Från ägarna av South of Frances, här är ett annat vackert, historiskt restaureringsprojekt. Detta kärleksfullt restaurerade hem är redo för gästerna efter en komplett redovisning! Uppmärksamhet på detaljer och mästerverk kan ses överallt i detta vackra hem.

Första våningen i hemmet har ett tvål / tv-rum med en inbyggd queen size Murphy säng som lyfter fram de ursprungliga Dade county tallmurarna. Vardagsrummet / matsalen öppnar med franska dörrar till en murad innergård och poolområde. På övervåningen finns två sovrum med badrum med eget badrum. Alla har egna privata verandor för att njuta av en morgonkaffe kaffe.

Ett vackert hem för att koppla av och njuta av Key West, oavsett om du stannar i en månad ... eller fyra!

A truly wonderful month in Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so lucky to find Ashe Splashe! We got to meet hosts Jane and Carey on our 2016 trip to Key West, so we know where we’d be staying in 2017. They were wonderfully communicative throughout the year, working with us on dates and keeping us updated when Hurricane Irma blew through the Florida Keys. The house itself is a treasure — right in the heart of Old Town, an easy walk to everything. The yard and dip pool were a private paradise. Inside, we found the bedrooms to be incredibly comfortable and enjoyed taking our morning coffee on the back deck. I enjoyed thumbing through photos of the historic renovation of the home. Jane and Carey have done an incredible job! The home reflects the magic of Key West with its art and design. We hope to be back for another month in 2019!

Wonderful home on Ashe Street

This home on Fleming was one of our favorites. The two bedroom home was beautifully furnished nicely, with with historic Key West photos throughout. Highly recommend the Ashe Splashe home.

Very Spacious Key West Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property has plenty of square footage to make yourself at home. It gives you a great sense of Key West with the decor and is clean. There were plenty of towels and amenities and it is within a mile walk of almost anywhere you need/want to be on the island. We were extremely happy with the home and the rental company. We were able to email or call both if we have any problems at all during our stay.

quiet retreat for walkers

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Colorful Ashe Splashe has been splendidly restored. Original wood is charmingly exposed in some areas of original part of the house. The seating offers little comfort. Uneven bricks on pool deck are a hazard. Parking at night is tricky.. don't recommend giving up spot. House needs a tv in living area and perhaps in master. Owners are very concered about renters' welfare.

Great Key West History

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ashe-Splash is a wonderful home. The history in the family which is displayed in the home and the furnishings are both very unique. The home is extremely comfortable and very upscale, however keeping in tune with a definite Key West Décor. My daughters and I enjoyed the large relaxing porches. If anyone is looking for a true Key West experience, you will find it in this beautiful home. It was a very easy walk to both the Seaport and Duval Street! We highly recommend this home, and wish to return again.
