This vacation rental is one of 9 premium apartments located in the same elevator building, enabling rental of more than one unit. LV Premier Chiado – CH3 has just been refurnished and offers a contemporary, and very comfortable environment. It has high ceilings and large windows facing famous Rua do Carmo, with Armazéns do Chiado and elevador de Santa Justa right in front. The kitchen windows have awe inspiring views of Convento do Carmo with arches surviving the earthquake of 1755, as well as the newly built Carmo Gardens. Enjoy the unrivaled location with easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops. The apartment is fully equipped and in addition to AC, it features heating and double-glazing windows. We can accommodate 7 people in the bedrooms and with sofa beds, a maximum of 9 guests. Free WIFI

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. The apartment is very spacious and accommodated well my entire family. The building is great if you need extra accessibility, as it has ramps and elevators to access the apartments. All the appliances in the apartment are very handy for long stays, such as doing laundry and cooking. Also there was an intermediate cleaning during our stay that was very useful. The best part is really the location, it is amazing. Close to great restaurants, shopping mall, touristic places, train station, and grocery stores, all within walking distance.

Great location

This apartment is in an excellent central location on a pedestrian-only street. It worked very well for our group of five adults. It has a large kitchen area, nice bathrooms, and a comfortable sitting/dining area. There is one large bedroom and two smaller ones. The communication and support by the rental agency staff was outstanding. I would definitely rent again from this agency.

Unless you want the night life until 6:00 am, we recommend shutting the windows and shutters and using the a/c. Wish we had known the first night. Otherwise perfect.

Time in Lisbon

Great location. Everyone was very helpful. Lots of wonderful restaurants and tours available within walking distance. Beautiful city. We found it cold when we first arrived. The host was helpful with all our requests. More closet space in each bedroom would have been nice.

Great location

We enjoyed this property mainly for it's lively location. Lots of shops, sights, and restaurant options around. Short walk to the square to grab a Uber if needed. The apartment was well appointed, but a bit dated compared to the pictures. The beds could be more comfortable. It was great that the rental office was located in the same building. All staff members were very professional, kind, and helpful. There was a wine, sparkling water, and coffee waiting for us on arrival. Great start to our stay.

Amazing stay in Lisbon

Everything was perfect. Communication with the property managers was easy, friendly and helpful. Property was great! Location was great. Spacious for our party of 6. Kids loved the bedroom for 3!! The street continues to be somewhat lively until around midnight or so….with some tourist activity and some local musicians. I found this to be something I enjoyed. If you’re looking for silence….this might not be ideal…however, if you close the windows it really does close out a lot of the noise. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful!

Wonderful apartment centrally located in the heart of the city. We arrived late and were warmly greeted and shown around the apartment. Three couples were traveling Europe and the rooms were made up with queen beds in each. We also had a very early departure and she met us at the appartment and kindly made arrangements for a driver to take us to the airport. Our group originally had reservations at a luxury hotel which we benefited in canceling and staying at the apartment. You can't go wrong in staying here.

Although the apartment was large, spacious, and well equipped the only negative was the noise outside. There were bands out the front and back of the apartment until midnight every night. The rugs and floor were dirty. The staff were very helpful as for helping us find a wheelchair and hospital.

Perfect Location, Perfect Apartment

We absolutely loved our 8 night stay at this apartment. The location is perfect - steps away from the Santa Justa elevator, head the other way for the Barrio Alto. The street is a pedestrian only one which was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. A good grocery store nearby. Great views of the Santa Justa Elevator and the Carmo Church from the apartment. We felt very safe staying there. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean, nicely laid out, good wifi and exactly as pictured. All the comforts of home. Loved having an elevator. The mgmt company was in the building - and very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed everything about the apartment - and would absolutely recommend staying there. I miss it already!

Perfect location!

We rented this apartment for 6 people. My family of 4 (2 teenage daughters) and my parents. The place was very nice and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. I had arranged for a late check in as we were supposed to arrive around 1:00 am. We had a flight cancelled and a very long delay and when our flight did arrive the following day, Rogerio was there to check us in at 4:30 am. He was very accommodating and went over all of the details for the property. He was quite informative about the area and very helpful. There was also a small welcome package with a bottle of wine, some sparkling water and coffee. This was much appreciated since our arrival time did not allow us to pick up any basics. The property is exactly as pictured with a view to the old church from the kitchen window . This was our first trip to Lisbon and I was so glad I went with this place because the location, for us, couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to all of the sights we wanted to see and there were tons of shops and restaurants right outside the front door. Because of the flight cancellation we were shorted a day in the city so it was go, go , go and the location enabled us to get it all in. I am also pretty picky about cleanliness and aesthetics and this place met my expectations. Don't hesitate to book this apartment if you are planning to visit Lisbon!

Made a difference to be shown around the facilities and have some guidance on best local shops etc. The flat is really well located for access to the city centre. Wonderful Apartment for Winter Holiday

The LV Premier staff (in particular Ana A. and Sandra) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From receiving and holding packages on our behalf in advance of our trip to the generous coffee, wine, nuts, and fruit gift that we were greeted with upon check-in, the staff was very responsive, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of five with a beautiful view of the Carmo Convent from the kitchen window. We had all the amenities needed to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect and convenient. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.

What we liked: * Location! It's centrally located to shopping's, rail stations, restaurants, etc... * Elevator - helps with transporting our large luggage's * Staffs were friendly and accommodating. What we don't like much: * Older apartment than it appears although there's nothing wrong with being an older place in an old wold; however, the couch, chair & decor pillows in the living room could be upgraded. * Having to complete on-line forms with sensitive information that took several times for system to accept was cumbersome! Hopefully, this process can be improved in the near future for all non-Portuguese customers. * Check-out before 8 am would cost extra; which I didn't recall seeing on the on-line contract or LV Premier app. Other Apt. that we stayed in Porto allows this express check out without any issue.
