idealiskt beläget på en kulle 1 km från havet och stränderna i Sant'Amanza och 6 km från Bonifacio. Lokala butiker och restauranger 2 km bort. Anlagd trädgård på 2000 m2 med flera terrasser.
Vacker pool som inte förbises på 5 m x 10 m; Teakstränderna gjorde om 2013 helt. Två utomhusduschar. Tre sovrum och två badrum. Mycket komplett utrustning med tvättmaskin, internet torktumlare etc. ... Arkitekthus mycket bra designad med massor av charm.

perfect holiday

The house was well appointed, clean, very well equipped and in a stunning location with lovely views of sea and mountain and close to the charming town of Bonifacio. The garden was full of flowers and the swimming pool was lovely and warm. The hosts were excellent - very friendly and prompt to answer all our queries and providing all the information we could need.

Perfect for a family getaway...

We stayed at Sant Amanza for a week in early September - 2 toddlers who were in charge of everything, Mum, Dad and grand-parents. The house was ideal with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom for Mum, Dad and the kids at one end of the house, a large living room / kitchen in the middle and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the grand-parents at the other side of the house. The house opened up through several doors at the back onto a lovely patio area with an inbuilt BBQ and fantastic views over the countryside, down to the bay and Maora Beach. Steps led down to the pool, which was enjoyed by all of us every day, as was the roof terrace, from which the views were even more impressive, especially in the evening as the sun went down.. We were met on arrival by Valerie, who was very friendly and was available for any queries we had during our stay - as was the owner, Yves, who was very easy to deal with, and answered all our pre trip questions quickly and supplied all the information about the house and the area. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, is well furnished, has comfortable beds, good Wifi and a wash room. The only negative we had was the mosquitoes which were quite active at night and we suffered on the first night when we hadn't prepared for them! The house is a 10 minute drive from Bonifacio, where there is a choice of shops and plenty to see and do. We had a day trip to Porto Vecchio, but having experienced the fun of trying to get into the town and find a parking spot there, we all agreed that we were glad we were staying near Bonifacio! The boat trip to see the coast line and caves from Bonifacio is also a must for the first timer. All in all, a lovely house to use as a base for a visit to this lovely part of southern Corsica.

A lovely gem close to Bonifacio

Our family (3 adults, 2 children) spent two weeks at this beautiful villa in July 2024. We didn't want to leave! The house is well-appointed and has a great layout and landscaping. Everything flows together nicely whether you go down by the pool to cool off or up to the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset with views of the Sant'Amanza bay. It is also easy to get to Bonifacio by car (approx 10-15min drive). Yves was an extremely helpful and reactive host. He provided plenty of recommendations on places to dine and out of the ordinary activities (like the races at the Hippodrome de Viseo). He also left beach chairs and a mat available for us to use which was greatly appreciated. We loved it and hope to come back again someday. Highly recommend.

Belle villa

Maison tout confort proche de différentes plages - Belle vue - quartier résidentiel tranquille Seul bémol : pas de climatisation dans les chambres ( pas nécessaire dans les autres pièces avec une terrasse agréable et ombragée)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette belle villa surplombant la baie de Sant’Amanza. La maison est très bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle pour 6 personnes. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et les différentes terrasses. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour accéder aux différents lieux sympas de la corse sud. Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible et accessible. Merci à lui pour son accueil. Nous recommandons cette villa pour un séjour en corse du sud.

Amazing holiday !

We had a wonderful time in Yves' property ! The house is very well designed and decorated, with a lovely central living space, an amazing parental en-suite and two further bedrooms. The outside space is beautiful as well, with a lush flowery garden, and a large pool. We loved the area, with close small and lovely beaches and larger ones a short drive away. Bonifacio is also a very easy reach in 10mn, and a beautiful city to visit. Yves has been an amazing host, providing us with a lot of information ahead of our stay, and making sure we had all we needed when we arrived. Thank you again, we'll be sure to come back !
