Mahalo for your review. We apologize that the mattress was filthy upon your arrival. Being that this is not up to our standards we are embarrassed that our contracted housekeepers did not make us aware of this. As you may not be aware, items such as new mattresses are not always readily available for us to purchase on island and shipping to Hawaii takes time. We have ordered a replacement mattress for the sofa sleeper.
