Detta verkställande fritidshus ligger i den prestigefyllda Emerald Island Resort. Det är nära till Disney och bekvämt till alla bekvämligheter. Villan har 4 kung mästare sviter och en drottning sovrummet så är perfekt för större familjer eller flera familjer och vänner att dela för att spara pengar på sin semester.

På bottenvåningen hittar du ett allrum, en familj kök och en matsal. Den rymliga gourmet köket har bänkskivor i granit och alla apparater och bestick som du hittar praktiskt att prassla upp tilltugg eller hela familjens mat. Den enorma granit centrala ön i köket är perfekt för frukost och avslappnad familj träffas.

Detta fritidshus har 7 sovrum, 4 av dem är kung master sviter. Den första kungen befälhavaren svit ligger på bottenvåningen, med en king size säng, gott om lådor och hängande utrymme, en klädkammare, en takfläkt och en TV. Befälhavaren badrum har ett stort badkar badkar, duschkabin, och gott om plats på bänken. Drottningen sovrummet ligger också i bottenvåningen. Också på bottenvåningen är det tvättstuga med en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare par, strykjärn och strykbräda. Och till råga på det är en riktigt cool spelrum med ett biljardbord, en air hockey, TV och en fotboll bord.

Den andra våningen är värd för andra 3 King master sviter med egna badrum. Det finns också en familj badrum och ytterligare två sovrum med en våningssäng och en enkelsäng i varje. Alla 7 rum har egen väggmonterad TV. Det finns också en vrå i korridoren på andra våningen, dess skrivbord och sittplatser ger en lugn plats för läsning och avkoppling. Hela andra våningen, inklusive alla rum och korridorer, uppgraderas med miljövänlig kork golv. Totalt kan denna villa sova bekvämt upp till 16 gäster (vuxna och barn) plus två spädbarn.

Nice stay in a well planned and comfortable villa !

We were 11 persons, 7 adults and 4 kids 2-10 years old in the villa for 2 weeks 18 of February to 5 of March. The villa is located in a gated community, Emerald island, a peaceful and quiert neghborhood. Close to Disney, restaurants, super markets and whatever needed. Parking space for 2 large cars. The house was well equipped and had a good internet and TV connection. Dining area quite large with space for all 11 persons. Pool area was also large enough for all 11 persons. The rooms were separated from eachother in a well planned lay out that fitted to our family and had a good standard, as you can expect in a 4 star hotel. All needed facilities was at hand such as vac cleaner, washing machine and dryer, stroller for kids, baby beds etc. WE enjoyed the surrondings with playground for the kids, gym and pool by the central entrance. We felt quite safe during the stay as well. Only disturbance was the heating and cleaning of the pool that was not in good shape when we came. After contact with property manager the cleaning was done but the heating was working best case only for 24 hours when pool company was there. The owner promised to credit the amount for pool heating due to the inconvinience, Thanks for that honest behaviour ! I can take the opportunity also to warn for Disney-Magic Kingdom. Totally overpriced and underperforming, Totally overcrowded, internet down, ques to everything. We succeded in going 3 attractions in a full day and this menas 40 USD per attractions Kids got fed up on waiting to evrything including to get some food. Make a choice for Sea world or another park. ! Stefan and Lisa Pettersson with family.

An Ok Stay

We were 5 adults and one child age 5 - three generations. Overall our stay was ok, and the house had lots of room. The furnishings are a bit beat up, but functional. The overall maintenance on the house is a lacking a bit. We complained about a few things to the property manager upon arrival and about ½ of them were fixed and the other ½ were ignored.I got the feeling the owner had not been on site in a long time - he lives in Canada - there are lot of things that a conscience owner would have tended to if they saw it with their own eyes. The owner was very good with us arriving a few hours ahead of check in time and letting us stay a couple hours after check in. I am not going to list all of the things that were wrong, but there were a number of maintenance issues that need tending to to bring this rental up to a level created in your mind when you look at the pictures and read the listing.I would not necessarily rent this same house again.

The pool table was in poor condition and Is unplayable. There was no air hockey table and that was one of the reasons.We chose this place over another place. The pool was warm But needed a safety rail. Overall a positive stayexperience.aoverall, it was a good experience, but.

Displeased!

Although we had a convenient place to stay, the following issues need to be addressed: First floor master bathroom mirror was nailed to the wall making it appear unsafe. The shower had mold on the floor. No extra towels in any of the rooms. Had to purchase a set of white towels for each. Shower hooks and shower liner missing from one of the rooms. Closet door in one of the rooms is broken. Furniture appears to be very old and dirty. Couldn't sit on the living room furniture because there was no bottom. I can send a picture if you need one. Took all week for the ice maker in the refrigerator to actually make enough ice for drinks. Lock on sliding glass door to the pool area is not secure. Had to use half of the broom to place in the door track so no one could enter. Contacted the Property Management twice because the pool was dirty and the water level was below the first step. Didn't show up to treat the pool till two days before our departure. Very disappointing. According to our contract garbage was to be placed in a plastic bag before placing in the outside container, however, we found loose garbage in the can that was there before we arrived. I would never recommend this property to anyone unless it was updated and cleaned. I used one of Verbo's properties last year and it was nothing like this one.

Guys golf trip

I stay every year at the same model in Emerald Island - but it was unavailable so I booked this 8br home. I was happy to review the prior home and give it 5 stars, and was hoping to do so with this home too. Here is a list of what we dealt with: 1) TV had 3 remotes none would change the channels or volume (they fixed that) 2) The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and we had no ice available 3) My 82 year old friend sat on the love seat in the family room and almost went down to the floor. The springs were broken and the furniture was very dated 4) On a cold night we tried to use the heater but it was locked at a maximum of 67 degrees 5) The home needs a lot of attention and we even were cleaning candy wrappers to off the floor 6) There was no hand soap or bars in any of the bathrooms Nice complex and I don’t say this to hurt the owner but wish I had known these things prior to the trip so I could make a different choice.

Location, location, location

The location was great. 15 minutes from Disney property. Couple of things that would have been helpful to have written down somewhere: how to lock the front door and the pool needs to have a high level of water for the pool heater to work.

Great community and large house

Beautiful community and very spacious home. Lots of room for our group of 15 (3 families). Lovely heated pool and spa. It wasn’t clear in the ad however that there was a charge to use the grill. The host, Frank, was very responsive. There was an issue with a broken screen panel in the pool area. He responded right away and his property manager had it fixed within the day. We also needed to extend our stay by a day due to flight cancellations and he got back to us very quickly.

Multi Gen Disney Trip!

We had 4 generations and the house had plenty of room for all. The pool and hot tub were fantastic after long days at Disney. Great outdoor seating. The living room seating needs an upgrade. Overall good to go.

Very disappointed

The location and area was great but thats about the only good things I have to say about this place. I could not believe how filthy this place was. All the walls, doors, light switch covers ( cracked as well) everything was dingy, black with marks and fingerprints. Just gross. I cant tell you the last time the floors were swept or the area rug vacuumed. Food crumbs, garbage, dust and dirt it was in all the rooms. I found clothing tags and change laying on one bedroom floor which makes me very much believe it was never swept. The air vents especially the one near the laudry was so gross, just black with dust. My children have asthma so this was a big deal for me! The furniture is beyond needing replaced. The springs in the loveseat are broken so if you try to sit down the cushion goes all the way to the floor. Not only that but they are filthy dirty. The washer button is broken to even start a load of laundry, but they were kind enough to leave a metal stick there for u to shove in the hole to start the washer. We did zero laundry as the washer was also dirty. There is no air hockey table in the garage like the photos show and the pool table is junk. We couldnt play pool due to the fabric falling off of it and the padding on the sticks falling off as well. Disappointing again to my kids. We found garbage in the pool area, the pool lights dont work. And the pool had lots of dirt in the bottom so needless to say we spent zero time in the pool. It stated there was a pool cover, we found in crumpled in a corner of the patio and there to way to try covering the pool. I guess I expected a pool cover that you unreel and cover the pool like other places I have stayed. The pantry had opened boxes of food from previous renters. The curtains to the patio were also so gross, obviously never been washed. The TV remotes in some of the bedrooms didnt work at all and were sticky. We brought pillows and blankets from home and just slept on top of the beds, we werent comfortable even sleeping with the bed sheet as who knows if they were even washed. Most places we have stayed have a small welcome basket with your soap and detergent pods and a book with information on the home, nope none of that. This home needs some huge maintenance and work done along with a serious deep clean. This trip was a big deal to our family. we traveled 26 hours to see the place we were staying in like this. Talk about a huge letdown to our whole family, very disappointd

Lovely updated Vacation home

We have stayed in Emerald Island several times. This was one of the best experiences. The home was clean and updated. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. We will definitely be rebooking this home again next year.

The house was nice and as described, although banged up in a lot of places. Not super clean. I don’t think they ever clean the cabinets and the master bathtub wasn’t clean. We just cleaned it and went about the stay. The front gate check in wasn’t great, but the rest of the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it. Convenient location.

This house was MEANT for our FAMILY !

LOVED the house, communication with the owner, facilities, and (isn't it always) LOCATION of this fantastic home. Our 3 families (grandparents, Family from Atlanta, Family from New Jersey) really enjoyed how perfect this house met ALL our needs. Lots of room to "spread out". 2 baby cribs for our 2 youngest grandchildren, and a lovely pool to "cool down"! (and a BABY GATE around the pool!!) Very convenient and a quick drive to the Disney area. It was the PERFECT house for our family and we would highly recommend!

The house was definitely big enough for our gathering but it needs a lot of upkeep. The pool cage screen is pulled out in many places. The safety fence for the pool is kept together by zip ties. Renters beware of hidden expenses. On the listing it says property fee but you don't find out that that is for the bbq grill until you get the contract. There is no mention that each car needs to register to get a key to come in and out of the gate and its $20 per car. The house sleeps 18 people but there is only 12 forks in the kitchen. The owner needs to take new pictures of the "game room". It shows an air hockey table which isn't there, the pool table needs to be thrown away, The balls don't bank off the sides, the ball will hit the side and just stop because there's no cushion left for it to bank off of. The owner of this property definitely needs to put some money into this property.

Very nice home

The home was beautiful however it could have been cleaner. Housekeepers should wipe down doors and door frames light switches etc. they were dirty. Other than that the home was suitable for our family.

The house was comfortable for our family. The house was a little dusty but clean on the surface.

The rental process went very well. The owner was timely in address my questions. However, the property manager came to assess probles that ame up but didn't fix the problems.

The area was great, had every restaurant, stores and more closely eccessible for visitors to tarea.

Management Company MagicMind was very responsive with all calls/texts. A few minor things, batteries in 3 bedrooms tv remotes were corroded couldn't watch tv until we replaced all batteries ($18), got code for bbq grill, there was no gas had to pay $40, all cehicles will need an access car to go in and out property ($20). 7 bdrm house 5 cars additional ($100). Overall visit was great for family, even my 82 yr old mom, 83 yr old auntie had a great time with surprise visit from family members.
