Ett lyxigt två sovrum ski in / ski out condominium på andra våningen i byggnad 4 med utsikt över den vackra Omas Meadow of Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Denna enhet ligger på 4500 över havet och erbjuder panoramautsikt över bergen och balkongutsikt över Sugar Mountain Resort. Denna enhet har 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, fullt utrustat kök, matplats och vardagsrum med drottning bäddsoffa. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och kabel-tv och gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Safety Concerns Everywhere

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the pristine location, this place was TERRIBLE! Safety concerns everywhere! Chairs falling apart, no heat regulation, toilet in master might fall through the floor, terrible water temp regulation, sheets did not look clean, and all appliances in kitchen barely work due to age. We will never be back despite the location, it’s not worth it.

Old, dirty, outdated and in desperate need of TLC

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as you walk in you can immediately see they do not re-invest anything into the upkeep of the property. Almost everything looks old and most likely original. Carpets are gross with stains everywhere, baths are dirty and moldy with globs of caulking plastered everywhere, kitchen was dirty with some of the oldest appliances I have ever seen in my 20 years of real estate sales (nice coil top). Furniture was junk (broken chairs), wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and most doors did not close or open properly. My 11 yo was stuck in the bathroom until I worked the door loose. The floor above you sounds like a herd of cattle every time some walks around, which kept us up late into the evening and woke us up early in the mornings. We left a day early and found a quiet, clean hotel for the last night we were in Sugar. When we checked out a day early, we told the property manager about our unhappiness with the unit, she did not care and made no effort to hear about why or if they could do anything to make us happy.

Location is everything

Yes, this place is very dated and in need of repair. But dated is not the same as dirty. It was very clean and well stocked with towels. We never intended to use the kitchen, so it didn't matter that it was tiny and the appliances were old. We were there to ski, and you cannot get a better location than directly on the slopes. We had beginners, so the first day we drove down to the base (very quick drive). But once they were ready for intermediate slopes, we were able to walk out the door and start skiing. It was wonderful to have the flexibility to return to the room for water, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and then get back to the slopes right away. The place felt safe and had a great view from the balcony. Highly recommend renting ski gear from Highland House. Family owned and super efficient. Much better than waiting at the resort.

Great location but very out of date unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a beautiful resort and view from our condo only to see that it hasn’t been updated since it was built in 1984. It was not a comfortable stay. The beds are HORRIBLE. I could go on and on but I’m sure this isn’t the first time hearing about this unit. Also. There was a cup full of cigarette butts overflowing on the balcony that stunk and I wasn’t touching it.

Perfect Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in (422) was in a perfect location. Pretty view overlooking Oma’s lift. You can walk out the door and go skiing. It’s also right across the street from the pool/hot tub area so you could easily walk there after a day of skiing. We’re a family of 5 so we brought a cot and put it in between the twin beds and all 3 kids stayed in that room...so it was a great size condo for us.

Sparse cooking items. Will not stay in that unit again. Disappointed NO fireplaces are now usable!

This management stealing your money!!!!

I didn’t want to stuck there because the blizzard and the weather condition I left the same day I drop the key in the dropbox I called the property manager the next morning and ask her for my refund she She’s not giving me my refund back and she said she gladly keep my money I hope she spend the money in medication shame on the manager!!! As far as the apartment inside I wouldn’t even let my dog sleeping!!!! Somehow the fund the loopholes not to give you the money your money back!! Shame on this property manager!!!

Great place to stay and ski

If you cant ski well don't try to go down this hill, but there is a small area you can practice in before getting on the shuttle. Get equipment in town the resort is way more expensive and runs out of stuff.

The first day the hot water ran out before done with shower, but no problem on 2nd day. Website says shuttle runs every 30min; not true. You have to call for pick up.

perfect location - comfortable but outdated unit

Ski locker was good. the furnishings were ok but very old. appliances are very old and the dishwasher did not work. Cooking pots/pans were very limited. It was great for us but would be perfect if it had just a few appliance and furnishings updated.Check-in/out process was super easy. easy car access to grocery store.

9th year and counting

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 9th year renting from sugar ski and country club in the 400 block... We have never disappointed and have been in this specific #422 rental several times. While it is always clean and always has what we need, the oven in this particular unit definitely need some attention and a deep cleaning or replacement altogether. The dishwasher in this unit also would not dissolve the dishwashing tabs so something's going on there. And the washing machine in this unit is missing the knob to turn it on. Outside of the appliances, our stay was amazing we will definitely be back none of these things would keep us from coming again and using the same room. The master bedrooms bed is incredibly comfortable. It's perfect if you're looking for what we're looking for which is housing teens to go skiing, prepare some big meals, and just hang out in general. You also cannot beat this price for slopeside rentals. I specifically love the use of the old spring blossom Pyrex which I look forward to every year in many of the units. 😁

We enjoyed the fireplace and the ski storage closet. Management was really helpful and responsive when the WiFi was not working. The condo was set to just the right temperature when we got there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The location is absolutely amazing. You can see the slopes and lift from your living room. Just put on your ski or snowboard and go down the hill. When you are done or just wanna take a break the lift will literally take you back to your front door. Also the shuttle bus from the condo down to the slopes works great. They run from morning to night. The stuff is fabulous and so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and planing to come back.
