Nearly 2 weeks - not long enough

Waking up to the view ... watching the sunsets. It's just a lovely spot. 7 people were very comfortable in that house. We'd definitely stay again, if we ever make it back to Oahu. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing Vacation Rental

The location right on the ocean was amazing. Great sunsets, tidepools with aquatic life you would see in an aquarium, and the constant sound of the waves. The house was a great base for exploring Oahu. Would definitely stay there again.

Great home to visit

What an amazing property on the north shore. We had a wonderful stay, saw amazing sunsets, and would stay here again. Only things that I would take into consideration would be the proximity to the road. Traffic could be loud at times. Also the upstairs bathroom never had enough hot water to fill the tub.

My birthday trip

I think it suited our needs to a tee. We are 7 adults: my brother and his wife, my three sisters, me and my wife. Since it is my 80th birthday this year, I got to choose where we went. The trip overall was great and your property contributed to the overall success. By the way, the air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom with king-sized bed does work.

I will say the window unit AC struggled to keep the master cool if you had it off all day. House is close to tons of beach areas though the area just in front is a bit rocky to get in the water. However high tide creates a nice tide pool in the afternoon. For sure will book again if I make it back to Hawaii

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nestled on the North Shore of Oahu, right on the ocean, this was an ideal place for a quiet getaway away from the crowded Honululu. The checkin process was easy and communication with the host seamless. Team Real Estate inc was very responsive to all of our questions and provided clear answers.There is plenty of parking space outside the house( enough for at least 2 cars, though the driveway of the adjacent house probably could accommodate 4). The house itself was clean and reasonably well maintained ( other than a few cracked tiles in the kitchen). They had plenty of dishes and utensils, coffee maker, microwave and toaster- more than enough to cook simple meals and breakfast. There is a well maintained front and back yard and easy beach access with stairs right from the property. The beach in front of the property is rocky but a short walk gets you to the sandier portions. One of the highlights of our trip was a monk seal that decided to pay us a visit almost as soon as we came down for an evening walk. Absolutely amazing!The other north shore beaches are close by and very easy to get to for surfing, snorkeling and just laying on the beach. There is a Foodland not too far from the property for any groceries, etc. Super convenient. The hosts had towels for us to take to the beach as well as snorkels, beach toys, etc, which was super helpful!With 7 people, the three bathrooms were a blessing as was the outside shower with hot water and the hose to hose the sand off our legs and sandals. The bedroom areas were air conditioned which would be hard to live without in the summer. You could see the sun set right from the back porch or the master bedroom lanai on the 2nd floor.All in all, it was a fantastic trip and the property was absolutely perfect for us.

Reviewer Comments: We booked this spot six months before, looking at the pictures provided by the company, dream house for holiday , When we arrived the real estate looks so different , Starting from luck of deep cleaning the whole house , floor (we mopped the floor twice , water was black )Old furniture, badly used and dirty , living room area , all mattresses covering has to be washed, smell and stains, dinning table sticky , was only rinsed but not properly cleaned, Luck of batteries for safe box , alarm system as well , Tv not working , Little renovations upstairs but without proper thinking, bath tub so high , hard to get in, shower head horrible , splashing water all over, One step has to be added to get safe into tub , Bedding very poor , mattresses as well , This place need a good and deep cleaning and updating , especially for the money that I payed for, Sometimes the owners need to pay more for a good cleaning not only look for a big profit, We are very disappointed , Will I come back ???No

Great location, underwhelming accomodations

Rented this house for a family reunion ahead of a family wedding. When the first of our party arrived it was later in the evening and exhausted from travel we didn't realize the house barely had sufficient power. Lights were flickering and we quickly had no hot water supply just from washing hands and rinsing dishes. The next morning we realized the appliances (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, W/D) would turn on but none worked. No answer to the office line as it was the weekend, and didn't receive a text response to the emergency number for 4 hours (8am-12pm). Turns out, the cleaning lady also had issues with the dryer but this was not conveyed to us. The contact came by later that day and informed us there was an issue, but an electrician couldn't be there until the following morning at 8am. So from Saturday check in until Monday 9am we were without sufficient power to the house. That meant cold showers, no ability to cook or heat anything up, flickering lights. Someone from the company joked it was 'like we were camping'. At the price per night, that is unacceptable. We spent most of our first few days not at the house given a lack of electricity. We were informed there were no other available properties to switch to if the issue could not be resolved. It was remedied within 30 mins of being out at the property though we discovered it and informed them. We never were given a reason; the group concensus was they forgot to disable the power limiter to the house.

This home was a wonderful place to stay. The views were incredible. The sunsets were amazing and it was great having Turtle Bay right down the street. The beaches overall are stunningly beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. So many wonderful memories we will cherish

We had a lovely stay at this property! We had a very easy check in process and our stay was delightful. There was strong A/C in the bedrooms that helped keep us cool at night even thought there was no A/C in the main part of the house. The backyard was spacious and it was so nice to have access to the water down a flight of stairs. Woudl love to go back one day!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful, clean, and roomy. All the information about recycling, trash, and expectations was posted around the house. There is only one issue: It was so dark when we arrived that we could not find the correct address. If a motion light could be installed, that would be helpful for future renters. Also, I printed the address, and we were advised that we were in 493 when it should have been 501. I love how close we were to everything except Waikiki and I'm ok with that, North Shore is better for beaches. Anyone will appreciate this rental.

Words can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here. The house, yard, and location are perfect. The views from the deck, yard, and upstairs balcony are absolutely breathtaking. Definitely an unforgettable, incomparable vacation for all of the adults and two children. Thank you!!
