All good but dark steps up at night

Property was OK. We had to put a battery in the thermostat when we got there and the outdoor light on the patio lightbulb and the steps going up at night were very very dark. The lights weren’t working. Besides that everything else was OK.

Place to have excess family stay.

I booked this condo for some friends and family who came to visit me. It was close by, very nice, had plenty of space and close to other amenities. We were able to walk to the new locomotive bar, which was great! Communication might’ve been easier if there was an email to contact instead of number. Also, one of my friends is asthmatic and she noted some concern over the bit of dust and cob webs on the pictures and in the top corners of the room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Short stay for Equestrian Event

Everything was as described and we had no issues at all. Very nice place to stay at, as we needed somewhere close to the Harness Track over the road. All the amenities were as described and the property was spotless and clean. Would definitely come back again if needed.

Cobwebs on front door screen doors to sliders. Lots of pine straw on back and side porch as well. Would suggest that someone from property management team looks at this before a new renter arrives. Would have take less than 10 minutes and provided a much better first impression.

my in-laws live in Pinehurst on the other side of the horse barn. We come every year for Thanksgiving. the condo was a great location and space for the 4 of us. easy walk to the Country Club, les than 1/2 mile.

Pinehurst in October

It could use some windows cleaning as there was a huge spider blocking entrance to the side balcony. It would be nice if the property provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hair dryer. Kitchen was well equipped with all that is needed. Overall the apartment was spacious, clean (with the exception of the windows), beds were comfortable. I would recommend this rental.

Location was perfect for our needs, "almost" :) walking distance to the club house and course #3 and #5. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything needed. Overall the condo was nice and quiet, thing that could be improved was adding hair dryer and shampoo/body wash in both bathrooms.

Great Stay.

Had a great stay overlooking hole 1 on Pinehurst #5. Had some fun watching early morning golfers from the balcony and the condo was in a great location to head out to our own rounds. Would definitely stay again.
