Lovely property for a family

We loved our stay in Cannes. Amazing hosts, fab property for a family of 4. The kids loved having a pool on the doorstep, and we had everything we could need (washing machine and dishwasher with 2 young boys an absolute must on holiday!). The hosts were absolutely lovely, and we were made to feel right at home and knew what to do in the area. Altogether a lovely holiday.

Ideal location

The apartment is in a quiet residential area approx 15 min walk to the beach and the main area of Cannes. The railway station is also 10min walk away and journeys to Nice, Monaco, Grasse etc are only a short journey away. There are staff to help with ticket purchasing. Alice will keep you informed and Josic and his granddaughter are there with a warm welcome to introduce you to the apartment. The apartment is cleaned and has everything required for a stay and it is also a very good size. There is access to a pool shared with other holiday makers and residents - everyone is very friendly. There is underground private parking if required. Absolutely recommend.

Quiet place to land amidst busy Cannes Film Festival!

Alice was a very attentive host and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the centre of Cannes - about 12 minute walk to the Palais and less time to shops along Rue Meynardier, Many thanks again!

Fantastic stay in Cannes

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Clean and well situated, it suited our needs. Close to the station and a short walk from amenities, beach, la Croisette etc. Children were very happy with the pool. Alice and Josic are a lovely couple and perfect hosts. Email communication from Alice was always prompt. They were there when we arrived and had left some staples (including a bottle of wine) for us. They went above and beyond when we left - hadn't realised we'd left some clothes behind until Josic arrived on the platform at the train station with them for us! Definitely recommend.

En casa de alice

Los anfitriones son encantadores. Muy serviciales. Nos explicaron muy bien las cosas a la llegada y nos aconsejaron sobre lugares de interes que visitar. La casa es cómoda. No está en la playa pero tiene buena ubicacion.

Excellent Accommodation

We rented this accommodation for MIPIM and it was excellent. The location was perfect and very close to the Palais de festival. Alice was extremely helpful throughout the booking process right up to the day of arrival. The accommodation itself had everything that we needed for our stay.

Fantastic Property, Excellent Hosts, Convenient Location

We would thoroughly recommend this property, whether for a short stay or a longer holiday. The hosts are wonderful, ensuring you feel welcomed to the property, making sure you have everything you need, recommending what to see and do. We were delayed after an eventful journey to get there, but they were waiting and were very understanding. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, good for a family on holiday. Everything worked perfectly, and the fast WiFi was a good feature! The apartment complex is nice with a good pool and basement parking. The location is handy both for visiting Cannes itself, and exploring the nearby towns and villages. We'd really recommend hiring a car for at least a part of your stay and visiting Grasse or St-Paul. Alice and Josic are brilliant, we couldn't have hoped for better hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!

TRES DECU PAR CET APPARTEMENT !

Appartement avec du potentiel mais son état ne justifie en aucun cas le prix demandé. Beaucoup trop de choses vieillottes et non fonctionnels. La déco et la propreté est à revoir dans son intégralité. L'appartement a subi un dégât des eaux et a besoin d'être totalement revu. Situé au Rdc il est très sombre et la seule logia disponible ouverte nous demande de traverser les chambres.

Très bonnes vacances dans un appartement de standing

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans un appartement climatisé, bien agencé et proche de toutes les commodités, le plus étant la piscine avec un bassin pour les petits, très appréciable. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Très agréable

Appartement très agréable. Un peu éloigné du centre et des plages mais tout se fait quand même à pied . Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles . La climatisation dans les chambres est très agréable surtout cette année !!!! La piscine est facilement accessible . L'appartement est très bien équipé . Un petit de panier de bienvenue est offert gracieusement par les propriétaires .

Très bien

Propriétaire très convivial , souriant et arrangeant. Facilite le séjour en répondant rapidement. Rien à ajouter aux qualités du logement qui se sont vérifiées ( proximité centre ville, calme, équipement, etc. ). La piscine , période très chaude voire canicule lors du séjour , était un véritable atout d'autant plus qu'un gardien assure la bonne tenue du lieu. A conseiller vivement pour envisager par ailleurs de nouveau cette une location pour nos prochaines vacances.

Very nice apartment

The apartment it like in photos, the owners Alice and Josic are very good people, we have been late because of the traffic , and they wait us after 10 pm with a "welcome package" and gave us all the details about the apartment, suroundings and everything we need. The contact was by phone or by email with prompt answers. You can find all you need from toilet paper to WIFI fast internet. Parking place on the secure basement is a plus for people who come by car. The only problem , for the people with little children is the distance to the beach by foot, it take about 30 minutes and the problem when you come back to the apart. (sun and climb) I am sorry for the late answer. Thank you Alice and Josic.

Une adresse pleine de charme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce lieu calme et paisible, propice à la détente. Relativement proche du centre (1/4 d'heure à pied), et accessible à toutes les commodités. Une agréable terrasse donne sur le jardin intérieur, pas très ensoleillé toutefois. Les hôtes sont acceuillants et charmants, très accessibles aux besoins des arrivants et anticipant leurs demandes, créant ainsi un climat de séjour très convivial. Nous reviendrons!

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons apprécié la qualité des prestations de l'appartement, sans oublier la piscine. Proche centre-ville et néanmoins au calme. Propre et spacieux. Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de M. & Mme MOAN. Location recommandée pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

de merveilleuses vacances au paradis

cette location nous a tous comblé de bonheur nous étions en vacances au paradis avec deux anges gardiens nos chers propriétaires toujours à notre écoute avec toute la délicatesse du monde. un climat particulier régne dans cette appartement tellement spacieux si bien agencé chacun d'entre nous avait son espace à lui , par exemple mon épouse adorait lire sur le balcon donnant sur la piscine et le jardin un endroit en dehors du temps toutes les photos sont le reflet de la réalité vous étes bien au paradis nous aspirons qu'à une chose que cette année passe vite pour nous retrouver là bas

Just perfect

we were there 4 adults and one 12 months baby and for 10 days we had one of the best experiences. starting from our arrival, Alice (the owner) made all possible to have a perfect start, she was helpful in advising best places in Cannes, best restaurants, we even had a map and time table for the exhibitions that were in Cannes for the period we stayed there. apartment very clean, close to all attractions, big and having all the things you might need for a perfect time away from your home; you can actually feel like home sometimes :) THANK YOU Alice for all you did.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, environnement très calme, et à proximité du centre de Cannes en quelques minutes à pied. Idéal pour les adules et adolescents L'appartement est quant à lui très spacieux partagé entre "'ombre et soleil", très bien équipé, soigné et sécurisé. La piscine est un atout complémentaire, pour notre part nous en avons pleinement profité Nous remercions les heureux propriétaires de leur accueil chaleureux

un séjour idéal

Nous avons tout d'abord été très chaleureusement accueillis par Alice et Josic, les charmants propriétaires de cet appartement idéalement situé , en ville et à deux pas de la Croisette. Nous avons ensuite pu apprécier le confort , l'espace et le calme de l'appartement en tout point conforme à la description, il ne manque rien pour passer de très agréables vacances en famille , même sans véhicule. Enfin, Alice et Josic se soucient de votre bien être même pendant votre séjour! Pourquoi séjourner ailleurs?! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille (avec bébé de 16 mois). L'appartement est spacieux et très bien entretenu. Il est très bien situé, à proximité de la plage, du centre de cannes ce qui est très appréciable quand on se déplace avec un enfant. Les propriétaires sont charmants et prévenants, toujours disponibles pour aider ou fournir des indications. Une adresse à garder, nous reviendrons!

Bel appartement soigné, spacieux et très confortable, bien équipé. Très calme. Il est agréable de profiter des terrasses et du jardin, même en cette saison. Appréciable parking dans le garage de cette résidence de standing. Belle piscine . En dix minutes,à pied, nous sommes au Palais des Festivals, sur la Croisette. Proche de toutes commodités. Hôtesse accueillante; petite corbeille d'accueil et informations touristiques. C'est notre 3ème séjour, ce n'est pas le dernier.
