Entre Noel et jour de l’an

Nous sommes venus à 6 (2 parents, une belle-mère et 3 ados entre 13 et 20 ans) entre Noel et Jour de l'an. En dépit de la saison, nous avons profité de l'agréable propriété, bien équipéé, bien chauffée avec de la place, une grande terrasse et une magnifique vue. Que de lumière! Accueil parfait et comunication excellente avec Christine. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la verdure au retour de nos différentes excursions à Marseille et ses environs, tous proches. Nous recommandons!

Très bel endroit pour passer un bon moment proche de Marseille. La vue et la terrasse sont fantastiques.

Überteuert/nicht gut gewartet

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Leider war das Haus in einem schlechten Zustand. Vieles hat nicht funktioniert, die Wände sind sehr dünn, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig . Wir hatten kein Internet, der Anschluss war defekt und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht repariert. Für unsere zusätzlichen Internet Kosten haben wir keine Erstattung erhalten. der außengrill hat nicht funktioniert, es gab nur ein Badezimmer und zwei Toiletten in dem Haus für 8 Personen. In einer Toilette war eine mini Dusche integriert, doch die funktionierte leider auch nicht. Besonders unangenehm waren die Ameisennester in den Schlafzimmern. Vor dem schlafen gehen mussten täglich die Ameisen aus dem Bett und den Schränken beseitigt werden. Wir haben für 13 Nächte in der nebensaison knapp 5000 Euro bezahlt. Der Preis war angesichts des angebotenen Standards leider sehr überteuert. Wir haben freundlich und konstruktiv den Wunsch geäußert nach einem Preisnachlass aufgrund der umfangreichen Schäden . Daraufhin hat sich die Concierge gar nicht mehr gemeldet und nicht mehr mit uns kommuniziert. Die Eigentümerin war grundsätzlich nicht erreichbar. Wir können das Haus nicht empfehlen.

Week end entre fille parfait!

La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, et l’accueil a été parfait. La vue est superbe, et la maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous désirerez. Il n’y a plus qu’à profiter !

Une très belle villa au calme

Si vous recherchez une grand maison, au soleil, au calme, c'est l'endroit idéal. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée, le patio et la terrasse très agréables, la vue sur la grand bleue au loin très reposante. L'accès au commerce est tout proche et il faut moins d'un quart d'heure pour rejoindre les magnifiques calanques les plus proches. La communication avec les propriétaires a été très fluide et l'accueil par Christine (conciergerie) très professionnel. Les lits sont de qualité et confortables ce qui est appréciable quand on vient se reposer. Bref, une très jolie maison au calme, parfaitement équipée. Un petit plus serait de chauffer la piscine car lorsque le mistral souffle pendant plusieurs jours, elle est fraîche, mais je crois que c'est déjà dans les projets des propriétaires! Nous recommandons cette villa.

Un endroit et une maison exceptionnelle

Nous avons apprécié la maison ravissante, décorée avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Tout est fait pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de chaleur communicative. L'environnement est propice a toutes les activités, et au farniente pour que tout le monde y trouve son compte de bon temps passé en vacance. Culture, sport soleil assurés !

This residence has been our nest, but we have decided to migrate for some time. We have kept this house because we love it and can allow people to enjoy it. We hope you enjoy the view, the authentic, atypical setting, and its proximity to the centre of a protected environment as much as we do. Without a doubt, this is the sunniest place in France due to the Mistral winds. This well designed house allows you to enjoy all its benefits without being disturbed. We always appreciate the long summer evenings with a glass of rosé and some good company.

You can find an indoor fireplace, a pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen and a barbecue offering all cooking possibilities. The Diffazur pool has a paddling pool for children and an automated cleaning system (by automatic nozzles). It is not overlooked though it faces the sea. The house offers all the modern comforts in an authentic setting, a few minute walk from the rocky coves and close to the cities of Marseille and Aix en Provence, offering many opportunities for artistic, music, exhibition attractions throughout Provence.
