Du kommer att leva fem minuter frÄn Piazza di Spagna, nÄgra minuter frÄn Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi och Pantheon, i en historisk byggnad frÄn 1700-talet med alla kÀnnetecken för tidens arkitektur och dagens bekvÀmligheter.
LÀgenheten ligger pÄ en utomordentlig plats. NÀra till allt. Du behöver inte kollektivtrafik. MÄnga barer och restauranger i omrÄdet. Great location, lacking in some areas

First, if you stay here make sure you frequent the restaurant below with the flowers. Trust me - great service and food. While the place above is well situated, there is no AC, a smaller frig than in a college dorm, little room to put things and pictures of family members that we turned around during our stay. I found the twin bed to be uncomfortable. The old windows don't block out all the noise from below but it wasn't too bad. Could definitely use more light overall.

Salvatore is an amazing host. The property is also very great. Right off the Spanish steps. 10 min walk to most things! Would definitely stay again

Sehr zentrale Lage

Die Lage des Appartement ist hervorragend, mit der NĂ€he zur Spanischen Treppe, zur Shoppingmeile und den vielen gastronomischen Angeboten. Nachteil die LautstĂ€rke von außen ist ununterbrochen vorhanden, trotz geschlossenem Fenster mit FensterlĂ€den. Schließt die Außengastronomie, so folgt der Krach der MĂŒllabfuhr und der Straßenreinigung vorbei.

TOTIUS HOME SPANISH STEPS REVIEW

Check in process was easy. The host was friendly and waiting for us and explained in detail how everything worked. The location was amazing. In the heart of everything with restaurants, gelatarias, souvenir shops, and cafes just outside the door. Minutes walk to the Subway, Spanish Steps and various shopping. The only reason its not a 5 star was due to the lack of A/c. Unbearably hot and hard to sleep at night. Mitigated by fans which help but still not comfortable enough.

Long weekend city break

This beautifully traditional apartment is situated in a perfect location with many attractions within short walking distance. There are so many fantastic places to eat even just outside the apartment. The owners were an absolute delight to meet, they were so hospitable and eager to ensure we had a great stay. I would recommend this apartment and if returning to Rome, I will look to book here again.

Our stay in Roma

We loved the history of the building, the love and care that the apartment has. The communication was excellent. The instructions were clear. With this property its all about location location location. You are so well located to can pretty much walk to all the major attractions. Also, the owner Teresa was there to greet us upon arrival what an experience ♡ Grazie Millie Salvatore PS it can get a bit noisy seeing the property is on a main and very visited road. Keep that in mind when trying to sleep

Roma in October

We has a lovely 5day stay with Teresa and Salvatore and they were quick to make sure all our needs were met. The mini fridge was too small for bigger bottles of water but came stocked with a selection of drinks and there was a Nespresso machine and pods provided. The apartment is located over a lively street, just 2 blocks from the metro (handy for an early morning trip to the Vatican) and literally just steps from the Spanish Steps. There is easy access to a cab (very short drag of the suitcases) from the piazza di Spagna. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and enjoyed the local amenities.

Piece of Rome

It felt like we could pretend to be Italian with the location and with our window opened up to the sounds when we liked and closed when we needed rest. Hosts were thoughtful and kind. The stairs to and from the loft are not a quick dash, but doable if mobility is not an issue. We had a lovely stay.

Authentic Italian home in the heart of Roma

Incredible Stay!

We loved Teresa & Salvatore. They were amazing hosts with biscuits and coffee (much appreciated!) The pictures don't do it justice - the private room is just a few steps from the front door, very private. The shower and location were amazing. The wifi was pretty spotty and the location a bit noisy, but it depends on what your priorities are. We didn't mind but there is a spiral staircase up to the bed incase you have mobility issues.

Great location to connect to all the sights of Rome

It was the perfect location to see all of the sights in Rome. Close to the train station. Many local restaurants and night life right out side your door. Short sojourn by the Spanish Steps

A flat just steps from the Spanish Steps, our host Salvatore and his family were charming and gracious. He went the extra mile helping us get cab to the airport. The flat was well appointed and on a lovely street with all of the street noise that one would expect from a vibrant locale.

Location location location

This property has lots of character and is located right in the center of shopping and the sites. The hosts are lovely with much apprecited welcoming gifts
not the best location for quiet or physically challenged but otherwise a terrific experience!
