Magnifique maison au calme avec tout le confort / Accueil +++

Nous avons passés un séjour de 12 jours avec 2 couples et 2 enfants en bas âge dans cette superbe maison. Pour nous cette maison est un vrai havre de paix au milieu de la nature. La maison est spacieuse et possède tout le confort d'une maison moderne. Concernant les services, nous retrouvions tous les jours une maison rangée et nettoyée avec soins. Phone nettoyée au quotidien la maison quand nous sortions et est d'une très grande gentillesse. Alain le propriétaire est super, toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Nous avons également loué son pick-up qui était d'une très grande utilité pour se déplacer en famille. La plage de Nai-yang est accessible en voiture ou scooter. C’est une plage au calme sans trop d’affluence touristique et loin du tourisme massif de Patong. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. En résumé, nous avons passé un super séjour et nous recommandons sans hésité cette maison pour sa localisation, son cadre et l’accueil qui nous a été réservé...

Un coin de paradis sur l île encore preserve

Agréablement surpris lors de la découverte de nuit de la maison qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos ; spacieuse et luxueuse sont les justes mots pour qualifier cette villa très bien située sur phuket. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement kai pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, Alain pour sa précieuse aide dans la planification de nos journées ainsi que l'organisation de nos visite sur l'ile Une arrive tardive 23 heure et alain a l,arrive pour le transfert et quel bonheur avoir tout le necessaire pour le petit dejeuner du lendemain et bien sur tous ces fruits . Les trois chambres avec leurs salles de bains et dressing sont extrêmement confortables et que dire de cette somptueuse piscine ou nos enfants se sont regales et pour nous ce jardin un havre de paix ...Idealement situe sur l'ile non loin de l'aeroport un gros avantage pas de transfert long dans uns minibus souvent conduit par des chauffeurs un peu trop presse Villa sawadee une villa a recomander et deja une reservation prise por l'annee prochaine

unforgettable holiday

we stay there for 10 days . The only thing to say is "PERFECT" I arrived inPhuket in nighttime and also left early in the morning, no problem for Alain! They welcomed My familly warmly and spent a lot of time to show us all the features of the villa. The vila exactly corresponds to the pictures on homeaway. The service was also perfect(thank you Kai). I found a huge stuffed fridge with all kinds of drinks. They cleaned the villa everyday and were very helpful with all matters. The villa is in a perfect location in the middle of Phuket. Everything iis around of villa (ATM, Restaurants, Market...) All together it was an amazing Holiday. Amazing swiming pool perfect for kids (8 and 12 years ). Thanks a lot again for that beautiful stay. I am looking forward to come back soon

super a ne pas manquer

Nous avons passé dans cette villa de très agréables moments. Très confortable et spacieuse, la maison est bien distribuée et bien équipée (il y a même une machine à laver le plus vous n'avez pas a vous occuper du lavage Kai s'en charge pour vous ainssi que du repasage de vrais vacance pour nous les dames , la piscine très appréciable pour notre petit garçon est idéale pour se rafraîchir. Un peu reculée, nous avons dû louer des scooters pour joindre facilement les plages magnifiques de l'île. Nous avions également recours au taxi quand nos parents (trop âgés pour enfourcher une Honda) voulaient nous accompagner dans l'aventure. L'accueil est très sympathique et de tres bon conseils , le propriétaire qui habite une maison un peu plus loin est toujours disponible pour rendre service. Bref, nous conseillons vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir lPhuket au calme pres de 2 super plages de naithon et naiyang

Amazing pas d autres mots

Nous avons trouvé tout ce que nous recherchions pour des vacances au soleil en hiver :un endroit calme ,une maison très confortable et bien ventilée la nuit (pas de clim. nécessaire ,une piscine chaude avec sa plge immergee pour prendre l apero ,une mer chaude et belle,des restaurants délicieux,des ballades en scooter géniales ,de bons massages,un temps agreable Alain le propriétaire pleins de bon conseil et de bon plan pour les visite sur l ile et ses alentours très professionnel ,sympathique , , présent et attentif mais discret..Et ne pas oublier la gentillesse de son épouse .Une villa tres bien tenue grace a kai la femme de menage toujours presente mais invsible pas de probleme de lavage ou repassage elle s occupe de tout du bonheur A recommander sans réserve.

very private

AMAZING and very private. The pool was a great size. I would hire scooters as the house is on a steep hill, only a short distance from town.The villa is luxurious, very comfortable and stylishly decorated but still feels like a home. The mature tropical garden and pool are highlights - we LOVED the pool! Everything you need is on the doorstep - only a short drive to beaches, restaurants (great food), shops, and lots of activities for kids. I would highly recommend villa Sawadee - you won't want to leave!

the best villa for us

Alain was an outstanding host. Nothing was too much trouble for this owner, and his staff were extremely nice and helpful. They rented a bike and a car for me, booked shows and came to the villa within minutes when requested. The villa is much bigger than the photo's show, and the bed was great. . The kitchen was well equipped and all dishes cups or other kitchen items were there. Huge bathroom with great separate shower. The pool is fully enclosed with 1,60 m high walls so full privacy in the pool area. My kid loved this villa and did not want to leave. It is about 5 minutes drive to Naiyang or Naithon beach for us the best beach of the island . The villa is close to many good restaurants and in a very quiet environment. It is only a few minutes by motorbike to a big supermarket and I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone it's the great place for familly . Thank for all sure see you soon

Une villa au cœur de nature

Une grande villa aux volumes spacieux. Une piscine très agréable pour se baigner au sein d'une végétation tropicale luxuriante. Un accueil attentionné du propriétaire Alain qui vous donne de son temps et des bons conseils pour bien profiter de votre sejour. Fantastic holiday in a wonderful villa

We are 4 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 4 to 10 and we spent a 2 week in this fantastic villa. The villa, gardens and pool were immaculately presented and maintained and the majority of our time at the villa was spent around the pool.The villa is even more spectacular compared to the pictures we saw online. The bedrooms were huge with comfortable beds Nothing was a problem and his hospitality and professionalism was evident (french touch). Booking was easy and a transfer picked us up at the airport after a long flight. They was no negotiation about an early checkin as our flight arrived early, instead Alain treated us like Royalty from the moment we arrived. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday. Alain the owner, was of great assistance and provided us with information about local restaurants, shops, outdoor activities . Alain organised a trip to james bond island and this was definitely a highlight of our trip. The villa is well located in a quiet lane off the main road in great garden but is very close to a range of restaurants, shops. Naithon and Naiyang beaches are only a few minutes by taxi. We would recommend this villa to anyone as it has everything you want for a great holiday. Vichy and John from australia

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la villa est magnifique, extrêmement propre très bien situé pour visiter Phuket. Alain n'est pas avare de bons conseils, n'hésitez pas à lui demander aussi pour les sorties!! Merci à Kaï et son mari pour leur discrétion et leur disponibilité. Incroyable

12 jours de vacances de rêve à 4 adultes et 2 enfants dans cette Villa niché dans cette immense jardin et prés de cette piscine avec cette plage immergé pour l’apéro Les prestations proposées sont dignes d'un 5 étoiles ; la villa est idéal pour les familles et sans problème pour 3 couples car tellement vaste Pour l'accueil que dire a part merci a Alain pour tous ces conseils. Merci a Kay la femme de ménage aussi propre que discrète .Mesdames ça c'est pour vous imaginer les vacances sans soucis de cuisine et surtout de repassage mettre son linge sale dans la panière et le retrouver propre et repasser le lendemain enfin de vrais vacances. Pour les arrivée tardives comme nous 21h30 tous est prévus la coupe de fruit d'arrivée les boisons et surtout pour le lendemain tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuné même pour les enfants encore une fois merci a Alain Pour nous et notre couple d'amis vacances inoubliables a conseillé absolument et je ne parle pas des enfants ........

Nous avons tous passé un séjour fantastique à la Villa Sawadee, la villa est située dans un endroit idéal, niché dans son propre jungle une retraite très paisible après une journée à la plage ou une nuit à Patong. 5 minutes de la plage la plus proche partout sur l'île, nous avons trouvé facilement accessible, si vous n'êtes pas confiant vous conduire Taxis semblait abondante et un guide pour les longs trajets peuvent être organisées par Alain. La villa était très spacieuse et confortable, nous avons partagé avec des amis et nous ne se sentait pas au-dessus de l'autre, il ya un Coffre-fort situé dans l'une des 3 chambres doubles. Une machine à laver est disponible même si nous avons laissé quelques vêtements dans le panier à linge et si par magie, ils arrivés propre et repassé le lendemain. Le personnel est excellent et très discret, vous voyez rarement ou les entendre. Une grande touche était la machine de l'eau qui a été toujours remplis, sauvé tous les voyages dans un magasin pour d'innombrables bouteilles d'eau, une belle exposition de fruits préparés frais nous attendait à l'arrivée. On n'a pas pris avantage de la maison en vacances car il y avait un vaste choix d'endroits pour manger à des prix très raisonnables. La plupart des matins pour moi-même commencé avec un peu d'exercice suivi par une douche rapide dans la salle de douche extérieure et un joli plongeon dans la belle piscine avec une belle demeure de jus de fruits sur le bord de la piscine et la bouteille occasionnelle de champagne le soir en écoutant le sons des créatures de la jungle environnante. Alain est un excellent hôte, il nous a rencontré de l'aéroport nous avons eu une grande quantité de bagages que je prenais tout mon matériel de kitesurf, nous tous équipés bien dans son pick-up et nous a emmenés directement à la plage locale pour un repas, qui, après un long vol était assez rafraîchissant et nous avons obtenu rapidement dans le rythme de la vie locale, après un bon repas et boire Alain nous a pris par quelques attractions locales nous montrant le meilleur endroit pour échanger des devises et aller chercher des provisions. Le lendemain matin, après une nuit de sommeil décente et un plongeon dans la piscine, je fut agréablement détendu avec aucun signe de décalage horaire. Nous aimerions tous nous espérons y retourner, si le ciel est à moitié aussi bon que ce que je vais mourir un homme heureux, et merci Alain pour la construction de cette belle maison.

séjour parfait

super séjour tout était parfait depuis le transfert organisé jusqu’à la villa les excursions recommandées par Alain le propriétaire .la piscine avec sa plage immergé un pur bonheur pour nous et nos 2 enfants (10 et 12 ans ) qui ont passé la moitié du séjour dans l'eau .quand vous arrivé le soir tard le transfert organisé pas de soucis et quand le matin vous vous réveillez le café fumant et le frigo plein pour le petit déjeuner que dire a part merci a kai (l’intendante ) qui c'est occupé de nous si bien .De vrais vacance rien avoir a faire pas de lavage ,pas de repassage de nombreux petit resto pas loin de la villa vacance de rêves .Quand a la villa encore mieux que sur les photos vraiment idéal pour les familles

malgres le temps très changeant notre couple d'amis avec leurs 2 enfants avons passé des vacances incroyable dans cette villa très vaste ou l'on se croisé sans se gêné un service irréprochable une femme de ménage toujours disponible et surtout discrète vous déposé votre le linge sale la veille et le lendemain le revoilà lavé et repassé sur votre lit et tous ça compris dans la location merci Kay .Piscine de rêve avec une plage immergé pour prendre un drink le soir .Villa très propre dans un style incroyable moderne et contemporain .Idéal pour la famille avec ou sans enfants villa a conseiller absolument avec un rapport qualité prix parfait .

1st Class accommodation

We all had a fantastic stay at Villa Sawadee, The Villa is situated in a great spot nestled in its own jungle a very peaceful retreat after a day at the Beach or a night out in Patong. 5 minutes drive to nearest beach every where on the Island we found easily accessible, if you're not confident driving yourself Taxis seemed plentiful and a guide for longer trips can be organised by Alain. The Villa was very spacious and comfortable, we shared with friends and we didn't feel on top of each other, there is one Safe deposit box located in one of the 3 double rooms. A washing machine is available although we left a few clothes in the laundry basket and if by magic they turned up clean and pressed the next day. The staff are excellent and very discreet, you rarely see or hear them. One great touch was the water machine that was always replenished, saved all them trips to a store for countless bottles of water, a nice display of fresh prepared fruit was waiting for us on arrival. We didn't take advantage of the in house catering as there was a vast choice of places to eat at very reasonable prices. Most mornings for myself started with some exercise followed by a quick shower in the outside shower room and a nice dip in the lovely Pool with a nice fruit juice resting on the edge of the Pool and the occasional bottle of Champagne on the evening listening to the sounds of the critters from the surrounding jungle. Alain is a great host, he met us from the Airport we had a vast amount of luggage as I took all my Kitesurfing equipment, we all fitted nicely in his Pickup and took us directly down to the local Beach for a meal, which after a long flight was quite refreshing and we quickly got into the swing of the local life, after a nice meal and drink Alain took us via a few local attractions showing us where best to exchange currency and get provisions. The next morning after a decent nights sleep and a dip in the pool, I was pleasantly relaxed with no signs of jet lag. We all would hope to return again, if heaven is half as good as this I will die a happy man, and thank you Alain for building this lovely home.

villa spacieuse au calme à l’écart des touristes

Nous avons passé 15j durant les vacances de pâques en famille(couple + 3 enfants) dans cette villa, proche de tout mais à l'écart des touristes.Villa très bien entretenue, très spacieuse,piscine sans vis a vis. Un énorme merci à Sassi et à ses enfants pour l'accueil et leur gentillesse, nous avions l'impression d’être de la famille. Vous pourrez vous restaurer pour pas cher du tout et de très bonne qualité sur les marchés à proximité ainsi que chez un petit restaurateur à 300m de la villa(repérable à ses salons extérieur en bambou) très sympa, pas cher et surtout excellent.Nous voyageons depuis plus de 10 ans dans le monde entier avec abritel et cette villa vient en première place de tout ce que nous avons vu.

splendid

We stayed here wiht our kids for 10 days and loved it. It was the second times for us on villa Sawadee The spacious villa is very nicely furnished, clean, and has a wonderfully comfortable bed. We loved having breakfast out on tthe terrasse with a view of lush landscaping and the pool. We often go the white sand beach (naithon ) and rented beach in the morning followed by an afternoon swim in the pool. This villa is very quiet,and only 5 minute driving to the beach The beach, probably one of the best in Phuket with a lot of restaurants at hand. I would recommend this anyone.

wonderful holiday

We had a great stay in Phuket complimented by our villa accommodation which turned out to be just wonderful, very high quality inside and out and the pool was divine!! It's in a really nice private spot I really recommend the place and plan to go back The rooms are very clean and very relaxing and its only 5 mins away from the beach. The price was very reasonable for this quality As long as you rent a car as we did then you will have a fantastic holiday.

Séjour parfait mieux que prévu

Une villa d’exception dans un jardin magnifique .Description exacte a la réalité sinon mieux un séjour avec deux enfants idéal du bonheur et merci a Marina et Alain pour leur aides . Villa idéal pour des vacances en familles proches de plages exceptionnelles. un entretien journalier au top et le frigo plein a l'arrivée avec tous ces fruits du bonheur pas besoin de se stresser pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain

SPLENDID

Villa Sawadee is in fantastic experience , clean & well kept, comfortable nicely decorated bedrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with provisions on arrival - which was a magic touch. The private pool with jacuzzi and secluded gardens are perfect for our familly . Thank you Kai for the fantastic breakfast near of swiming pool.Thank you to Marina and Alain provided great service including a quick tour of the surrounding area - pointing out the better eateries and places to go, they also helped set-up the car hire and transfers to and from the airport... all of which helped to make a great holiday... all in - we fully recommend Sawadee villa , we had a relaxing enjoyable time and hopefully will be back sooner rather than later. I recomande for familly hollidays

Perfect family holiday villa!

We spent 10 days here in december our 2 young kids and loved both the location and the garden. The quality of the accommodation and the facilities are excellent and we enjoyed being able to self cater, using Tesco and the local market for supplies. The villa is stylishly furnished The villa is clean and safe for the kids Naithon beach and Nai yang beach near of the house was spectacular and we spent most days enjoying the relaxed beach bars watching the children playing . We ate fabulous Thai food on the beach . We also spent sone days scuba diving and another snorkling from Naithon beach and incredible beah :Banana rock. All told, a very relaxing family holiday which we would thoroughly recommend. Nb We found a car essential for shopping and saving tired legs carrying beach toys to and fro. And a big thanks to KAI for the fabulous breakfirst in front of the swiming pool
