.

Great place-- so much snow!!!!

Well we arrived in a blizzard and left in a blizzard but the place was great! Parking was hard because of all of the snow but I'm sure in a normal year it would be quite easy. The place was big and comfortable. There are actually 3 Beds (extra twin and trundle) in one of the the Queen rooms which would have been great to know! The view of the lake (which we only saw for a brief moment) was amazing from the first floor and second. There is also a loft that has nothing in it.. maybe a bean bag or two with some toys would be great for families... We loved the location and will stay again, hopefully when the snow isn't up to the roof!!!

It is a quiet location, about 12 minutes uphill from the services.The spa works great as well as the other appliances. The evening uphill breeze was great when it cleared up the forest fires smoke. The air is very dry, it could cause respiratory difficulties.We received all the information in a timely matter.
