Easy access to all the ballparks

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. We really enjoyed are stay here and would definitely come back.

Week Shooting at the SASS World Championship

Had a great stay this is the second time we stayed at this property stayed back in 2020. We had a great stay both times. Great place beautiful backyard.

Amazing house and great trip

We had a great time. The house is fully stocked, clean, and even better than the pictures. Home owners are super flexible and easy to work with. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Home/Pool Getaway

We had an excellent time at our stay in Arizona at this property. It was clean and had all the amenities that were needed besides having a beautiful backyard with pool that was tropical. We hope to be back again. Would definitely recommend this house as the host was also great at getting back to us if we had any questions.

Great location for Phoenix Scottsdale area

We enjoyed our stay here this winter. Home has everything you need for cooking and grilling. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.Backyard and great room have ample seating. Pool is not heated, but looks very clean. Easy access to freeway.

Wonderfully appointed house. It was quiet and clean.

The house was as described and the flow of bedrooms and common areas allowed privacy. The pool area was wonderfully relaxing. I wish the pool had been heated but that is the only negative I can say. The hosts were thoughtful and had made sure access to WiFi and their entertainment system was easy.

Hi Ruth, We are so happy your family enjoyed your stay! The pool didn't come with a heating system and was cost onerous to add. Thankfully AZ is warm enough for majority of the year to be able to use the pool. We would like to return

Very nice home: spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Fabulous back yard - if only the weather would have been warmer. Owners were responsive to our questions and were receptive to letting us bring our cat. Best compliment we can give is that we would like to return next year.

Perfect Home

While in town for a week long baseball tournament, this spacious home was perfect for us. It was immaculate, easy to navigate with clear instructions, and well stocked with all the conveniences of home. The backyard and pool added to our great experience in Glendale. Indy was friendly, attentive, and was easy to reach through text and email. We will definitely be back : )

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. Most everything you need is provided. The location is perfect: close to shopping and recreation, while the neighborhood itself is quiet. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the beautiful back yard even though it was too cool to actually swim. Beds very very comfortable and the home was clean. Indy was quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this home!

House was very nice. Pool area was beautiful. House was very dusty in quite a few spots. We had someone in our party who had bad allergies. It is very warm in Arizona which we know but the air conditioning works very strangly. I would definitely stay at this again.

Backyard is very tropical

The backyard is like a mini oasis. But the neighbors tree is like a condo for birds. And the freeway traffic noise was louder than I thought it would be. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and the neighbors are very nice.

We are surprised to learn that you could hear the freeway from almost a mile away - in all the past four years and hundreds of guests, no one has ever mentioned it.. As for the tree next door, it provides great privacy and adds to the oasis you referenced. You are the 1st imperfect review we've had in over a year?!

A beautiful and clean Glendale home for our Spring Training Stay.

The owners, Kathryn and Indy, went out of their way to communicate with us and make sure we were comfortable. The home accommodated three couples easily. The master bedroom and bath were so spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking...wish there was a crockpot. The backyard is gorgeous, we enjoyed some juicy oranges and lemons right off the trees! We felt safe. We would book again. Thank you Indy and Kathryn!

Amazing Vacation Home

This property is perfect in every way. The house is immaculate and contains every amenity. Usable garage, amazing backyard pool, balcony off master bedroom. There three spacious bedrooms and plenty of room to relax and stretch out. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including spices and nonperishable items that you wouldn't normally expect to find already on site. Owners were very communicative and provided a seamless experience. Home is also close to all baseball facilities and really easy freeway (101) access. Thank you for a lovely (VERY HOT) week in Arizona.

Visiting for family wedding

Reservation process was super easy. Indy was very responsive when I reached out for questions and to extend our stay 1 extra day. He also let us check in early which was very much appreciated. House was great! Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was our favorite spot! The only drawbacks were that the pool wasn't heated (we knew that going in) so it was pretty cold but that didn't stop us from using it. The landscaping in the back could use a good once over to remove fallen leaves, twigs and fruit that fell from the trees. Overall though a great house, family vacation and Indy was a great host! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We live in Vancouver, Canada. Our 1st trip to the Arizona valley was as recent as 2010 and we totally fell in love with the area. After a few visits, we knew we wanted to make this area our 2nd home.. If our kids weren't so young, Arizona would already have become our 1st home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It not only offers bright & healthy sunshine 330+ days of the year, the area has great entertainment for adults and children alike. It's very central to everything. Phoenix Skyharbour Airport is 25 minutes from the home. Sedona is 1 hour and 45 minute. The Grand Canyon is only 3 hours away.

Our street is like a cul-de-sac and hence very quiet and safe. Our neighbours are also super nice and helpful.

As we are in the travel business and have been very fortunate to have traveled all over the world. This gives us the experience in what a family on vacation needs, and also tap into design ideas from staying at major high end hotels such at Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Fairmont and Shangri La to name a few. We have tried to instil some of these designs and styles to our home including Down duvets, Ralph Lauren pillows etc.
