För en verkligt fantastisk strandupplevelse, kom och bo på vår lägenhet vid havet på Carolina Beach. Du går in och säger "Wow" när du ser vad vi har gjort. Och när du märker alla fönster och reglage som vi har utsikt över havet, förstår du varför vi tycker att detta är den bästa lägenheten på hela ön. Vyerna är fantastiska!

Detta är en tredje våning (översta våningen) lägenhet med expansiv utsikt över hela stranden. Vi har tre sovrum, 2 fulla badrum, ett stort havssidan däck, en balkong utanför sovrummet inför inloppet, och en annan balkong utanför det andra sovrummet med utsikt mot havet. Vardagsrummet har en enorm väggmonterad platt-TV och master har också en stor platt-skärm väggmonterad TV. i vardagsrummet. Vi har Wifi, en DVD-spelare, DVD, spel och böcker som du kan njuta av. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har våningssängar - tvåbäddsrum på toppen och full storlek säng under. Den har också en ny utdragbar bäddsoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet.

Vi är en liten ö men med massor av roliga saker att göra: NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War museum, vår berömda strandpromenad, två fiskebryggor, Britts Donuts (en institution sedan 1939), Squigly's Ice Cram Shop och Freeman Park - där du kan köra ut och campa precis vid stranden. Vi erbjuder gratis liveband, karnevalritt och fyrverkerier under sommaren och har naturligtvis några läckra skaldjurrestauranger. Vad mer kan du vilja! Mimi’s was just what we needed

Great place and location. Climbing stairs was tough but we had best view since we were higher up. Would def stay here again.

Family Vacation

Views are incredible. The condo is surprising very large. It was very clean. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had for them. A lot of stairs and parking was challenging at times, but it was totally worth the location and the views!

Great Stay at Mimi's Place

Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

Fun weekend!

Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Phenomenal place & views

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

relaxing week

had a wonderful week here. beautiful views, beach etc. house was nicely decorated, however it needs a few repairs in the bathrooms and the kitchen could be stocked better with cooking items. parking could be challenging, but was fine during our stay. the 3 flights of stairs provided some exercise- but the house and views made up for it. overall, it was a nice place.

Amazing view and very clean!

The property had reviews about updates needed and they have all been done and some others. The balcony view at sunrise is stunning. Plenty of room for our family and grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Cooked meals there and enjoyed the beach with a short walk down the property newly rebuilt deck. The rooms were well sound proofed as we had small kids and some early to bed. Parking is challenging so don’t take a large vehicle. There are about 8 units with an interior staircase that is a hike to the 3rd floor. Overall, we loved our stay, determined we need to exercise more and loved being oceanfront.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were unaware that during high tide there was a terrible amount of flooding where we couldn’t leave the inlet. I know the property managers don’t have control over the tides I just wish we would have been made aware in advance. It was a beautiful rental! Loved how close it was to everything. We just sadly had to leave a day early because they were calling for a storm surge and we were nervous not being able to leave in the morning.

Awesome Unit with 2 setbacks

White Caps unit E was absolutely beautiful. The upgrades and amenities were perfect. However, the four flights of stairs was definitely a set back for any person of age or a family with young children. The only other issue with the unit was the parking situation. If the adjacent unit's tenants came back while you were out, there was an issue with the cars lining up as follows: their car, your car, their car, your car. In a single file line, the middle cars were stuck unless you could reach the other party and ask them to move their car. Once inside the unit, it was stunning. The owners most definitely put thought into this rental. The unit deserves five stars, but the stairs and parking deserve two.

Great view and access to the beach

The unit was nice and spacious, and in a good location- close to shopping and restaurants. The only somewhat negative (or more inconvenient is probably more accurate) things are:- the parking is not ideal as there is room for only two vehicles and maneuvering in/out of the designated parking spots is somewhat cumbersome when all units are occupied. There is also no available street parking.- there were no complimentary bars of soap or body wash in either bathroom so bring your own or be prepared to run out to the closest grocery store
