Det är lägenheten där jag bor när jag är i Berlin. Den är utrustad med wifi, utrustat kök, lakan och handdukar, TV med möjlighet till internet-TV (till exempel om du har ett Netflix-konto). Varmt vatten i badrummet fungerar nu. Mycket tyst, i ett mycket grönt område, med några lekplatser för barn i Viktoriapark (100 meter hemifrån) och i Gleisdreieck-parken, genom vilken du kan komma till tunnelbanan Yorckstrasse på 10 minuter. Runt huset finns en Lidl, några barer / restauranger och olika butiker (mat, cyklar).

Location Location Location!!!

You really can't beat thw location. Just 15min away by foot from the Bergmannstrasse, one of Berlin's coolest streets in my opinion.

Solid Apartment, better for longer stay

Solid apartment, very spacious, super clean and nicely outfitted. Neighborhood is safe but just not maybe as convenient as others - longer walk to S-Bahn station and close by bus route isn't very direct. Probably more ideal for a longer stay that my short 4-day vacation. Would be a nice place to use as a base for an extended work trip.

Great stay

The apartment is spacious, pretty, and clean. The neighorhood is very convenient, with S-bahn and U-bahn within walking distance. There are several grocery stores nearby (take your pick: Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) as well as cafes, restaurants, and shops. Viktoria-park is a relaxing place to stroll.

Amazing stay

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Situated in a great neighborhood, close to a few parks, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport connections. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

Easy stay

This is a very easy apartment to stay in. It's location is excellent, the kitchen was great, the bed comfortable. Only downside was that the wifi was a bit sluggish. But overall I recommend staying here. It's a good price for Berlin and a good place to stay.

Very comfortable apartment in great residential neighborhood

Massimo’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, easy walking distance to grocery stores, the bike path, playgrounds, and and Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg. This is Massimo’s personal apartment, and is therefore has a full complement of dishes, cutlery, cooking appliances, cleaning supplies, and fast internet. There are 2 very comfortable beds (one in the bedroom and one pull-out bed). The windows are modern and do a good job of muffling any street noise. We got responses to all of our questions within minutes! Very highly recommended.

perfect spot in an incredible city

next to Viktoria Park and the cafe/shopping of nearby Bergmannstrasse it was so conveninent to Foot paths and public trans. do not miss the Berlin Teck Museum at 12 minute walk. Italian food directly across the street delicious!

Quiet, Quaint Property

Perfect for our needs. We walked to Schöneberg (Double Eye Coffee, Metropol Theater, Stagger Lee). Bäckerei Seitz and Malakeh restaurant nearby were also highlights. We took several lovely strolls through Park am Gleisdreieck to and from the museums and Staatsbibliothek on Potsdamer Platz. Inside the apartment, the decor is minimal, but the rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. Like most places in Germany, the pillows are flimsy and the bedding is just a duvet. There is a gas stove, and modest amount of cooking supplies. The laundry machine was easy to operate. The toilet has a weak flush. Taken on the whole, it was a very pleasant place to stay.

Man fühlt sich sofort Zuhause

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schönen Kiez. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ruhige Lage und gute Anbindung an die Bergmannstr. und Kreuzberg. Praktischer, sonniger Balkon. Kommen gern wieder.

Great place to stay for first time in Berlin

As others have mentioned, this apartment is very clean. We also discovered it's very sound proofed; we didn't hear any noise from the street or our neighbors, other than when someone was closing their door in the hall, but that's just part of apartment living. Everything we needed was provided, and though the S-bahn/U-bahn stop isn't exactly close, it's makes for a nice 10 minute walk in the mornings to work off breakfast. There are 3 stores very close by and we were able to buy food and coffee at very reasonable prices. We were met at the front door on arrival by Paola and he was very gracious and helpful. He showed us around the apartment and then left us to our own devices, which was appreciated. We knew he was just a phone call away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Berlin. It's very reasonably priced, in a quiet neighborhood and is large by European standards, with plenty of room for 2 people. Thanks for making our first visit to Berlin so relaxing and enjoyable!

Empfehlenswert!

Eine schöne Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Berlin, gut gelegen, gute Infrastruktur und eine angenehme Nachbarschaft. Diese Wohnung würde ich bei Bedarf erneut buchen!

Spacious apartment near park

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment a lot. Paola gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The entire flat feels generous and spacious, and the large balcony adds even more space. Viktoria park is a few minutes away for a pick nick, and you can easily walk to Bergmankietz and Greafekietz with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars. At the nearest station "Yorkstrasse" there is are 2 S-Bahn lines and an U-Bahn and busses; from there you can easily get anywhere in Berlin. We would book this flat again. I recommend!
