Nice cozy condo!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony.

Orange Beach in the Fall

We enjoyed the area and the location with it’s close proximity to the beach and nice restaurants. The condo building itself was nice and clean and grounds well maintained. The only negative was that our condo (1107) had a large rug in the living area and carpet in the bedroom that was very worn and stained to the point we felt the need to wear some sort of footwear whenever coming in contact with either, kinda creepy and uncomfortable feeling! Carpet in much need of replacement or just tile or a lamanent.

Nice Room with excellent view

Nice property they went a little overboard with the COVID restrictions. For example picking up the shuffle board game sticks and pucks. Along with the gym being closed. Everyone is laying in the same pool chairs not sure what the difference is. Should have picked up the pool chairs if it was a real concern. Just saying đŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™‚ïž

Not the same place

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not sure if it was vrbo or liquid life, but we booked one photo/condo, was sent a confirmation with a different photo/condo and switched room to match the on ewe thought we booked and again received another confirmation with a different photo of what we had booked. Im still receiving emails with two different room pictures and we have been back for two days. Usually we have a great experience. Check in and out was easy, but the condo was dirty, the cabinets were help closed by rubber bands and not sure the sheets were even changed. Our trip was great, but very disappointed with liquid life.

Check-in was a breeze. Numbers luggage carts and grocery carts are available for check-in and out. A wonderful place to relax. Wonderful outside pool area. Beach access with little effort. Beach chair(s) rental with umbrella available and not expensive.

25th Anniversary

We had a very nice stay and the condo was very clean. Convenient to local restaurants which we enjoyed. Only negatives was water pressure in bathroom sink and shower head needs to be replaced with a better one.

Birthday Celebration 2024

Relax and enjoy the awesome views from the patio, you may even see dolphins! Condo was as advertised, very clean. So much to do at the Phoenix Complex, pick up your groceries and settle in for a fun and relaxing stay.

The property was clean andvery comfortable! The only bad thing i could say is the unit we stayed in needed a better working shower head! Other than that i would highly recommend for future vacations!

No to happy

The location is excellent, everything is less than a quarter of a mile away. Supermarkets, restaurants, local shops. The building has 4 elevators and they work properly. The negative of my stay was that upon arrival we had to wash the floors because they were sticky and there was food residue under the table. around the foot of the toilet is yellow, very little cleaning. I had to wash it with soap because I didn't bring clorex with me .Only one soap for the dishwasher, only one toilet paper, no laundry detergent. Not beach towels. Very few options with the kitchen utensils, the mattress needs a replacement. Incorrect Wifi information, (the reception can provide you). A single bag for the kitchen garbage but too thin that it ended up breaking in the middle of the corridor when taking out the garbage. For the fees that they charge for cleaning and services, they should be more detailed with the things they provide to the guests. If you have to bring everything to stay in a unit of this type, I prefer the service of a hotel room. I would not choose to stay in this place again

Very clean! Wanted an extra blanket for bed but wasn’t one. Bedroom closet door kept coming off track-needs to be fixed. Only one hand towel in bathroom and we had two people. Just little things. Nice though.
