Excellent place to stay

We were in town for an event at the convention center. The trolley is a couple of blocks away and makes getting to and from the convention center painless. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need! It's not too far from the airport and has some night life close enough for you to walk. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to stay and so easy to walk to great restaurants or take the tram into downtown Tampa. Love the chicken parade in the morning, too!

Great base for Ybor Visit

Great location for an Ybor City stay. It is only a couple blocks from the center of the action, yet it is far enough way to be quiet. Listing information was very accurate. Jimmy was able to accommodate a late check in for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paradise

Great location just 2 blocks from the main strip in central Ybor, easy walk to the trolley but in a quieter residential block. Perfect size and comforts for 2 - 4 adults. Nicely furnished and decorated. We’ve stayed here and Jimmy’s other unit 2 doors away - both are great but 1911 is our fave.

The 1911 Getaway

Our stay was good and overall impression of the Property was Good. It was close to Gandy Marina which was our main priority. The location was also quite good since it is close to YBOR and a great Greek Restaurant which we really enjoyed. The Property could use a lil' TLC but, not going to complain too much about it - Overall we were pleased.

Very nice little townhouse

The good - very nice decor and furnishings. Very comfortable beds, washer/dryer in unit, close to everything downtown. Perfect to walk to all the bars and shops in ybor. The bad - roosters in street that wake you up at 5:30 EVERY morning, loud on weekend nights from partiers.

Beautiful apartment right in the center of everything

Beautiful apartment right in the center of everything, but still in a quiet safe neighborhood. The condo has all you need: washer, dryer, variety of cookware. Everything is new and clean - very chic and tastefully decorated. Overall very cozy apartment and super comfy bed. Jim and Alex are nice and friendly and will respond to your texts promptly if you need any help.

Was nice and pretty quiet. On weekends there is a lot of vehicle noise (engine racing) but really not bad. Loved hearing the roosters in the morning (not loud). Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Hot water was not in abundance (no long hot showers). The neighborhood was good and just a couple of blocks from restaurants. We slept well and ate well. This place is definitely small (apartment size) but it served our needs.

March sister trip

My older sis and I visited our brother in Ybor. We had stayed at this location last September. It was nice enough, we wanted to return. This time, the towels and sheets were in the dryer. The floor was so dirty, shoes were required. And Netflix didn't work. We were told it would, but it didn't. No big deal folding towels and sheets. No big deal; can live w/o Netflix. Not much excuse for the dirty floor. Since this is the best VRBO location at Ybor, might return. But, might not. First trip was 5 stars, this was 3.5 stars.

Unit was clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to Ybor main street without having to deal with the noise and crowd. Signs of some wear and tear throughout the unit, but an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great Place, Location and Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Ybor City. We were walking distance to everything and centrally located in Tampa for car travel. We ran into some issues relocating our daughter and needed to extend our stay. Jimmy, the owner, helped us with suggestions and was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the condo and Jimmy for anyone interested in staying in Ybor City.

A Time in Tampa

My husband and I stayed at Jimmy's place celebrating my 52nd Birthday. Upon arrival, the directions were precise and check in to the unit was a breeze! Upon entering, I immediately felt RELIEF! It looked clean and smelled clean. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful decor, and fell in love with the Full Length Mirror in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and location superb! Just a short walk to the main area where lots of restaurants and bars are. Neighbor( I forgot her name) was pleasant, as were the Roosters that pleasantly woke us every morning. I travel A LOT and I highly recommend this quaint little condo for your travels to Tampa. ****One minor concern is that the tub is extremely slippery. Id suggest a small mat or the grippers to go on the tub floor to prevent a possible accident.Thanks Jimmy and we will see you again.Paris and Jay

Would book again!

Not only was this home beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed, it was conveniently located only two blocks from town! Communication from the host was excellent. He would check in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well. When we had questions, he would respond quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.We highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again in the future.

First Time Visit to Ybor

Jimmy was a Super Host! He provide every detail we asked, and made not only our check-in but our entire stay amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were within walking distance of town and Ybor Vity did not disappoint.

Fijn appartement in een dynamische omgeving

We hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad. Tampa is een aangename stad met leuke buurten en wijken, zoals Hyde Park Village, Amature Works en natuurlijk Ybor. In deze laatste wijk ligt het appartement. Lekker dynamisch, authentiek en gemoedelijk. Veel restaurants in de buurt en koffietentjes. Het appartement zelf is echt prima: fijne kamers en sanitair en praktisch een parkeerplaats achter het huis. Kortom: echt Ă©Ă©n aanrader
