Detta är en Paleopetres egendom. Vi gillar att kombinera det bästa av två världar: Äktighet med komfort.
Beläget på en kulle med olivträd, erbjuder detta nybyggda hus fred och 180 graders utsikt över havet. På sommarens höjd ger hus som dessa ett idealiskt tillflyktsort, med fördelen av en uppfriskande havsbris.
Bostaden 260m2 kombinerar den traditionella arkitektoniska stilen Korfu med komforten i en modern design med naturmaterial som sten och ek. På huvudnivån finns ett öppet vardagsrum som inkluderar vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket samt en stor skuggad balkong med havsutsikt. Det fullt utrustade köket leder till poolutrymmet och en matplats. Den övre våningen har två stora dubbelrum, alla med eget badrum och egen balkong med havsutsikt. På den nedre våningen finns ett rymligt dubbelrum med eget dusch och separat garderob med toalett.
Alla rum och vardagsrum är luftkonditionerade och har en extra golvvärme kylsystem. Huvudtjänster: WIFI, TV, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin etc.
Fastigheten ligger 14 km från Kassiopi och 23 km från Korfu, en av de mest pittoreska städerna i Grekland. Staden erbjuder många kulturella aktiviteter, shopping, bra restauranger och en internationell flygplats är ansluten till stora europeiska städer.

Magnificent in every way

A spectacular villa overlooking the Ionian Sea including panoramic views of Corfu and the most beautiful outdoor eating area we’ve ever had the joy of experiencing. The owner Jehanne was engaged and responsive and the villa met all our needs: three magnificent en-suite rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of cupboard space and a great kitchen. We did find the narrow road up to the villa a bit tricky at first but got used to it as our stay progressed. A first class villa and the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable family holiday!

Heavenly!

What a house, what a view, what a holiday!!! The house couldn’t be more perfect! We arrived to the incredibly beautiful villa which was spotlessly clean and were welcomed with some local produce. Joanne, the owner, has thought of everything - the house is perfectly equipped, it is large so there is ample space to sit in different seating areas to capture the staggeringly beautiful views. The beds were huge and super comfy, ample cupboard space to hide suitcases so you forget you’re there on holiday ;) The house was cleaned and fresh linens provide every few days through our two week stay. Joanne also provided loads of insight to the local areas, recommend restaurants, villages and more. All faultless. Thanks Joanne for making our holiday unforgettable!

Fantastic week in a high quality and tastefully decorated house

We can not praise this house and our hosts high enough! We enjoyed everything so much. The house is very good, with high-quality systems and appliances. It also very well stocked with everything we needed. Joanne and Marco met us when we arrived and were so helpful during the whole stay. They provided so much good information, both in written guides and when asked. It was really a pleasure to have such great hosts. We enjoyed Corfu a lot. There is so many things to see, so beautiful nature, and so friendly people. We liked the nearby tavernas and the small grocery shop, with excellent service and friendliness. Of course, the view from the house is just spectacular. It is necessary to drive up a winding road of course, but we quickly got used to that. We hope to come back to Corfu again many times and would love to stay again at this great house. Thank you for a great stay!

A beautifully designed villa with a stunning view

We enjoyed this beautiful property with stunning view. The maid service was a very welcome extra. The first drive up to the property was rather nerve racking but you get used to it!

Fantastic villa with an incredible view!

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa! The view was just breathtaking and it was perfect to relax and enjoy looking at the sea! The rooms are very comfortable with a lot of space. The road leading to the villa is not easy but once you are there it’s just magical!

wonderful place!

My husband and I plus our two grown-up kids (and boyfriend) stayed at Jehanne's stunning house in the hills above Nisaki for a week. The location could not be more spectacular, with views across the bay to Corfu town and in the other direction to Albania. Dinners on the terrace watching the boats approach and leave Corfu town were idyllic. The house itself is beautiful and made of almost white local stone that shimmers in the sunshine. It is well equipped and gorgeously decorated inside. Jehanne has great tatse for interiors. The pool area is inviting and the pool a perfect temperature. Needless to say, we spent most of our time outside. We enjoyed the local restaurants, which were very friendly, and there are plenty of interesting places to visit. I would reccommend hiring a boat and exploring the beautiful coves and beaches nearby. We all loved the house and area!!

Stunning villa, stunning view

This is an exceptionally designed villa, with all the amenities for a luxury stay. Contemporary chic combines nicely with authentic character. The pool is great, and views from the terrace amazing. The only issues are the somewhat (initially) scary drive up, limited parking (for larger or for a second car), and for us - hopefully addressed now - no cooling system; although Jehanne was very responsive in getting us fans. The little beach in the village was wonderful - family friendly, great swimming (terrible taverna though!) ... it isn't really mentioned in the guides. Also drive up the mountain, there is an amazing and authentic taverna in a remote village. Real Corfu!

The house was built in the same style of the old stone village houses situated in the area, only more comfortable and with all the needed technology which allows to have less impact on the very natural environment.
