Salvos hus är en graciös modern villa belägen mellan den historiska stadskärnan i Syracuse, ön Ortigia och badområdet Arenella, Fanusa och den fantastiska marinreserven Plemmirio.
Strukturen består av sju sovrum, varje rum har badrum, TV, luftkonditionering, kyl, hårtork och Wifi-anslutning.
Rummen är 4 på första våningen och 3 på bottenvåningen där det också finns ett kök för exklusivt bruk för gäster.
Framför villan finns en veranda med bord och stolar där du kan äta frukost, lunch och middag och njuta av grillen.
På sidan finns ett solarium med pool där du kan spendera timmar i total avkoppling och lyssna på musik under solens strålar ....
Med tanke på rummen är villan den perfekta platsen att tillbringa dina dagar med att koppla av med vänner och släktingar.
Strukturen kan endast reserveras eller till rum, du kan begära en anpassad offert.
Bredvid strukturen finns en oberoende bilaga där ägaren bor, utom.
Villa ligger bara 3/5 minuter från havsområdena, Riserva Marina Del Plemmirio, Arenella, Fanusa, Ognina och 10 minuter från Fontane Bianche och 7 minuter från den berömda historiska stadskärnan i Ortigia, en plats för konst och kultur, omgiven av havet, mellan den vackraste i världen och besöks av många turister, dag och natt.
På cirka 40 minuter anländer du till Avola, Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi, Portopalo, San Lorenzo, den berömda stranden Calamosche, på cirka 60 minuter kommer du till Modica, Ragusa, Ispica.

Yes!

Att bo hos salvatore var en ynnest. Det var ett hus i utkanten av fanusa och mer än väl av utrymme. Pool och ett litet gym. Det enda vi saknade var att vi inte hyrde bil men det gör vi nästa gång. Vi var 8 vuxna människor och det blev inte trångt en enda gång. Salvatore var gästvänlig och inkluderande och kunde hjälpa med det mesta på innan viatelsen men även under vistelsen. Kan starkt rekomendera.

Best Place to visit Syrakus!

The Vila had everything and also the amount of equipments, televisions, chairs etc… is more than sufficient! Everything is clean in the Vila and the place is in a very silent area , perfect for relaxing after a visit in the city or beach. Salvatore is a very experienced and excellent owner. He helps where he can , respond very fast and is able to organize perfect evenigs in the best restaurants of Syrakus, where you never would have got a place without his help.You have nice beaches and the city very near so a perfect location. Big thanks for the incredible time - Salvatore

Great family holiday

Great villa as described. We were 2 families with 5 X 19-13 year olds and the villa was perfect for us all - spacious, comfortable, each room with ensuite and a lovely pool. Close to all areas with car to Ortigia, Arenella beach, Siracusa, Noto etc. Salvo is a fantastic host, super friendly and always available to help with enquiries and making reservations for us. Thanks for a great week Salvo.

pool house near Syracusa

We had a wonderful time in this modern spacious 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house. There was plenty of room for our large group. We were a little taken aback that there was very little basic supplies, such as TP, soap, shampoo etc. but once we hit the grocery store we were good to go. The owner Salvo is very friendly, helpful and present as he walks by the pool/patio area to get to his place. He directed us to the supermarket, advised us on 4 beautiful beaches all within 10 minutes of the house, and gave us advice on Syracuse, which is 20 minutes away and wonderful. On one of our last nights, he treated our entire group to a yummy bbq meal that he and a friend grilled for us at our place. The neighborhood is suburbia next to the countryside but there is no walking into town. You must have a car.

Perfect vacation

The place is very nice. Villa is clean, spacious, functional. It has all the necessary equipment. There is a beautiful garden with a pool. Perfect place to visit with friends, family and kids. It is close to the beach, shops or restaurants. Owner is awesome. Friendly, helpful, makes your stay comfortable as possible. Salvo helps literally with everything if you need. He also prepared for us delicious dinner in Sicilian style. All of us had a great time at this place. We definitely reccomend this to everyone and give 5 stars. Thank you for perfect vacation!

Birthday celebration

Villa is well-maintained. Kitchen brand new with a lot of equipment. Good refrigeration capacity, and also space for deep frozen products. Very good outside possibilities: nice and large pool with a good depth, plenty of deck chairs if you want to enjoy the sun. We were 12 persons, and there was room enough for all of us to enjoy our holiday.

Spacieux et tranquille

Nous étions 12 personnes, la maison est très spacieuse et agréable. Salvo est très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Dommage que la météo n'est pas été assez clémente pour profiter pleinement de la belle piscine. Un bon séjour ensoleillé tout de même avec de jolies découvertes.Graccie, Ciao Salvo

Top verblijf

Super toffe vakantie gehad. De gastheer had totaal geen moeite met het feit dat wij een groep jongeren waren. We werden met open armen ontvangen en overal mee geholpen. De eerste dag werd ons gelijk een ritje naar de supermarkt aangeboden en er is op onze laatste avond heerlijk voor ons gekookt. Het huis was tip top in orde en de gastheer is een absolute vriend geworden, tijdens onze vakantieweek.

Lovely Accomodations

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Salvo's home. Each bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The upgraded kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of seating area both outside the kitchen and around the poolside. With the grocery store being nearby we enjoyed eating in most nights but also enjoyed a fabulous local restaurant just 5 minutes away and right on the water. Salvo was very responsive when we asked for his assistance a couple of times and a gracious host.

Did not live to our expectations

First of all. We weren’t given the property we originally rented. He gave us the property next to it which was very nice. He get shutting our air conditioning and our lights electricity to his economic purpose. We didn’t have toilet paper or kleenex we got in. I have rented many properties before and this is the first time this happens. He doesn’t have to replenish but the initial service should be there. So the property was new and just renovated I don’t understand why we weren’t given the property we originally rented and I would like a reply to this otherwise I will never again rent from vrbo. There was another family there that was renting it. He told us ours was newer but that shouldn’t have been his call. He supposed to notify us beforehand so we could’ve said something and then he was funny about it. Thank you

Super vacances

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Salvo qui a été arrangeant pour l’heure de notre arrivée. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, les chambres sont spacieuses et propreté irréprochable. L’extérieur est très agréable et la piscine assez grande pour 11 adultes et 2 enfants. La maison est bien située (proche de Syracuse, des plages). Nous avons partagé un repas avec Salvo qui est une personne adorable et très attentionné envers ses hôtes, pour ces raisons encore merci pour ce super séjour 😊😊😊

Nice house in rural area

We were 13 People, 6 adults and 7 children from 6-14, that really enjoyed a week in Siracusa. Salvo was a great host with a big hart. He knows everybody and he helped us reserve tables at restaurants and gave recommendations about where to og and what to do. As he also lives on the property we met him every day, and he did his best to make our stay as good as possible. The area is rural, but close to downtown and beaches, but a car is necessary to come around. Parking was never a problem on the street outside the gate. All the sleeping rooms are very nice with tiles, A/C and seperate bathrooms with shower, as shown on the pictures. With the coming refurbishment of the Kitchen and outside area the house will be even better.

Very nice stay

- Villa in quiet area outside Siracusa - All rooms nicely decorated with new furnishings - Plenty of seating outsides to enjoy nice weather - Villa in good location, less than 10 mins to the beautiful Arenella beach, and prime position for visiting other towns (We went to Noto, Catania, Fontane Bianche & Ragusa). The Old Town of Otigia is about 15 mins drive away which is a lively hub of restaurants and bars set in the beautiful old town - Savlo was very welcoming. He provided us with great advice and recommendations

Above expectations

We were a group of 12 friends and this house was just perfect for us. Everything is just as it looks in the pictures, there are no surprises, everythings is clean and all the utilities work fine. At the ground floor there is a big kitchen that is well equipped with anything you need (we even had a bialetti moka express that we used daily). It leads on the terrace. Near it and on the other sides of the house, there are 3 more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor there are other 4 bedrooms, 2 in front (with terrace), 2 in the back, all looking the same, and each with its own bathroom. All the bedrooms look very nice, are very spacious and clean, with towels for every person, a big closet and some even have a tv and a fridge. The garden and pool are incredibly well kept, Salvo takes very good care of them and pays attention to every detail. The house's location is a bit far from town (7-10 min by car), but you have restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Do ask Salvo for directions, he is very helpful and knows the area very well. We really enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this property. Salvo is one of the best hosts we ever had and we thank him for his dedication (and humor)! :)

Beautiful spacious house with a lovely pool

We had a lovely stay at Salvo's villa. We were 6 adults and 3 children. All the rooms are big and have their own bathrooms (almost like hotel rooms) They are lockable as well so this is the perfect house for big groups. You need a car because the village itself is quite small but you are a 5 min drive from the beautiful city of Syracuse and the same distance from the beach. It's a great location to be based in. Salvo is a great host. He helped us with restaurant reservations and fixed any problems we had quickly. He lives on site in another property but was very discrete. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a lovely stay.

Villa met mooie tuin inclusief groot zwembad

Fijne week gehad met onze familie in de villa. Salvo goede gastheer die altijd voor je klaar staat en je voorziet van alle mogelijke advies wat je wilt hebben. Jammer dat de villa buitenaf ligt, als je erop uit wilt, moet je eigenlijk altijd met de auto. Verder veel honden wat 's-nachts nog wel eens lawaai geeft. Villa ligt nabij de stad (10 minuten auto) Siracusa waar veel te zien en te beleven is. De gastheer neemt je zelfs mee naar een echt siciliaans restaurant waar je kunt genieten van de keuken ter plekke. Het zwembad bij de villa met de ligbedden erom heen zorgen voor een heerlijk buitenzijn!

un séjour parfait !

La région : Il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir dans la région de Syracuse et tout le Sud Est de la Sicile La maison : bien située, spacieuse et confortable. Salvo : c'est la bonne surprise de notre séjour. un propriétaire disponible mais pas envahissant, nous donnant de bons conseils, à notre service pour nous trouver un bon restaurant (il réserve même pour nous !), de bons commerçants, de bonnes idées de visites. Pour son anniversaire, Salvo a organisé un dîner sicilien pour nous tous (nous étions 10) et pour ses amis. Un vrai moment de bonheur et de partage. Salvo est une personne sincère et serviable pour ses locataire ; nous ne l'oublierons pas... A recommander sans hésiter.

Salvos hus i siracusa, Sicilia

Vi var 2 familier, på totalt 9 personer. Vi tilbrakte 10 fantastiske dager i denne villaen. Det var store soverom med egne bad. Uteområdet både ved bassenget og foran huset var utrolig hyggelig. Kjøkkenet hadde alt vi trengte og vi nøt flere måltider der. Salvo selv er utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom, han sto til vår disposisjon gjennom hele oppholdet. Han kunne ordne med reservasjoner og kom med anbefalinger. Gamlebyen i siracusa er utrolig sjarmerende å rusle rundt i. Det er også kun er kort (3min) kjøretur til en deilig sandstrand som het Aranella. Vi anbefaler virkelig denne villaen. Vil gjerne takke Salvo for all hjelp.

Esperienza Favolosa. Grazie Salvo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa stupenda villa insieme ad amici. In tutto eravamo 11, 6 adulti e 5 ragazzi. Che dire...Abbiamo trascorso poco più di due settimane meravigliose: Salvo, il proprietario, una persona disponibilissima e sempre discreta, ospitale come tutti i siciliani e con una grande passione per il lavoro, ci ha fatto sentire fin da subito "a casa", un amico insomma. La villa si trova in un punto strategico, a pochi km dalla splendida spiaggia dell’Arenella (mare stupendo) e a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Siracusa, Ortigia, altra meraviglia di questa bellissima terra. Dotata di tutti i comfort, la villa offre la possibilità di rilassarsi godendo del solarium e bagno in piscina (tenuta benissimo) oppure cenando sotto il patio al chiaro di luna. Il giardino è bellissimo e curato. Grandi spazi a disposizione, sia interni che esterni. Le camere belle e accessoriate. Cucina fantastica dotata di tutto ciò che serve (perfino tv con possibilità di collegamento sky/premium). Le nostre giornate tra sole e mare, mare e sole, terminavano con delle serate incredibili in villa all’insegna del relax (quei bei divanetti di vimini). Abbiamo cenato quasi sempre accedendo la brace (altro particolare da non sottovalutare c’è il barbecue e abbiamo fatto scorpacciate di ottima carne/pesce grazie a Salvo), per non parlare poi dei dolci… La cena siciliana offerta da Salvo superlativa e indimenticabili le serate trascorse insieme a lui e ai suoi amici. Difficilmente abbiamo trascorso vacanze così belle!!!! Tutto perfetto.

Very Nice Sicily

We had a specials days in this villa. We were 12 friends. We used 6 rooms. The kitchen is well equipped.Pool and solarium are very nice where stay in relax...night and day.. The owner Salvo is exremly heplfull and can practically help out with anything from restaurants, where to go, and what to see, Sal give to us free pass for club music and dance,it was hard to left from Siracuse

Super Vacanza Siciliana

Location strategicamente perfetta,a due passi da tutto,centro storico di Ortigia,spiagge sabbiose o scogliere,riserva marina del Plemmirio,Arenella.Fanusa,Ognina,Fontane bianche,noto,San Lorenzo,Marzamemi,Portopalo,Modica,Ispica,tutti posti incantevoli. La villa molto bella,non manca nulla,ogni camera ha il bagno privato,cucina fornita e barbecue in veranda.Bella piscina con lettini e solarium. L'ospitalità di Salvo impeccabile,le cene che ci ha offerto da leccarsi i baffi,cucinate da lui,ci ha dato tanti consigli su dove andare e cosa visitare in piu ci ha portati a fare la spesa dai suoi amici,carne e pesce da 10 e lode !!! Siracusa da visitare assolutamente ..........
