Lovely apartment

Host brilliant, nothing to much trouble, our flights changed, and was allowed to stay in apartment past check out time, even booked taxi for us. The apartment has everything you could want, overlooking the swimming pool. The pool we had to ourselves most of the time.

Inntrykket var bra, kort vei til stranden og god hjelp til spørsmål som vi hadde. Eneste vi savnet var sjøutsikt fra terasse.

Super!

We stayed 4 persons in Alan's apartment for 3 weeks in June/ July, and it was great. Only 5 minutes walk to the amazing San Juan beach. A lot of food shopping possibilities around the corner (Mercandona/ Mas y Mas as well as a fresh food market) and a lot of restaurants and pubs. Communication to/ from Alicante City also works well with the Tram around the corner. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and worked very well for dinner cooking. The pool is also great. We hired a car for 3 days where we used the parking, and went on trips along the coastline (to Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and Fonts de l'Algar). That was also great! All-in-all a great vacation and we really recommend Alan's apartment as a base camp for your vacation.

Nice Apartment, Close to Beach, Trams & Restaurant - perfect for small family

Myself, my wife and two kids stayed here for a week and loved it. The apartment probably has one of the most balanced locations in that you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants or tram and yet you are close enough to supermarkets to also be able to walk and get self-catering supplies for the apartment. Unless you want to explore further afield, I'd recommend not bothering with a rental car - this is our second time staying in this area (Playa de San Juan), last time we paid 400 euros for a rental car (they add a tonne of charges on collection) and we used it twice. Taxi's are cheap and the tram service goes all the way to Alicante or even to Benidorm (if that's your thing - we avoided it). We even had a night away , catching a regional train to Valencia. The money we saved on the rental car more than paid for taxi's, trams and trains and meant we could have a couple of beers and didn't have to worry about parking. The apartment itself has all the amenities you'd expect and we cooked some meals there. The pool was completely unused and we had it to ourselves every day (great!). The apartment is only on the 4th floor but there is lift if you have heavy shopping with you. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Super Urlaub!

Sehr gute Wohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung und grossem Balkon. Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, ca. 10 min bis zum Meer, Markt und Geschaefte sehr nah. Parkpaltz ist sehr gut, ein Pool, Fussballplatz und Tennisplatz stehen zu Verfuegung. Sicherheit hat mich beeindrueckt: Hof ist immer zu, jeder bewohnner hat Schluessel, deswegen keiner Fremde kann rein kommen. Strand ist fantastisch. Also Ort und Domizil sind 100% empfehlenswert.

Tout est réuni pour passer un merveilleux séjour à Alicante

De retour de 2 semaines (6 au 19/8/2017) de vacances dans cet appartement. Ce séjour a été magnifique en tous points. Le logement est d'une très grande qualité tant au niveau de la situation (vue sur piscine, plage à 2 pas, moyens de transport au pied de l'appartement), disposition des pièces parfaite, balcon spacieux, de l'équipement fourni (il ne manque rien !! La clim est très appréciable et fonctionne parfaitement !) et piscine parfaitement entretenue Mes enfants et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour et vous solliciterons à l'avenir, si possible, en vue d'un éventuel retour. Un remerciement tout particulier pour Carmen, notre interlocutrice sur place: cette femme se rend très disponible, elle est très serviable et a tout mis en place pour faciliter notre séjour. Je recommande fortement cette location

Comfortable, cosy and convenient.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week during June. We had direction to get there but still managed to get lost! Luckily we were able to contact the lady who was due to meet us and she came in a car to a local supermarket and took us to the apartment. Her name was Carmen and she was charming and extremely helpful. We had hired a car for the week but once I had parked the car at the apartment it did not move until we left a week later. A car is not needed as everything is within 5 minutes of the apartment. The apartment has everything we needed for our week`s holiday. It is a lovely property, well furnished, and very comfortable. It has air conditioning in the living area and superb ceiling fans in all rooms. The large balcony has a table and chairs and was great for eating our meals at. The magnificent beach is about 5 minutes walk away and there are beech towels, parasols and chairs at the apartment to take to the beech. There is also a nice swimming pool at the apartment. The apartment is suitable for couples or a family of four. We highly recommend it.

Perfect location

Just close to the best beach and all the amenities, in a quite area, good restaurants, supermarkets, and markets within walking distance. I would rent again this apartement. Alain and Juan both are kind and always reachable. Good for couples or family with max 2 small children. One thing to be improved is the bathroom, the shovel did not work perfectly, but I am sure they already fixed it. Thank you Alain

Greats Vacations

The apartment s really well situated, it has all the necessary equipment, nothing is missing, new bedding, Private Wifi, air conditioning, FlatTV everywhere. It is located in the central area of the beach, close to all services, less than 5 minutes from restaurants, bars, beach. . The neighborhood is quiet. The residence is well protected and has a nice swiming pool, a great place to be sure to success holidays, we recommend it.

Propreté, emplacement, commodités, services

Appartement exceptionnel, vraiment bien équipé. Agréable terrasse, piscine et jardin très plaisant. Emplacement près de tout. Plage à un pas, restaurants, commerces à proximité. Voiture sécurisée dans parking couvert. De superbes vacances au mois de Juin. Je recommande.

Unas vacaciones fenomenales !

Estuve 15 dias de vacaciones en este apartamento con una amiga. Lo que me gusto lo mas, es la ubicación, esta en una zona céntrica, y lo tienes todo a un paso. Comercios, restauran, playa. A dentro, me senti como en casa. Terraza muy grande, piscina excepcional. Un lugar donde volveré con mucho placer.
