Such a great location

The place was clean, very open and large. The location was central to so much that we could walk almost anywhere. There was room for both of my teenagers and my spouse and I to have privacy. A very good stay over all.

Great location and place

Stayed here for four days. Very close to the train station about eight minute walk. Everything was close by no more than 30 minute walk to any of the sites in Rome. But if you wanted to get a cab or Uber, it was very easy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for two couples we were just two friends each having their own room and bathroom.I would recommend staying here and I certainly will be back when I come to Rome again.

Exploring rome

From this efficient apartment we were able to walk to walk everywhere we wanted to explore, dine, and shop. Love being in the center of the action. Our host was excellent. Speedy communication made planning easy.

Great place but noisy

This was a great location if you want to be right in the middle of things. Lots of restaurants and shops but very noisy right into the night. the place was very clean and had an elevator which was very nice.

Great stay

Excellent apartment, location was very convenient and owner was friendly and accommodating. The AC was a great bonus with the heat and so helpful to have a full kitchen, washer and reliable wifi. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Fabulous location near train station and basilica. Easy walking to the coliseum. The apt had lots of room for the 2 of us. Very skinny shower 😂 and the beds were quite hard. The elevator was a blessing! We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Space for family.

We greatly appreciated a space for our whole family to gather where the prices weren’t outrageous. Very handy having the washing machine there as well as a great drying rack. Location was a short walk to metro and Colosseum, with a bus stop right there. Would stay again!

Close to the train station. Good location. In the third floor but luckily there was an elevator. Shower was a bit small.

Plenty of space

Great location , near beautiful cathedral, shopping and restaurants. Walk to the train station. 2 bathrooms was best part of the apartment. If you can book this location , do it.

Very good location

Great spot for walking around the city, good facilities and airy flat. However, tiny storage facilities and extremely noisy flat at night due to poor insulation. It was the direct cause of staying in a piazza, i know, but i think something could be done to fix these problems: put up some shelves on the walls, a wardrobe, more chairs.

The apartment is well positioned near the Hop On , Hop off bus route .. all public transport nearby .. Apartment is adequately appointed for a short stay For booking in you need to be able to call Emanuele.

Great spot in Rome

We loved the location of this VRBO overlooking Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore. The building is older but has tons of character. There was plenty of space for 4 adults. It was a 10 minute walk from the Rome Termini twin station and 20 minute walks to the Trevi Fountain and Colisseum. There were lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

First timers in Rome

This was first trip to Rome, and we thought the location of this apartment was great for getting to all the must see sights. We walked to most things within 20 minutes. When it was too far to walk we were only blocks for the train/metro station. Only downside to the property was the shower was small. I am only 5’5 and about 200lbs and it was tight for me to get in and out of the shower. Plus our first night was a Saturday so the square and area was a bit noisy. We already said if we return to Rome we will definitely stay here again

Perfect location, lovely apartment

A great place to stay in Rome, close to the Metro and surrounded by great restaurants. Supermarket across the road. A 10min walk to the Colosseum. Fabulous Basilica just across the road. Emanuele was lovely and our welcome to Rome was wonderful- a great start to our trip

The apartment is nice and big and also comfortable. Clean! I loved the old fashioned elevator/lift. The apartment is a 10mins walk to the Roma Termini and less than 5 mins away from the hop on and hop off buses. We had a great time in Rome! Thank you

Large, clean and central

The apartment was large, clean, bright and airy. It was very centrally located but the downside was the traffic noise but you got used to it. The beds were comfortable and modern as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was small and could have done with a few more utensils, but we managed. It would have been helpful to know about the tourist tax as it came as a surprise. We did have a brilliant stay however, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Beautiful apartment for our great holidays!

The apartment is best than what you can see in the photos. We lived our holidays in Rome very well and without doubt we will come back there! I like this apartment very much: it has all you can need to stay a great vacancy and the central position is great to take a taxi or a bus and go to visit the city. During the check-in with the owner (very friendly and always helpful) we found a lovely apartment with everything in great condition: a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, very nice bathrooms and a living-room with a fantastic view on the square of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Pubs, restaurants and other many shops all around. I suggest this apartment, I suggest to visit Rome!

Pillows were terrible and not enough towells and they were old. The pictures were not accurate. There were very few dishes and no wine glasses when we arrived However the landlord did buy us some when I asked a couple of times
