Lägenheten ligger på andra och tredje våningen i en byggnad som var förmodligen en del av Monterosso väggar (hus-torn). Huset har utsikt över det stora torget i staden och ligger 50 meter från stranden och är bekvämt för shopping.
Badrum och kök har nyligen renoverats. I rummen finns marmorgolv och handmålade keramik. Sovrummet är utrustat med en balkong och vardagsrum med utsikt över en terrass med havsutsikt möblerad med stolar och bord. Väggarna är dekorerade med tryck som visar dlla republiken Genua områden

Cinque Terre is more beautiful in person than in the photos. The views from each village were breathtaking. The location of the apartment was wonderful - close to shops, restaurants, train station and the beach. It was spacious and had 2 balconies overlooking the water. Although the apartment building was in the flat part of Monterosso al Mare, the apartment itself was on the second and third floors.

spectacular location but very quirky

Could not be a better location, right near the beach, downtown old part of Monterosso; very lively, not quiet or secluded. Very steep long stairs, hard to find the unit, floors were not clean, but the unit has a wonderful patio where we were able to watch sunsets and sip wine (and dry our clothes). Has a really cute and functional kitchenette, which we valued. Positive overall!

Beautiful location

Absolutely gorgeous location. Look out onto the beach and ocean. Variety of restaurants & swimming beach right outside your door. Apartment was only lacking in working cooking facilities such as working micro and broken refridgerator door. Could feel springs in bed.

Excellent location! About a 10 minute walk from the train station. You are steps away from the best restaurants, gelato and wine in Monterosso. We did go to the beach below the train station vs right in front of the apartment. Apartment does need a few updates, but the location, food/drink and activities makes the stay here all worth it.

Great location and communication

We stayed 2 nights. The apartment was in a great area and clean. The steps to enter are extremely steep and small treads but fine if you were careful and don't have large or heavy luggage. Great balcony to sit on upstairs at night the playground noise was horrible and the bar noise downstairs went on late Friday & Saturday. The train noise was fine compared to the other. Bring earplugs!

Great apartment in Monterosso

Fabulous location and very comfortable close to restaurants bars and shops doors and wondows double glazed so train noise not bad our host luisa was fabulous and very helpful we enjoed our stay

Beautiful!

You can't beat this location in the Cinque Terre! Right in the heart of Monterosso with a view of the water. Luisa communicates very well. We needed a couple of small items and she brought by the items and more for us. Overall, a great stay in Monterosso!

Great place, wonderful view and amazing host

Spent a three day weekend here and it was the perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. Right in town so easy walk to restaurants and then I could bring a bottle of wine home with me and sit on the terrace with a view of the ocean and plaza. Luisa was super helpful with directions and recommendations and even allowed me to check out late at n my last day. The apartment is spacious and the bed is comfortable. This place was truly a great find.

The property is in a great location and is very comfortable. The host was very helpful and accommodating. There are steep stairs that may be an issue for some but I would definitely stay there again.

Cute little apartment

Great little apartment. Convenient to train and restaurants. There are a good amount of stairs to get to the apartment and inside the apartment is divided into 2 floors. Living and kitchen on top floor, bedroom and bathroom on bottom floor. Luisa was great to work with and showed up with supplies and treats upon arrival. The only thing I would warn future renters about is there is a church close by that tolls its bells several times a day and the train tracks are right outside so you constantly here trains passing by. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place with a fabulous view. Stairs are daunting and lacks air conditioning. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location and was fairly well equipped. Owner was easy to work with

Very Noisy

The physical location is great, however with a train line running 50 metres from the property with trains ALL day and ALL night, it is not an enjoyable experience. Also there is an area where people congregate until to 2 am making loud noise every night. If this information was made clear to me I would not have booked this property. I slept with ear plugs to no avail and honestly only slept after 2.00 am until around 6. This is not the place for a light sleeper

Prachtige locatie voor een redelijke prijs

Omdat we met de auto kwamen, en veel Italianen vrij waren, was er geen plek meer om te parkeren. Met de auto kom je ook niet het dorp in. Boven bij het helicopterplatform hebben we uiteindelijk onze auto geparkeerd en ons met een taxi naar het appartement laten brengen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de hostess Luisa. Het appartement is voldoende ruim voor 2 personen en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De inrichting is helemaal vintage ( uit oma's tijd) van bed tot tafel en stoelen. Het bed viel wat tegen Het is meer een trampoline ( veren matras) op metalen frame met een houten losstaande ombouw. Bij iedere beweging kraakte of piepte het. Het koffieapparaat ( nespresso) is berekend op Italiaanse kopjes. Wil je een Nederlandse hoeveelheid koffie dan moet je zo'n 7 keer het knopje indrukken. We hebben genoten van het terras met schitterend uitzicht. De tafel vonden we wat aan de grote kant voor het terras. De badkamer is erg ruim, met zelfs een wasmachine. De douchecabine daarentegen vonden we erg klein Zowel het appartement als het dorp Monterosso vonden we een ideale uitvalsbasis om Cinqueterre te verkennen. Monterosso is een redelijks gewoon dorpje met gezellige straatjes en een boulevard. Leuke kerkjes, en plekjes om naar toe te gaan. In de andere 4 stadjes zit je meer opgesloten. Je moet trouwens wel houden van de levendigheid van een stad(je) met het avondrumoer van terrassen en de trein die regelmatig passeert. Al met al toch zekereen aanrader voor deze prijs.
