Idealiskt beläget i hjärtat av Val d'Isère utväg känd för sin charm och kvaliteten på dess skidområdet (Espace Killy), kan detta charmiga ateljé plats för 4 personer.

Den närmaste tågstationen är Bourg Saint Maurice. Lägenheten är lättillgängligt med en shuttle som tar dig till foten av byggnaden.

Backarna och skidliftar är också mycket nära (300 meter). Studion ligger på den berömda avenyn Olympique, som har många bekvämligheter (restauranger, butiker, barer, bageri, pressbyrå, apotek). En skiduthyrning butik är långt under byggnaden.

Studion har en stor balkong med fri utsikt över bergen.
Lägenheten är mycket välutrustad (TV, diskmaskin, brödrost, skidor skåp etc.) så att du kan njuta av en trevlig vistelse i ett av de finaste skidorterna i Alperna.

We had a lovely week in this apartment. We stayed 4 people in the apartment and it worked great. The location was amazing and close to everything, and it was easy to contact the host for questions!

Perfect place

Cosy little place in central Val D'Isere. All the appliances and amenities in great working order. Location excellent. Includes a useful ski locker to keep equipment in. Host easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful accommodation in the perfect location

The property was wonderful; large enough space, lovely furniture and decorations, and a charming view of the mountains from the outdoor terrace. Additionally, Alexandre was always very quick to respond to any of our queries as well as offering various suggestions of things to do and places to go to in the local area. Could not think of a single fault with our stay other than it was a bit of a struggle to find the entrance on the very first day.

Great studio apartment, super location.

Pretty renovated apartment with central location. Rich kitchen equipment, everything what you need. Nice view from balcony. Close to all shops and restaurants. Ski bus stop in front of building. To ski lifts max. 10 min. on foot. Good communication with host Alexandre. Everything were super! We spent great time from16 to23. 03.2024.

Fantastic studio apartment

Stayed here for 5 weeks, great central location, easy access to shops & restaurants. Short walk to lift area or catch a bus outside to La Forney, La Daille or central area if feeling lazy. Apartment tastefully decorated, new kitchen area, washing machine and efficient heated towel rail in bathroom for drying, comfortable sofa bed, bunk beds can be closed off with sliding door if required.ski locker on ground floor. Good view looking down the valley to La Daille with small balcony. I will return.

Excellent séjour

La communication avec le propriétaire était très claire et très fluide. Il s'est également assuré pendant le séjour que tout se passait bien etc. et a toujours proposé son aide en cas de besoin. La résidence elle même est très bien placée dans le centre de Val d'Isère, à proximité des commerces, des restaurants/bars, à 5 minutes à pied des pistes, et juste en face des navettes pour les autres parties de Val d'Isère ainsi que de la gare routière. L'appartement est bien équipé et pas étouffant en terme de température ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations à la montagne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour très agréable!

Nous avons réservé en dernière minute pour rendre visite à un ami saisonnier et profiter d'un petit séjour au ski. La réservation du logement et la communication avec le propriétaire s'est faite dans une fluidité exemplaire (réservation faite le vendredi après-midi pour une arrivée le samedi). Le logement est idéalement placé dans la station et correspond en tout point à l'annonce en ligne. Nous recommandons sans réserve ! Merci pour le séjour 🙂

Home from home

Thanks to Alexandre for being a great host and for the clear helpful directions. Concierge cheerful and helpful too. Lovely, quiet, light, generous welcoming studio in an apartment block in a superb central location with buses, shops, bars, ski hire, and restaurants on stepping out onto the main avenue, and ski lifts 5 minutes walk. Wireless connection very good (not a given in Val). Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas. Looking forward to our next visit!

Séjour conforme à la description.

Emplacement idéal, pas de bruit. Gestionnaire facilement joignable et sympathique. Seul bémol cuisine un peu petite pour cuisiner mais ceci est bien visualisé sur les photographies.

Compact but practical apartment in good location

Our two sons (19 and 21) stayed here while doing BASI training and it was ideal for their needs. Plenty of space and easy access to the village. Bus station opposite so handy for airport transfer and local buses.
