The exteriors are communal, and it has large garden areas and a 40 x 20 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2 m. It has a private area with a small garden, terrace and fully equipped porch.
The flat is a duplex of 130 m2 and has four bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning, one on the ground floor with double bed, and three on the first floor, two of them with two single beds each, and one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. A cot and high chair are available. There are two bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the ground floor with shower, and one on the first floor with bathtub.
The living room-kitchen-dining room is very cosy, it has a sofa, an armchair, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a table with chairs; the kitchen, in the same room and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
JĂĄvea is a surprising town where you will be amazed by each of its corners, whether walking through the old town admiring the large number of monuments, through some of its natural corners such as the Granadella cove or enjoying the route of the riu-raus, traditional Valencian buildings. JĂĄvea offers a wide range of cultural activities such as the Moors and Christians festival, its museums or its patron saint festivals. You can also sit down to eat in some of its fantastic restaurants and bars.
The Arenal Beach, located in the centre of the bay of JĂĄvea, is the main tourist centre and, without a doubt, the most popular beach with bathers thanks to its fine sand and shallow waters.
In terms of sports, diving is one of the best options, as well as sailing and parasailing. On land, the best options are hiking in the MontgĂł Natural Park, tennis and golf.
