Varför älskar människor denna Sugarhouse-egendom?

* Det här hemmet var ombyggt från topp till botten under 2014. Alla golv, skåp, badrum, fönster, apparater ... allt ... ersattes för att ge dig den mest bekväma upplevelsen som möjligt.

* Sugarhouse. Om du vet Salt Lake vet du att detta är det hetaste, mest centralt belägna området i dalen. Gångavstånd till bra restauranger, en halv mil till motorvägen, 15 min till SLC flygplats, 10 min till centrum eller University of Utah, och din favoritskidort ligger mindre än 30 minuter bort.

*Rymden. Många hem säger att de sover 12 personer men de är 2/3 sovrum, vilket innebär att människor sover i varje krog av huset. Detta hem är 4 sovrum med två stora vardagsrum och ett underbart kök. I det här hemmet får du gott om utrymme under dagen, medan West Elms inredda rum kommer att vara varma och inbjudande på natten.

* Personlig touch. Vi har båda tillbringat vår karriär inom hotellbranschen och vi vet vad som gör en stor upplevelse över natten. Comfy & Well Stocked

Cute house across from a beautiful park & within walking distance of The Dodo, they have great food & service and an excellent outdoor seating area. Baskin & Robbins is even closer :). Beutifully remodeled, very clean & well stocked.

Very nice house at excellent location

We stayed three nights in June with five family members. The location across from sugarhouse Park is ideal for being centrally, located in the city with nice nature and some restaurants in walking distance. The house itself has a very nice small backyard and patio, and is clean and simply kept.

Great Location

Clean, comfortable, plenty of space and great location. So easy for us to walk to shops/food as well as a quick drive to other neighborhoods we explored. Would stay here again if heading to SLC for anything.

Great for family

The property was very nice and clean. Loved having the split floor plan of two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Very spacious, and great location! Beautiful Park directly across the street, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Comfortable home, great location!

The house is very comfortable for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. The owners were attentive and easy to work with. We would stay again and recommend to others as well.

Great accomodations for family celebration!

Stayed here four nights with family for son's graduation from the U. Emily quickly responded to all my questions and made the stay easy and comfortable. The home is in a convenient location, was clean, and the appliances and fixtures were in good working order. Linens and towels were fresh and new. Beds and pillows were good. Did not hear traffic in the house despite being on a major road. Bedrooms are in the back and downstairs. Bathrooms and bedrooms even had nightlights - an indicator of the host's attention to detail, which was evident throughout. Being across from the park and near many restaurants and grocery stores was great for our event. The only challenge was backing down the narrow driveway and the limited space to hang bath towels for seven people. Our family agreed we would stay here again in the future!

Enjoyable stay

We stayed here one night during a road trip. Very nice house and clean. The kids were thrilled to have the entire basement level to themselves, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge area with big couches. We walked to the Dodo restaurant nearby and to Baskin Robbins ice cream, all very convenient.

Family trip

This place was perfect! My son lives nearby, so the location was great. This house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals there. There’s a park across the street to walk in, coffee and ice cream and restaurants at a walkable distance. We had a great time and will stay again!

Great central location for access to ski resorts.

Unbeatable access to all the Utah resorts. Great resturaunts within walking distance. One of the best parks in SLC is across the street. Clean, efficient, and comfortable home was a perfect Christmas for our family of 7 adults.

Beautiful home in a great location

Can't say enough about what a wonderful home this was. Comfortable beds and furniture, well laid-out kitchen. Would love to comment on how wonderful the owners were at addressing our complaints, but we didn't have any... would definitely stay here again on our next trip to SLC.
