Beundra skönheten i några av de bästa golfstränderna. Förundras över den mångsidiga arkitekturen som definierar våra livliga samhällen. Eller lära dig om områdets rika historia, kultur och underverk. I hjärtat av gamla Destin. Sunchase stadshus är de ursprungligen önskade stränderna i Destin, och du kan inte få en bättre plats. Du är inom gångavstånd till några av Destins favoritrestauranger. 1 kvarter från Whales Tale Det finns ingen pool här, men havet är allt ditt. Stig bara av från däck till din egen strand.

En 5 minuters bilresa med utloppsgallerior, många restauranger och andra detaljhandelsbutiker. Vill du åka till Destin Harbor, ge dig sedan tio minuters körtid och du är där.

Köpt 2014 är denna nyrenoverade enhet en "Ingen rökning, inga husdjur" Studioenhet som rymmer fyra personer Ingången till denna enhet är markplan utan trappor. Studioenheten är fullt utrustad med en king size-säng, kök och badkar. Det finns också drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och drottning murphy säng ger sömnen totalt till 6. Det finns 2 platt-TV och en DVD-spelare. Hela köket är utrustat med vitvaror, rätter, bestick och köksredskap. Det finns sängkläder, handdukar och en privat tvättmaskin / torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

Den privata balkongen är utrustad med stolar för en avkopplande kväll i vinden. En grindig trappa ger alla hyresgäster direkt tillgång till stranden och första våningen balkong med en utomhusdusch och solstolar att ta till stranden. Landskapet är komplett med både en fantastisk utsikt över viken och ljudet från vågorna bryter på stranden .

Det finns en utsedd parkeringsplats för denna hyra som rymmer 2 standardbilar, och det är direkt framför enheten.

A little dated if you want to compare to newer condos but for a relaxing beach getaway I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This small condo was perfect for my husband and me. We stayed a short three nights away but it was so so amazing being right there on the beach. It was spacious enough, clean and the walk-in shower/jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. We had an issue with our AC when first arriving and they were extremely responsive to our needs. Everything was perfect for us!!!!

Disappointed

The good-Beach access, beach not crowded. Very relaxing. Shower and Jetted Tub was nice, The bad- Parking situation was difficult getting in and out off major highway. Steps need of repair. Lots of junk outside. Upstairs neighbors were the worst part of visit. Ended up checking out early. Noise was horrible. Never again. Missed having a pool

Clean and very bright. Easy beach access. Great location. The only thing that seemed unfair was I wasn't able to check in until 4PM but was charged for an entire day's stay.

Falling apart

First off the place needs major attention. You can hear everything the folks above and beside you do, everything. Tile floor busted ceiling falling paint bad. Try to sit on the balcony and water or whatever falls on you from The folks above. Stairs to beach are leaning and dangerous. For the amount we paid we have stayed in much much better places. Only positive about the place is the beach is pretty private and is clean. Will not recommend or stay here again.

3 day March 2024 stay

Great location, parking is a little sketchy but doable, we only had 1 vehicle, not sure how you could park 2 in the space allowed. Matress on bed was not the best if I would have been staying longer I might have purchased a memory foam topper. Shower and jetted soaking tub were wonderful. I was smart enough to pack my own laundry & dish washer tablets, there were none provided even though it stated there would be 1 for each. Overall decent place, exterior looks a bit ruff.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was a wonderful experience! The view is spectacular, the room was clean and had everything we needed, and the check in and check out process was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again!! One suggestion I have is for the host to include Netflix or Hulu options on the television. That would have made an already perfect trip even better. I cannot wait to stay here again! :)

You cant beat this stay on the ocean. You get so much for the price. Beautiful views all day long. Dining with in walking distance. Communication with the owners was outstanding. We had a small issue with the homes water which was dealt with immediately and we were given options to use other units water until the water was restored which it was immediately. We chose this home on our first 3 nights of our Florida vacation and chose it again for the return trip because we enjoyed it so much the 1st time. FYI your parking spots are the NO parking spots. Definitely recommend.

Beach house.

We loved the location and how close it was to the beach and the restaurants. Only issues we had was the shower and the bed. The seal around the door on the walk in shower was bad so water kept leaking out of the bottom onto the floor with every time we showered. The bed was just super firm. We Couldn’t get a good nights sleep because we couldn’t get comfortable. Also in our blankets and towels there were other peoples hair balled up in them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we’d definitely come back to stay again. Thanks for letting us stay.

Nice but..

Some stuff needs to be replaced or fixed. For example shower door is missing the plastic on the bottom so water is coming outside during a shower. Patio door needs a new locks and grill needst to be replaced.

Awesome view!

The view was beautiful! It was so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the water. Location was excellent. The parking is very tight though. We nailed it on the second day...lol. We had some minor problems and they were attended to promptly. The thing that almost ruined all of the good though was the people upstairs. I don't know if the live there or were renters like us. They moved furniture all over the place for most of the day and night. Led to a few sleepless nights. Also, the bed needs to be replaced. Other than that we had a wonderful time. Again, you can't beat the view. You have a door that leads to your own walkway to the beach.

Amazing view. Cute place. Just a few issues.

The host did not give us the code to enter in advance as promised, so we had issues getting in, which was a bit frustrating. The maintenance man luckily saw us and helped us in. Once we got in, there was a distinct mold and mildew smell. The place was clean enough but not spotless (hair in the bathtub, some debris from previous guest on the floor). They only provided the VERY basics so we went and got more toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. A few kitchen staples like olive oil and salt and pepper would have been nice (we didn’t think to buy or bring those). However, the kitchenette was cute and had all the appliances and utensils you would need. Beach view is amazing!!! Location is spot on! Really couldn’t beat the view. But we likely wouldn’t stay at the same place again.

View Amazing, but wouldn't stay here again.

To begin with, the good... I doubt you will find a better view of the ocean in Destin than this one. If the view and beach access are what you are going for, this place is for you. The actual unit itself is in major need of attention. From the 2-foot crack on the shower floor that bleeds rust, the filthy black grout and tile throughout the unit, springy sofa bed, touchy AC, and old towels and blankets, this place screams cringeworthy motel. You will want to bring your shower shoes, personal towels and blankets. There are 3 sets of sheets for the 3 beds, but only 2 fit. There are only 2 thin quiltlike blankets in the unit. One bed did not have a blanket or sheets that fit. You expect a sofa bed mattress to uncomfortable, but this was the worst I have ever experienced. The towels were old and made you question if you should use them to dry your clean body or dry the filthy floor. The unit has an AC that fogs up the windows of your million-dollar view and fills the air with condensation. The washer and dry are nice to have but they should have the sand cleaned out of them. The place has the potential to be great and probably was years ago, but it needs a very deep cleaning, new bedding and toiletries and some serious TLC. I would also highly recommend a better door locking system, with a secondary interior lock. This is just a guess, but I doubt the 4 digit locking code used to secure the door changes very often. Since it’s used in multiple places. Again, this place has potential, just depends on what type of experience you are looking for. Check in and check were seamless.

We are not professional renters. We started renting because James's originally purchased a home on the beach and for years he rented out the first floor since he only needed half the space.. We call it Sticks in the Sand because it is on pylons on the beach. Now married with 3 children we have continued to add our rental offerings . Due to the success of the original Sticks in the Sand, We now have 6 almost identical townhomes to rent! We have studio 1,2,3 bedroom units and continue to hope to provide our homes for families to enjoy..

The units are close to everything, walking distance to a bar/restaurant and directly on the beach with private ownership all the way to the water. . The townhome can be rented 3 ways, a 2 bedroom (Listing #639885) , Studio unit (Listing #639886) or if you need more space you can rent it as a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit by renting them both. So it was perfect to maintain all my renters in one location.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off in and a flat panels LCD tv to relax indoors. Perfect for a couples getaway, a small family or group of friends. Sleep where you can hear the waves and not see the cars!
